Fiona was seen smiling in a new snap to promote her upcoming book, Remember When: My Life with Alzheimer's.
The journalist was seen with her husband and former This Morning producer Martin Frizell, 66, at Kate Garraway's late husband Derek Draper's funeral last February.
In the new photo, Fiona was dressed in a beige turtle neck jumper with a black coat as she posed for a photo in the street.
The memoir, which which will be released on July 3 through publishers Pan Macmillan, will teach the important insight into living with the disease in the hope that it will help others.
Fiona had cared for her parents who had both suffered from the disease and is now facing the same diagnosis.
The TV favourite previously spoke candidly about her diagnosis.
She said: 'I wonder if all the years of getting up so early contributed to me developing Alzheimer's so young.
"Getting my diagnosis was devastating.'
She is now taking part in a clinical trial for a new treatment and said the 'signs are positive'.
Lorraine Kelly pays tribute to 'quite amazing' Fiona Phillips following devastating Alzheimer's Disease diagnosis
In an interview with the Woman & Home magazine, she added: 'It involves a brand new drug and a placebo.
'I have no idea which one I am on.
'When I went for my six-month check-up, they did cognitive tests to see where my brain was at, which showed I was in the same place as I was the previous year.
'I'm hopeful that the drug is holding the disease where it is.'
Despite the diagnosis, Fiona says she is trying to keep positive.
She added: 'I'm not giving it any space in my life at the moment.
'I've still got so much I want to do.
'I'd rather this hadn't happened but it has and I'm going to deal with it in the best way I can.
'I am determined to live the best life I can.'
Fiona has two sons, Nathaniel, 25, and Mackenzie, 22, with husband Martin Frizell.
She said: 'My sons have been incredible about my diagnosis.
'I thought they may be scared or treat me differently, but I couldn't have asked for a better reaction.
'They're much more affectionate with me now, and they'll sit and cuddle me while we're watching telly. It's lovely.'
Fiona started her broadcasting career at local radio stations before becoming a presenter for CNN.
She appeared as a panellist on Loose Women, and has been a reporter on Watchdog and helmed Lorraine.
Fiona is best known for being the lead anchor alongside Eamonn Holmes on GMTV in the 90s and early noughties.
She joined the show in 1993 as entertainment correspondent, but hit the big time when she was promoted to being the ITV breakfast show's main host.
But in August 2008, Fiona announced that she was to leave GMTV for "family reasons".
She said: "I love the job but I've got other responsibilities - the children, a home life and an elderly dad who needs me - and I've recognised that I can't have it all."
She presented her final show on December 18, 2008.
In January 2022, she revealed that she was too frightened to return to TV due to an ongoing battle with "brain fog" during menopause.
When has Fiona Phillips said about being diagnosed with Alzheimer's?
In July 2023, Fiona Phillips revealed that she has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 62.
She told the Mirror: "This disease has ravaged my family and now it has come for me. And all over the country there are people of all different ages whose lives are being affected by it - it's heartbreaking. I just hope I can help find a cure which might make things better for others in the future."
She continued: 'It's something I might have thought I'd get at 80. 'But I was still only 61 years old.
'I felt more angry than anything else because this disease has already impacted my life in so many ways; my poor mum was crippled with it, then my dad, my grandparents, my uncle. It just keeps coming back for us.'

Britain's Got Talent comic hopes trolls find 'light in lives'

A Britain's Got Talent comic says internet trolls have not upset him, but he wants people to realise belittling someone on the internet "is sad".Joseph Charm from Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, came fifth in the 2025 ITV series after receiving the Golden Buzzer from judge Alesha Dixon and his mum, who had joined the 33-year-old said the buzzer, which automatically sends an act to the semi-finals, brought a lot of praise and a lot of the final, Mr Charm said he "wasn't bothered" by the online abuse and hoped the negative commenters could "find light in their lives". 'Spread joy' Mr Charm quit his job to pursue comedy in 2024 and said being on the show had been "incredible".He did not win the £250,000 prize but said the experience trumped everything especially for his mum who was able to meet Simon Cowell."Having that moment was worth its weight in gold," he said. "£250,000 would be fantastic but just getting to the final and to have Milton Keynes behind me is just fantastic."He hoped to keep the momentum up and "spread joy in a number of different ways," following the show. Mr Charm joked to the live audience on Saturday about some of the negative comments he had received."They said 'Joseph you're not even funny'. I said 'that is ok, comedy is subjective'. "Then they said 'you only got it [the buzzer] because you're black'."Then they said 'Joseph go back to where you came from..'. but I don't want to go back to Lewisham."Mr Charm told the BBC that some people felt "vindicated" after the show."I wasn't bothered by any of them. They are so fragile, fickle, weak and sad and I just hope they can find light in their lives so they can no longer be that way," he said."That's my genuine hope and if it's not through me hopefully it can be through the next comic or someone else can make them realise that it's sad trying to belittle someone on the internet." Kim Kardashian weighs in on 'momager' Kris Jenner's new look after fans say she looks younger than daughters

Kim Kardashian is weighing in on her mom Kris Jenner's dramatic new look. The 69-year-old matriarch is looking noticeably younger these days, although she has not fessed up to any recent cosmetic procedures. Her 44-year-old second-born child broke her silence on the matter, using social media to comment on the buzz after some fans admitted they think Kris now looks younger than her famous daughters. Kim shared a photo of longtime hairstylist Chris Appleton at Saturday's Netflix Tudum 2025: The Live Event, wearing a white shirt that read, 'I'll have what Kris Jenner is having.' Via Instagram Stories, she added the note, '@chrisappleton1 me too babe,' signaling her seal of approval. Jenner turned heads in May after unveiling her refreshed face while in Paris for Kim's armed robbery trial. Her rep later confirmed she enlisted the skills of celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine — dubbed the 'facelift maestro' — to achieve her rejuvenated look. A source also told that the mother-of-six is revamping her closet to match her changing appearance. 'Kris is no longer a size 10 so she has no need for those clothes. She is a size 6 these days and thrilled about it. It's the same size that she was in the 1980s,' the insider spilled. 'Her closet is completely different now — the items are so much smaller — and it makes her very happy to get back to the body that she had in her younger years,' the person added. While Jenner hasn't publicly shared how she lost the weight, fans believe it could be due to using the diabetes and weight loss drug Ozempic. Kris has historically attributed her lean figure to healthy eating and an active lifestyle. Her fans have been remarking on her glowing and youthful appearance in recent sightings and social media posts. Jenner, who shares four of her children with the late Robert Kardashian and two with Caitlin Jenner, has been candid about her cosmetic procedures in the past. Jenner's strikingly youthful appearance in recent weeks has sparked speculation about whether she's had another facelift; pictured left in May 2025, and right in May 2024 In a 2018 Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode she welcomed viewers to follow along as she had an earlobe reduction procedure. She lamented on the show, 'All I want is just cute ears. Ever since Kim made a comment about my ears I've always wondered and now I am looking in the mirror obsessively like, "Are they too big?"' And the star added, 'I learned that your nose and your ears keep growing your whole life. I think that the decision to do something about my ever-changing ears is suddenly a priority.' Kris has also been open about regularly getting Botox to help maintain a taut, wrinkle-free visage.
