Teneo, is a global CEO advisory firm whose work includes corporate PR and lobbying and financial advisory. Frances Fitzgerald will join its Teneo Ireland Advisory Board, chaired by businessman Gary McGann and which already includes rugby legend Brian O'Driscoll. In her new role, Frances Fitzgerald will help advise Teneo clients and support the growth of the firm's business in Ireland and Europe, the firm said. During her political career Frances Fitzgerald served as Tánaiste from 2016 to 2017 and between 2011 and 2017 she held roles including as Minister for Justice and Equality, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, and Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation. She was a Member of the European Parliament from 2019 until last year. The CEO of Teneo Ireland, Michael O'Keeffe, said she brings unmatched experience and insight into Irish public life to her new role. 'Her leadership at the highest levels of government and her deep understanding of policymaking – both nationally and in Europe – make her an invaluable addition to our advisory team. We are delighted to welcome her to Teneo, under the stewardship of global CEO Paul Keary, and to the Teneo Ireland Advisory Board. Frances Fitzgerald said Teneo plays a key role in advising many of Ireland's most prominent organisations. !I'm particularly pleased to be joining the Teneo Ireland Advisory Board, where I look forward to working alongside an exceptional group of advisors.
