Richard Arnold opened up on his health battle.
Good Morning Britain's Richard Arnold has opened up on his painful health condition. During a discussion on the ITV show on Wednesday morning, the showbiz correspondent said he was suffering from a painful issue with his foot.
Richard was talking about Sir Rod Stewart's running plans with hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid when talk turned to Rod's wish to be a sprinting world record holder. Richard then revealed he was suffering from his own health issues, writes The Mirror.

The 55 year old said that he has plantar fasciitis, which is a condition that causes pain on the bottom of your foot, the heel and the arch, with many people suffering from the injury.

The GMB team were talking about Sir Rod Stewart 's plans to beat a 100m world record. The Maggie May rocker has a running track in his garden and has been practicing every day in a bid to beat the previous time set.
Rod said previously: "I've got it down to 19 seconds by learning how to push off. Now I'm going for 17 seconds, which I think would be a world record for someone my age."
He added: "I keep myself very fit. I played soccer all my life don't play much anymore after a knee replacement but I've had the same trainer for 38 years. I've got a huge gym, an indoor pool, a golf course you name it."
Rod's inspiration is Frank Sinatra. He shared: "He told me the secret to being a great singer is having powerful lungs. So do lots of underwater swimming and hold your breath."

Earlier this week, the singer revealed that he has one request for the crowd coming to see him at Glastonbury. The 80-year-old icon takes the stage for the legend slot at the festival later this month.
Hoops superfan Rod wants to see a wave of green and white when he belts out his biggest hits from the iconic Pyramid Stage and is asking his fans to wear Celtic FC shirts to help him achieve the dream.

Rod appeared on the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2 this week and revealed his hope for the much anticipated performance on Sunday, June 29.
Throughout the years, various different artists have performed during the legend slot, such as Shania Twain, Diana Ross, Tom Jones and Lionel Richie. And Glastonbury fans have a history of showing up dressed as the artist they are there to see.
Zoe asked Sir Rod if he was expecting to see members of the crowd show up wearing his signature leopard print style, or even donning wigs in tribute to his much loved spiky, tousled look barnet.
Rod joked with Zoe as he said: "My fans usually wear Celtic shirts now.
"They're all in Las Vegas in the front row with their Celtic shirts - most of them don't know what the goalkeeper's name is, but their intention is good."
"I do hope there are a few Celtic flags up at Glastonbury," he continued.
