EXCLUSIVE Beau Lamarre-Condon, cop charged with killing Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, makes offer to police about 'who else' was allegedly involved: 'Two sets of white overalls'
The former policeman charged with murdering a television presenter and his partner says he has offered to provide information about a second person who he claims helped dispose of the bodies.
Beau Lamarre-Condon is accused of shooting dead Jesse Baird, 26, and Qantas flight attendant Luke Davies, 29, at Paddington in Sydney 's eastern suburbs in February 2024.
The 29-year-old is further alleged to have bundled the couple's bodies into surfboard bags before dumping them at a rural property in the Southern Tablelands.
A source close to Lamarre-Condon has now revealed the alleged killer has offered to provide information about another person he says was involved with disposing of the bodies to police and prosecutors.
'Lamarre-Condon wants to do the right thing for the families and is happy to assist investigators with information about who else played a part in the incident,' the source said.
'So far both the DPP and the officer in charge have failed to reply to the offer made by Lamarre's legal team for assistance.'
The source claimed that a witness had told investigators they had waited at the fence line of the Bungonia property where the bodies were found for 15 to 20 minutes.
Phone records indicated Lamarre-Condon and the witness were at the farm for almost two hours, the source claimed.
'Police also located two sets of white overalls at the scene where bodies were located which indicates it was a two-person job,' the source said.
NSW Police and the DPP have been contacted for comment.
Lamarre-Condon has spent more than a year in prison since the shootings, which were allegedly the result of a months-long campaign of 'predatory behaviour' targeting Mr Baird.
The onetime celebrity chaser reportedly briefly dated Mr Baird before the TV presenter began a relationship with Mr Davies.
Suspicions of foul play were raised after possessions belonging to the dead men were found in a skip bin in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla, leading police to Mr Baird's blood-smeared terrace.
The case returned to Downing Centre Local Court last month after confidential discussions between prosecutors and the alleged killer's Legal Aid lawyer Alex Curnick.
Both sides agreed 'things are progressing,' magistrate Megan Greenwood was told.
A forensic psychiatrist's report was also tendered after Lamarre-Condon was assessed in previous weeks.
Lamarre-Condon has not entered pleas to two counts of domestic violence-related murder, and one count of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He was sacked by the NSW Police Force in March 2024.
Lamarre-Condon joined the force in 2019 and previously ran a celebrity blog, posing in photos with dozens of A-listers including Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles.
He is expected to appear via an audiovisual link on June 17.

The search for Madeleine McCann intensifies with police using hi-tech radar close to suspect's former home
Specialist ground-penetrating radar is now being used in the search hoped to finally solve the mystery of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann - but time appears to be running out to find any genuine evidence. The hi-tech equipment, which can map underground terrain up to 10 feet deep, arrived at a remote area along with a JCB digger on the second day of renewed searches for the missing toddler on Wednesday. Investigators are scouring a string of derelict farmhouses and outbuildings in a remote stretch of scrubland just over a mile from the resort of Praia da Luz, where the British toddler vanished in 2007. The 120-acre area, off a dramatic clifftop path along the coast between Atalaia and Lagos, is said to have once been populated by a farming community, but has long-been abandoned because it is so arid. Now up to 21 of these derelict structures are understood to be the focus of a fresh searches initiated by German investigators 18 years after Madeleine disappeared as they face a race against time to bring charges against their only suspect, Christian Brueckner. Small teams of German Federal Police, supported by local police, have been using shovels, pickaxes and chainsaws to clear rubble and cut back gorse under the watchful gaze of the world's media since Tuesday. Nothing significant was found on the first day of searches, Portuguese media reported. Efforts were ramped on Wednesday as officials brought in the high-tech equipment, which uses electromagnetic waves to map the underground terrain. Portuguese police haven't been told what intelligence German investigators are acting on, but unless they uncover anything significant by the end of Thursday they will pack up and head home, it is understood. Kate and Gerry McCann, who last month marked the 18th anniversary of her disappearance, are not commenting during the "active police investigation", the Find Madeleine Campaign said. Brueckner, who is due to released from prison in September for a separate rape in Praia da Luz in 2005, was living in a run-down cottage in a valley less than a mile from the search scene at the time Madeleine vanished. A neighbour described the suspect – who denies any involvement in her disappearance – as an 'angry' young man who she would hear having rows with his girlfriend. 'If I was riding past and he'd be standing outside, we'd say hello, you know, how are you,' she said. 'Nothing more. Then we found out he was a really nasty piece of work.' The resident, who used to ride her horse around the 120-acre search area, said the farmhouses and outbuildings on the site have been derelict since at least the 80s. 'It is the first time I've heard of Atalaia being searched,' she said. 'I know the properties because I used go the up there all the time with my horse. I know exactly where they are. Whether he'd been up there or done anything, no clue.' Now knowing the full extent of the allegations against him, she called for him be locked away for the rest of his life 'because of what he has done and what's been uncovered about him is quite despicable'. Asked for her opinion on the search operation, she told the Telegraph: 'It's a pile of rubbish, we are all so exhausted, it just goes on and on.' Brueckner is due to be released from prison in September as his seven-year term for the rape of a 72-year-old American woman in Praia da Luz in 2005 comes to an end. He was cleared by a German court last year of unrelated sexual offences, alleged to have taken place in Portugal between 2000 and 2017. Speaking to German broadcaster RTL, Brueckner said he planned to disappear after his release from prison. British backpacker, 24, killed pedestrian when she ploughed into him while riding an e-scooter drunk in Australia, court hears
A British backpacker allegedly killed a father after ploughing into him while riding drunk on an e-scooter, an Australian court has heard. Alicia Kemp, 24, potentially faces up to 20 years in prison after she was arrested and charged for allegedly riding the hired e-scooter on a footpath and knocking down 51-year-old engineer Thanh Phan, 51, who died of brain injuries following the May 31 tragedy in Perth, Western Australia. Kemp was told by Perth Magistrates Court that she could not be bailed out as she posed too great a flight risk. The court was told that she was in Australia with her partner on a four-month tourist visa and that she had been working at Durty Nelly's Irish pub in Perth since arriving. She had been out drinking on Saturday afternoon from 2.30pm with a friend, who was kicked out of a bar for being too drunk. Later that evening, she hired an e-scooter at around 8.30pm. Police told the court that she was the main driver, while her friend was a passenger. Prosecutors said that Kemp was driving in an 'inexplicably dangerous' manner, which as caught on CCTV, and that pedestrians were forced to 'take evasive action' as she rode down Murray Street in Perth's Central Business District. She had a blood alcohol level of 0.158 as she was riding. Western Australian law states that electric vehicle drivers must have a level lower than 0.05 to legally drive. She was also travelling at 15mph as 'she careered into his back', prosecutors said, adding that this caused Phan to fall forward and hit his head. Tragically, he suffered 'a significant brain bleed', while Kemp's friend, a 26-year-old who had not yet been identified, was thrown from the scooter and suffered a fractured skull and broken nose. Phan was taken to the Royal Perth Hospital for surgery, where he died on Tuesday. His family said in a statement following his death: 'On Saturday night, Thanh Phan – a beloved husband, father of two, brother, and dear friend – was struck by an electric scooter and critically injured. 'We received the heartbreaking news that Thanh passed away as a result of his injuries. 'We ask that the media respect the privacy of Thanh's family as they grieve their loss. 'The family has no other comment to make on the issue at this time.' The magistrate in charge of Alicia's case said that remanding the British backpacker in custody was a 'very difficult decision for the court to make. He said that the prosecution's strong case and the prospect of a long prison sentence if convicted meant that there was a risk of '[Kemp] not returning to court to answer the charges', adding: 'The temptation might be that [she] won't return. I can't manage that risk.' Kemp remains in custody and will appear before the court again on July 15.
