Noble's New FoKus Amadeus Wireless Earbuds Are Inspired By A Musical Genius

Forbesa day ago

The Noble FoKus Amadeus has a striking look that draws on the color of the trademark tailcoat worn ... More by classical composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Noble Audio has announced its latest pair of true wireless earbuds with a striking red finish and some custom-tuned drivers. Noble says the new earbuds are designed to look every bit as good as they sound.
The inspiration for the color of the FoKus Amadeus was inspired by the tailcoat worn in portraits of ... More Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Inspired by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's middle moniker, the new earbuds are, according to Noble, 'a celebration of musical purity and precision.' The bold red finish channels Mozart's signature tailcoat, a detail often captured in his portraits. It's a visual cue that gives the FoKus Amadeus a striking presence.
Underneath the eye-catching exterior, these earbuds sport a newly developed 8.3mm dynamic driver with a triple-layer diaphragm designed to produce a rich adn fulsome bass with open mids and delicately extended treble. Noble describes the sound signature as 'natural and open,' with the kind of musical character designed to draw listeners in.
What sets the FoKus Amadeus earbuds apart is how they turn technical performance into emotional impact. Noble says it has tuned the earbuds to be both expressive and detailed but without being overly clinical. This characteristic provides a sense of space and musicality that Nobel claims is immersive rather than analytical. The FoKus Amadeus has an open and approachable midrange.
The overall sound has been tuned to keep the energy and warmth of a recording but without sacrificing the balance. It's a characteristic that makes the earbuds suitable for critical listening sessions as well as casual use while allowing the music room to breathe.
Beneath the eye-catching exterior, is a newly developed 8.3mm triple-layer diaphragm dynamic driver ... More that's been designed to produce a rich bass, open mids and delicately extended highs.
Following the success of the recently launched FoKus Rex5, Audiodo Personal Sound has also been integrated with the Amadeus. Audiodo is an advanced hearing calibration software that analyses the listener's hearing in both ears and builds a personalized sound profile. Once the profile is set up, it's downloaded directly to the earbuds and can be applied across all sources, whether it's a smartphone or a digital music player. Better still, it doesn't require an app to use the sound profile once it's been set up.
By tailoring the listening experience on an individual level, Audiodo says it can provide more depth and clarity to the music, especially for listeners who may experience small differences between the hearing in their left and right ears. Whether it's subtle details or a larger tonal balance, the sound profile is unique to each listener.
Built around Qualcomm's QCC3091 chipset and running the latest Bluetooth Version 5.4, the FoKus Amadeus supports high-resolution playback alongside low-latency performance with devices certified for the SnapDragon Sound platform. The earphones also support SBC, AAC, aptX Adaptive and LDAC audio codecs for high-quality wireless audio.
Real-world features include as TrueWireless Mirroring and Multipoint pairing as standard and each earpiece has touch-sensitive controls for controlling music playback. The are dual microphones using Qualcomm's cVc noise canceling technology which can improve voice pick-up when making phone calls and taking part in video meetings.
The FoKus Amadeus earphones include TrueWireless Mirroring and MultiPoint pairing come as standard, ... More while each earpiece has touch-sensitive controls for easy command of music playback.
There are up to 12 hours of playtime per charge of the earbuds with ANC off and 8 hours with ANC turned on. That means the FoKus Amadeus can play for the length of a transatlantic flight. And for those flying further afield, the charging case holds an additional 2.5 charges, taking the total available playtime to a maximum of 42 hours.
With support for both USB-C and Qi wireless charging, a 10-minute top-up of the earbuds can deliver around two hours of listening. Combined with other features like automatic power-on/off and a secure in-ear fit, Noble says the Amadeus offer the ultimate in flexibility and comfort.
The Noble FoKus Amadeus true wireless earbuds are available to preorder from June 11, 2025. Shipping begins from June 18, 2025, via nobleaudio.com and selected retailers with a price of $320 / £299 / €349.

Entrepreneur UK's London 100: 32Co

Industry: Healthtech 32Co is a London based dental healthtech startup pioneering a new future for collaborative healthcare, by innovating a platform that enables generalist and specialist clinicians to work together and share knowledge, virtually, for the first time. The result? Improved quality of patient care, reduced costs, and new revenue streams. Less than ten years ago, 32Co's founder and CEO Dr Sonia Szamocki was still walking the halls of London's A&E departments. Treating dog bites, a dislocated shoulder, and a seizure could all be in a day's work. In London's hospitals, Dr Szamocki prized the ability to chat with and learn from colleagues with specialised knowledge, which she could then use to help patients with these problems: heart surgeons, facial clinic specialists, tendon specialists. However, she noticed that at a general level, access to the very best specialist treatment and knowledge was limited. Put plainly, an already small pool of specialist clinicians are unable to share their expertise with general clinicians. This made Dr Szamocki think, how could we help clinicians provide more cutting-edge treatment, sooner, and spread niche medical knowledge to help improve patient care? She soon pivoted to healthcare consulting at Boston Consulting Group, where she advised on major transformation projects. Later, under BCG's Digital Ventures arm, she helped build the world's largest digital health platform for haemophilia patients. Fast forward to 2022, Dr Szamocki founded 32Co. This company is a shining light for London-based startups - its platform and founder are fundamentally paving a new path that could revolutionise the way public and private healthcare systems operate in years to come. A testament to 32Co's vision, it has been backed by Balderton Capital, the early investors in Revolut, Depop, Wayve, and Clue. "As an A&E doctor, I witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies of the healthcare system - how specialist knowledge is siloed and how connecting patients with expert care is often slow and complex", says Dr. Szamocki. "I kept asking myself: why should healthcare innovation take decades to reach those who need it most? That's why I founded 32Co: to break down these barriers, empower clinicians to collaborate across specialties, and ensure every patient receives the best possible care, no matter where they are."

Entrepreneur UK's London 100: Adeus

Industry: Fintech Founded in London by Nick Adams and Mark Hedley, adeus is a digital-first legacy planning startup on a mission to revolutionise the way people protect their legacies. adeus is perfectly positioned to lead the market as the UK's Law Commission prepares to enable electronic wills in 2025, the first major change to inheritance law since 1837. What makes adeus truly innovative is the use of blockchain and smart contracts to ensure the will cannot be edited or deleted, and assets can be securely distributed. "Legacy planning is something people avoid because the process feels cold, complex, and somewhat archaic," says co-founder Adams. "We knew there had to be a better way and Mark and I are building it using tools people already trust in their daily lives."

Entrepreneur UK's London 100: Amilis

Industry: Healthtech Sixth place on Entrepreneur UK's London100 list is Amilis. "We're not just helping women track their reproductive health," says Sarita Stefani, CEO of Amilis, "we're fixing a broken healthcare system by creating the dataset that's been missing all along. Amilis is the first platform to structure real-world data from both patients and doctors, finally giving women the care and answers they've always deserved." Amilis is an AI-powered doctor platform and patient app generating the first sex-specific real-world dataset in women's health, addressing a global problem: most healthcare data is still based on male physiology, leaving women undiagnosed, under-treated, and unheard. The company has been selected for the Plug and Play Health Accelerator, a global innovation platform and venture capital firm, and for Female Founders Rise, a community that empowers female and non-binary entrepreneurs with resources, coaching, and networking. They are currently raising their next round of funding and preparing to launch in Europe in 2025. What sets Amilis apart is that they don't just digitise care — they generate high-value, sex-specific data that life sciences companies desperately need to design better drugs, run more inclusive clinical trials, and finally close the gender data gap in medicine.
