Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco Team Up with Gracie Abrams for "Call Me When You Break Up"

Yara Sameh
Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco, and Gracie Abrams collaborated on a pop anthem dubbed 'Call Me When You Break Up.'
The song is the second offering from Gomez and Blanco's forthcoming 'I Said I Love You First' collaborative album, set to be released on March 21 via SMG Music/Friend Keep Secrets/Interscope Records.
Over a dreamy beat, Abrams and Gomez sing about missing a former flame who is tied up in another relationship.
The pair of pop hitmakers meet in the chorus to jointly sing, 'We're so meant for each other, I mean, God, when will you wake up, wake up?'.
The video is shot from a front-facing camera and features both Gomez and Abrams singing along to their new song while in a hotel room.
Abrams has already debuted the song in a live setting, recently performing 'Call Me' on a tour stop in Hamburg, Germany.
Blanco and Gomez previously shared 'Scared of Loving You,' which like 'Call Me,' arrived with a laid-back and casual music video starring the couple.
The duo's first joint project, 'I Said I Love You First,' is described as celebration of 'the pair's love story, giving fans a unique window into their relationship,' per a press release.
'It chronicles their entire story—before they met, falling in love and looking to what the future holds.'
This set will mark Gomez's first full-length studio release since 2020's 'Rare,'.

Selena Gomez & Benny Blanco Release "I Said I Love You First" Deluxe Album with 2 Additional Tracks

Yara Sameh Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco aren't done with the rollout for their first joint album " I Said I Love You First ". The couple unveiled the deluxe version of their album on Friday with two new tracks. Among the new songs is the fan-favorite previously unreleased track 'Stained,' which was written sometime pre-Rare, but after 2015's "Revival". The song, originally produced by her now-fiancé, was first teased in 2016 when the singer shared a snippet. It eventually leaked in full on the internet, but didn't make the cut on either of Gomez's next two albums. Now, it's available for fans to enjoy in full. In a livestream that was recorded by a fan last weekend, Gomez gave listeners — and Blanco, who was on the stream with her— some background on what had happened with 'Stained,' saying, 'You know, I actually loved that song and I was nervous … I remember I was still nervous to curse in a song. I don't know what happened. I'm sure I leaked it on accident, or I did something. But it got out, and I'm kind of happy that it did.' Additionally, the deluxe version features an acoustic version of their Gracie Abrams collaboration, 'Call Me When You Break Up.' Upon the original album's release, Gomez, Blanco and Abrams joined Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 this week to discuss the team-up, where the 'That's So True' singer opened up about how natural the song's creation was. 'For as long as I've cared about music, both of their work has been in my life,' Abrams said of Gomez and Blanco. 'So anything that they want from me is a yes forever. And I just felt really grateful for the opportunity. And also just the song was immediately so stuck in my head as soon as I heard it for the first time. And of course, the opportunity to write my verse on it just happened so quickly, which I think is such a testament to how addicting the song is I think.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Egypt confirms denial of airspace access to US B-52 bombers News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Lifestyle Pistachio and Raspberry Cheesecake Domes Recipe Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Videos & Features Bouchra Dahlab Crowned Miss Arab World 2025 .. Taylor Swift Praises Selena Gomez's "I Said I Love You First": I Love This Album So Much

Yara Sameh Taylor Swift returned to Instagram Saturday after not posting on the platform for 100 days to praise Selena Gomez's 'I Said I Love You First,' the 'Only Murders in the Building' star's new musical collaboration with her fiancé Benny Blanco. '[Selena Gomez] & [Benny Blanco] I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD,' Swift wrote on Instagram Stories, sharing a link to the album. The 14-song record is Gomez's first major musical release since her 2020 album 'Rare.' Ahead of the album's release, Spotify posted a teaser in the form of a one-on-one sitdown between Blanco and Gomez. The 33-minute conversation took listeners behind the writing process of 'I Said I Love You First.' 'We'd get up in the morning and have a conversation. But our conversation was never led going, 'What are we going to write in the album?'' Gomez said. 'I was constantly just writing whatever you said wherever we were,' Blanco added. 'Sometimes, you'd be saying something really important, and I didn't know if you even realized, but I would always open my phone and be like, 'Fuck, that's such a good line for a song.'' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Egypt confirms denial of airspace access to US B-52 bombers News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Lifestyle Pistachio and Raspberry Cheesecake Domes Recipe Videos & Features Bouchra Dahlab Crowned Miss Arab World 2025 .. Selena Gomez Drops "I Said I Love You First" Narrated Version & 'Unreleased Track "Stained"

Yara Sameh Fans who can't get enough of Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's "I Said I Love You First" have more to explore with a newly released version of the album, "I Said I Love You First – Explained: Narrated by Selena Gomez". As Gomez explained on Sunday in posts on social media, 'benny and I made so many amazing memories throughout the process of creating our new album. I wanted to let you guys in on some of those stories and the making of these songs. I Said I Love You First – Explained: Narrated by Selena Gomez is available for digital download on my official store now!'. Partners in music and romance (the couple announced their engagement in December), Gomez and Blanco unveiled their joint album — the follow-up to Gomez's 2020 "Rare" — on Friday, March 21. The LP's full release was preceded by singles including 'Call Me When You Break Up' featuring Gracie Abrams and 'Sunset Blvd.' Gomez and Blanco also surprise released a bonus track, with a title that should sound familiar to longtime fans. Some time pre-Rare, but after 2015's "Revival,' Gomez was brewing up music that never saw a release. From that era is a song called 'Stained,' originally produced by Blanco, and first teased in 2016 when the singer shared a snippet. The track eventually leaked in full on the internet, but didn't make the cut on either of Gomez's next two albums. 'Eight years later and you guys never forgot about this song,' she wrote to fans over the weekend. 'Your love for Stained has never gone away and I wanted to do something special to say thank you for all the love and support on the album. Stained is now available exclusively on my official store for a limited time only.' In a livestream that was recorded by a fan over the weekend, Gomez gave listeners (and Blanco, who was on the stream with her) some background on what had happened with 'Stained,' saying, 'You know, I actually loved that song and I was nervous … I remember I was still nervous to curse in a song. I don't know what happened. I'm sure I leaked it on accident, or I did something. But it got out, and I'm kind of happy that it did.' See Gomez's TikTok clips below to catch her singing along to 'Stained.' She also shares details about the narrated version of "I Said I Love You First", noting, 'Basically I get to tell a little story about each song on the album, so I can explain it to you guys and you can see how I view them. I'd love to know your thoughts as well and how you relate to it all.' @selenagomez Eight years later and you guys never forgot about this song 🖤 Your love for Stained has never gone away and I wanted to do something special to say thank you for all the love and support on the album.
