Snoop Dogg says he hopes to open burger van at Celtic Park
Snoop Dogg has already published a cookbook and claims to have spoken to chef Gordon Ramsay about a possible venture in Glasgow together – but he has now revealed he wants to set up a fast-food van at Celtic's stadium in the city's east end.
He has described Celtic supporters as 'special' and the best fans in European football, and said he identifies strongly with the club's mascot Hoopy the Hound – describing it in a previous interview as a 'match made in heaven'.
The keen sports fan worked as a correspondent for NBC at the Paris Olympics last year, has launched two youth football leagues, and has been a vocal advocate for pay equality for female athletes.

He told the Sunday Mail that Celtic fans would support the burger van and that it would become a foodie 'Paradise' – the nickname give to Celtic Park.
He said: 'I would love to bring a pop-up burger (van) to a sports stadium to show fans that food at stadiums can be good.
'It's got to be Celtic Park, man. The secret to a good burger is the love in the preparation. The ground beef has got to be mixed with some secret spices, then add a good quality cheese and some maple-cured bacon.
'The Celtic fans are gonna love it, and to make sure they are just right, Snoop is going to be serving them himself.'
But he said he would not be taking his culinary ventures to Celtic's Old Firm rivals at Ibrox.
Snoop told the Sunday Mail: 'Am I going to bring my burgers to Rangers as well? Nah, I think we will give that a miss.'

Her campaigning has won praise from Donald Trump, who welcomed her to the White House before signing the 'Keeping Men out of Women's Sports' executive order in February. On Friday, Gaines retweeted a picture of Minnesota team Champlin Park celebrating the state high school title that they won with transgender pitcher Marissa Rothenberger on the team. 'Comments off lol,' Gaines wrote in response to the post. 'To be expected when your star player is a boy.' It sparked a blistering response from Biles, 28, who first criticized Gaines' view and then compared her appearance to a man. Biles wrote: 'You're truly sick, all of this campaigning because you lost a race. Straight up sore loser. 'You should be uplifting the trans community and perhaps finding a way to make sports inclusive OR creating a new avenue where trans feel safe in sports. Maybe a transgender category IN ALL sports!! 'But instead… You bully them… One things for sure is no one in sports is safe with you around!!!!!' The former swimmer later shared a clip of Biles' testimony to Senate on the abuse He was sentenced in federal court in 2017 to 60 years in prison on charges of possessing child sex abuse material. The following year, Nassar was sentenced to up to 175 years and up to 125 years, respectively, in two separate Michigan courts for molesting female gymnasts under his care. Biles publicly broke her silence in January 2018, revealing in a powerful tweet that she was one of Nassar's victims. In 2019, Biles revealed that the trauma of the assaults had left her struggling with suicidal thoughts. The gymnast has offered no further comment other than to retweet her original post calling Gaines 'sick'. The issue of trans athletes in sports has been a bigger talking point in the US this week with the Minnesota high school team reaching the state championships. Rothenberger is biologically male. At nine, Rothenberger's mother applied in district court to alter her child's birth certificate after their ninth birthday, with the petition being approved, per Reduxx. Rothenberger was issued a new birth certificate showing to be born female, switching their name from 'Charlie Dean' to Marissa.

Neil Lennon in James Forrest quip after incredible career
The Pars boss watched on as the most decorated Hoops player of all time struck against St Mirren on the final day of the league season to ensure he had scored in each of the last 16 seasons. Lennon gave Forrest his debut at the age of 18 and would go on to rely heavily upon him across two spells as manager. The 33-year-old now has 26 winners' medals - 13 Scottish Premiership titles, eight Scottish Cups and five Scottish League Cups and that scoring record just ensure his name was etched further into club folklore. Lennon has huge admiration for him and has been so proud to see what he has gone on to achieve. He even joked he might be tempted to try and get him to drop down a division. He said: "It's wonderful. I'm so proud of him. "You couldn't write a better story when he got the last-minute goal against St Mirren. What a player. He was like that when he was 18. He's so humble. He's never changed. He shies away from all the spotlight and just gets on with his football. "He's one of the most exciting players Celtic have had for forever, really. Jamesy would drive at you from the left, he'd drive at you from the right. He's a great finisher. He had his ups and downs with injuries, but if you talk to every player or every manager who's worked with him, he's just been a joy to work with. "I think James respects what I did for him in his career. I managed him twice, and he always delivered. I loved him. I loved watching him play because he was different. He wanted to take people on. That was his remit when he was younger. I said I want you to run at people, and he was brilliant at it. "He was a really good finisher as well. I'm delighted for him. He's had a mega career. It is incredible that he is Celtic's most decorated player. You wouldn't he just shrugs his shoulders and wants to get the next one! "The consistency he has had and the talent. He's not lost that change of pace either. He can do a number on you from a standing position. He still has that wee electric burst to get away from people. "His finishing has always been top-class with both feet. You could play him anywhere along that front three, or even now, as he's getting older, you could play him as a 10. I'll maybe try and get him here. I'll have a chat!"
