These Young Texas Kids Found This, But Now The Teachers Are in Huge Trouble
Middle school students at Travis Intermediate School, located in North Texas, allegedly applied tattoos to each other using temporary ink and the same needle. Now, the teachers who were assigned to the classrooms where the incidents took place have been suspended pending the results of an investigation.
In a social media post, Greenville Independent School District (ISD) shared that an investigation was launched immediately due to health and safety concerns. 'The district administration strongly condemns the alleged activities and will not tolerate such conduct,' Greenville ISD said according to local outlet KWTX.
The suspended teachers are being examined by the district to see if further disciplinary action will need to be taken. The administration also stated that it will work with law enforcement officials to identify students who were involved with the tattooing
'The district shall abide by state law, district policy, and the district's Student Code of Conduct and discipline protocols during this process...student safety is our highest priority,' the social media post continued.
Ashley Armstrong, who is the mother of an 11-year old boy who participated, told Fox 4 News that this behavior should have never taken place.
'How is it that these kids are getting tattoos in class and not one teacher noticed it?' Armstrong asked. Her son, Jordan, now has scabs from tattoos that say 'I heart my lord' and 'JC' on his hands.
'He got punishment for it,' Armstrong continued. 'He knows better. He shouldn't have done it in the first place.' She also shared thatmore than a dozen other parents have contacted her to say their children were also tattooed.
The district stated it will conduct a thorough review of Travis Intermediate School to make sure the incident was isolated and that it won't ever happen again.

Man wanted in Tennessee caught during Priceville traffic stop
Jun. 13—Priceville police arrested a Tennessee man wanted by the Pulaski (Tennessee) Police Department during an Interstate 65 traffic stop Tuesday. According to the Police Department, officers conducted a traffic stop at about 10:42 p.m. near I-65 mile marker 335. During the interaction with the vehicle's occupants, an individual identified as Trevor Allen Armstrong, 20, of Columbia, Tennessee, provided false identifying information, Priceville PD said. Police said Armstrong eventually disclosed his true identity. Officers then found out the suspect had multiple active warrants for felony aggravated assault and domestic violence assault issued by the Pulaski PD. Officers then searched the vehicle and found a Glock 45 handgun, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Priceville police said. Armstrong was charged with being a person forbidden to possess a firearm and obstructing justice by using a false identity, police said. Tennessee man with several active warrants arrested by Priceville Police
PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A Tennessee man with several active warrants was arrested by Priceville Police after a traffic stop on Tuesday. On Tuesday at 10:42 p.m., Priceville Police pulled a vehicle over along I-65 near mile marker 335. While officers were speaking with the individuals inside the vehicle, a man identified as Trevor Allen Armstrong, 20, of Columbia, Tennessee gave a false name to law enforcement to avoid being identified. According to police, when the false name could not be verified, Armstrong eventually told police his real name, which led to police finding out that he had several active warrants for Felony Aggravated Assault and Domestic Violence Assault issued by the Pulaski Police Department in Pulaski, Tennessee. The Priceville Police Department and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency then carried out a probable cause search of the vehicle which led to authorities finding a Glock 45 handgun, a quantity of marijuana, and various items of drug paraphernalia. Priceville Police told News 19 that Armstrong has a history of multiple convictions related to narcotics and violent crimes, including robbery, theft of property, evading arrest, and burglary of a vehicle. He is currently on probation in Tennessee due to a suspended sentence exceeding eight years. Armstrong was arrested and charged with being a certain person forbidden to possess a firearm and obstructing justice by using a false identity. Cal Poly building vandalized by pro-Palestinian activists; 2 suspects in custody
Cal Poly's Administration Building was vandalized by pro-Palestinian activists Wednesday afternoon. According to an email sent to the Cal Poly campus community from Cal Poly president Jeffrey Armstrong, a group of five individuals entered the university's Financial Aid and Student Accounts office in the Administration Building and spray-painted graffiti on walls, windows, furniture, computers, carpets and floors on Wednesday afternoon. 'Thankfully, no one was physically harmed in the incident, but it was traumatizing for numerous Cal Poly employees and students who were in the office at the time,' Armstrong's statement read. Cal Poly police arrived, causing the five individuals to flee the scene, though two suspects have been identified and are in custody for questioning, Armstrong said. In his statement, Armstrong said there is 'simply zero tolerance' for the individuals' behavior. 'Those participating in violence and criminal activity which endangers other s will be expelled (if they are students), arrested and held fully accountable,' Armstrong's statement read. 'Anyone who views this kind of shortsighted, disgusting and illegal activity as acceptable has no place at Cal Poly and will be rooted out.' Armstrong asked anyone with information related to the incident, including the identities of those responsible, photos, videos or otherwise, to contact the Cal Poly police at 805-756-2281.
