Court documents show Payne left £28,595,000, which after expenses and debts were paid saw the figure reduced to £24,280,000.
The tragic singer died intestate, which means he didn't leave a will stating what should be done with his money.
However, docs show the court has granted power of administration of his estate to Cheryl Tweedy, his former partner and mother of his eight-year-old son Bear.
Also named as an administrator is top music lawyer Richard Bray, partner in a London-based legal firm.

Under UK's rules of intestacy, it is likely that the money will be placed in trust for Liam's son, while his girlfriend at the time of his death, Kate Cassidy, will receive nothing as they were not married or in a civil partnership.
This comes after the singer's haunting final words were revealed by his girlfriend Katie - six months after his death.
The influencer, 25, has been candidly documenting her grief since the tragic event in interviews and on social media.

At the time, Kate said she laughed, unaware of what was to come.
She said: 'But to look back in time and know that that was the last time I was ever gonna see him again is just so chilling.
'I am so blessed that it was that heartfelt goodbye. Our last goodbye - I wouldn't have wanted it to be any differently. I am so glad we had that beautiful time together and I wouldn't change that."

In an interview with The Sun in March, she revealed his death "still doesn't feel fully real".
She added: "Love is so optimistic, and you just hope that everything will work out at the end.
"Obviously if I knew, if I could see into the future, I would never have left Argentina."
Liam and singer Cheryl Tweedy, 41, welcomed their child in March 2017, after they had been dating for a year.

This boutique Melbourne hotel was just honoured with a major style and design award

Hands up if the name La Liste rings a bell? You may recognise it as the Paris-based restaurant ranking guide that unveils an annual list of its top 1,000 restaurants – last year, it crowned Melbourne's very own fine diner Vue de Monde as the best restaurant in Australia (and fifth in the whole world). Now La Liste is back with a hotly anticipated 2025 guide to the most outstanding hotels around the globe. And you may be surprised to hear that a new boutique accommodation in Fitzroy has been awarded a very special accolade. The StandardX – an uber-cool, industrial-style venue that we reviewed in November 2024 – is among just five hotels to receive the prestigious Style and Design Award. These are hotels that have been either "launched or refurbished with outstanding design". La Liste called the StandardX "arty, bold and unfiltered", and it shared the honour with Maison Heler Metz in France, ÖÖD Hekla Horizon in Iceland, Reschio Hotel in Italy and Ulaman Eco Luxury Resort in Indonesia. The hotel only opened in August 2024, and is the first StandardX iteration from famed hotel chain the Standard. Described as "the rebellious younger sibling", it boasts 125 rooms over eight floors, as well as an all-day Thai street food-inspired restaurant called Bang, a rooftop bar with panoramic city views and a retail offering. Led by Melbourne-based interior design firm Hecker Guthrie, the styling elements blend the grittiness of Fitzroy with modern comforts – think rustic finishes, plenty of greenery, caramel leather couches and an epic red revolving front door. "It's bougie, for sure, but still artsy enough to feel like it belongs to the northside," says Time Out Melbourne's food and drink writer, Lauren Dinse. "The designers have taken inspiration from Fitzroy's post-punk 'Little Band' scene of the late 1970s and early 1980s, paying homage to its music venues, street art and café culture – historic pulse points of this vibrant 'hood." The full list of 1,000 hotels included properties from Paris, London and Bangkok. This year, the ten spots to share the top gong with a near-perfect score of 99.5 include: La Réserve Paris, France The Connaught and The Savoy, England Il San Pietro di Positano, Italy Cheval Blanc Paris, France J.K. Place Capri, Italy Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Thailand The Peninsula Shanghai, China The Peninsula Chicago, USA Rosewood Mayakoba, Mexico To find out more, read the full list here. Two Singapore restaurants are named in the World's 50 Best Restaurants 51-100 extended list for 2025

Every year, we wait in anticipation for the announcement of the World's 50 Best Restaurants to see which establishments from Singapore make it onto this world-acclaimed list. It's never really a matter of 'if', but 'how many'; After all, eating is one of the top pastimes of Singaporeans and our city is brimming with such a diverse line-up of cuisines and dining venues – the perfect representation of the multi-culturalism that we're known for. Ahead of the official announcement of the top 50 on June 19, 2025, the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 extended list of 51 to 100 has just been revealed, and two from this Lion City have been named: modern Australian-style BBQ restaurant Burnt Ends (#93), and Labyrinth (#97) which prides itself on its 'new Singaporean cuisine'. Both Burnt Ends and Labyrinth are no stranger to the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, having emerged at 68th and 92nd place respectively in last year's extended list. Admittedly, this is quite a drop for Burnt Ends in particular, both one-Michelin-star holders will have to work a little harder to maintain their top 100 placings in next year's edition of this food award ranking. This year sees one less Singapore-based dining establishment on the 51 to 100 extended list, with Meta (#95 in 2024) making a disappearance. This can only mean one thing: It's either been bumped up to the top 50, or fallen off the list entirely. Only time will tell. Last year, only one restaurant from Singapore made the top 50 ranking: Odette, one of the two long-standing F&B tenants at the National Gallery that remains after its refresh. The other five, which include rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors and Cantonese restaurant Yan, have since made a sad exit from the museum. Odette was crowned the Best Restaurant in Asia in 2023's awards. We'll be eagerly waiting to see if it remains in the top 50 global placings this year, and whether any other of our favourite restaurants will be joining the party.
