President Donald Trump is sending in active-duty Marines to assist law enforcement with immigration protests in Los Angeles, California.
As a devoted supporter of President Donald Trump, I applaud his decision to spend $134 million to send U.S. Marines and the National Guard into Los Angeles to battle the libs and lower grocery prices. I'm also glad he's spending $45 million to lower inflation by holding a military parade in Washington, DC, on June 14 that, through pure coincidence, falls on his birthday.
Like my fellow MAGA enthusiasts, I wanted Sleepy Joe Biden out of the Oval Office because he destroyed America by being senile and a criminal mastermind, AND made inflation and my grocery bill too high because he hates real Americans.
President Trump promised to get those grocery prices down. He's a master dealmaker, so he said prices would drop on Day 1. I've noticed that didn't happen, since I'm still paying $10 for a box of Patriot-O's cereal ("It's like an insurrection in your tummy!") and alternating which kid gets to eat dinner each night.

I'm confident that once MY president uses loads of taxpayer money squashing the LA protests he smartly provoked and celebrating his birthday by destroying the streets of DC with a tank parade, grocery stores and food suppliers will have no choice but to drop their prices. Because who knows what this guy might do next?

Trump's business savvy means we all benefit from his birthday parade
Say you're a grocery store owner and you're about to slap a price tag on a box of cereal. Those cereal producers might be charging the store more because of Trump's incredibly smart tariffs, or because of supply chain issues, or because of the inflation Trump promised would disappear, that hasn't disappeared yet. (That's also part of his master plan – he's trying to confuse inflation so it won't know what to expect out of him. Classic dealmaker maneuver.)

If you're a Marxist, radical, socialist Democrat, you probably think: The grocery store owner is going to put a higher price on the cereal because it costs them more, and they need to make a profit.
WRONG!
'I'm going to patriotically lower the cost of this cereal'
That grocery store owner is going to think: 'Since President Trump was willing to spend millions in taxpayer money to send the Marines into Los Angeles to fight people I don't like, and because he loves America so much he made America pay for his birthday parade, I'm going to patriotically lower the cost of this cereal to make my president look good, even if it means I'll go out of business in three months.'
Duh. That's a little thing called good ol' American capitalism, you lefty doorknobs. Look it up!!

So yes, as an American who loves America and has invested my life savings in President Trump's cryptocurrency, I feel 1,000% confident that dropping nearly $200 million on invading Los Angeles and rolling tanks through our nation's capital will lower grocery prices and probably also reduce inflation.
The rest of you just don't understand how America can get great again. Maybe if you watch the big June 14 military parade that we're paying for, you'll understand.

California U.S. Senator Alex Padilla Manhandled Out of DHS Secretary L.A. Presser, Cuffed originally appeared on L.A. Mag. United States Senator Alex Padilla was manhandled out of a press conference held by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem Thursday in Los Angeles and hurled to the floor by federal agents who handcuffed him after he yelled out: "I have questions."Padilla, the son of Mexican immigrants who grew up in the San Fernando Valley, showed up as Noem was engaged in a press conference that ratcheted up rhetoric targeting Democratic leaders of Los Angeles, in particular Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Gavin Newsom. As she spoke, Padilla identified himself and said "I have questions for the secretary." Before he could continue, the senator was flanked by agents in plainclothes and hustled out into the hallway where he was thrown to the floor and handcuffed by FBI agents. The encounter sparked outrage from Democrats, including Governor Gavin Newsom who posted on X: "If they can handcuff a U.S. Senator for asking a question, imagine what they will do to you." The incident took place as Noem took aim at demonstrators who have engaged in violence against law enforcement and extensive vandalism that had marred much of DTLA including public buildings, parks, and the the Japanese community of Little Tokyo. She also ratcheted up the ugly rhetoric that continues to be leveled at Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass. 'We are not going away. She later said that she called Padilla, who was not charged, and had a conversation. "After he interrupted our press conference with law enforcement, I met with Senator Padilla for 15 minutes," she wrote on X. "We probably disagree on 90% of the topics but we agreed to exchanged phone numbers and we will continue to talk—that is the way it should be in this country."That explanation was not enough for Democratic leaders who took to the floor of the U.S. Senate on Capitol Hill to express their outrage. Among the lawmakers who made a statement was Cory Booker, the U.S. Senator from New Jersey. "A United States Senator in his own see him being thrown to the ground," Booker said. "This to me is such an abuse of authority, it is a violent act, and there can be no justification of seeing a senator forced to their knees, laid flat on the ground, their hands twisted behind their back, and being put into restraints."
