Orange Cat Carries Around Tiny Stuffed Animal in His Likeness and It's Too Sweet
Just like kids, sometimes our pets have security blankies or toys they carry around everywhere. Leroy Brown is an orange cat who has a favorite stuffie - it's an adorable little kitty that looks just like him!
The video starts with Leroy walking down the stairs with his emotional support kitty in his mouth. His mom, Wendi, says he always has his baby, and we absolutely love this cute video!
Wendi has posted other videos of Leroy with his baby, too. He really does always have his emotional support with him, and it's so sweet to see how gentle he is with it. @Madison <3 agreed, "Awww I didn't realize it was a stuffed kitten until the end MY FREAKING HEART!!! He needs a kitten ASAP!!!"Orange cats have big, quirky personalities and are really like the class clowns of the cat world. While we all refer to them as orange cats, they are not a distinct breed. They're actually just orange tabby cats, but tabbies aren't a breed of their own either! When people refer to tabby cats, they're really talking about their common coat pattern - their striped coats.
Do all orange cats look the same? There are some characteristics to look for. Cats.com shares, "Though each orange tabby is different, tabbies in general have specific characteristics that are easily identified. These include banding on the legs and tail, an M-shaped marking on the forehead, white or dark lining around the eyes, pigment on the paws and lips, thin 'pencil' lines on the face, and a pale color on the chin and belly.
Did you know that most orange cats are male - about 80% of them are. Facts.net explains the 'Ginger Gene', 'The captivating orange fur of these cats is due to a gene called 'O' (for orange), which is located on the X chromosome. This gene determines the production of orange pigment, called pheomelanin, in the fur. Interestingly, male cats only need one copy of the 'O' gene to display an orange coat, while females must have two copies. This unique genetic arrangement results in the majority of orange cats being male.'

Deep in the suburbs of northern Paris, a man, Calvin Moreau, was just trying to enjoy his happy meal when he started recording a goose waddling towards him to seemingly investigate what was in his McDonald's to this video's comments section, Mr. Moreau attempted to talk to the bird in French as he grew suspicious that the bird had nefarious intentions regarding the contents of his McDonald's bag. According to the video, Mr. Moreau told the thieving bird, 'Stop that. Just because you're bigger doesn't mean you're smarter!' The next thing the Frenchmen knew, the bird had taken off with the paper McDonald's bag wrapped around their neck. This video had many people wondering: Can birds eat French fries? It's a good question. After all, these salty, delicious snacks are a favorite of many people all over the world. And a lot of people do enjoy feeding birds. So, why not give them French fries? Obviously, it's easy to give a bird a French fry, and it's just as easy for them to scarf it down. But is it actually good for them? The truth is, yes and no. French fries are not toxic to birds per se because they are mainly composed of carbohydrates and do contain some vitamins and minerals. However, French fries, especially McDonald's French fries, contain a lot of sodium and preservatives, which are detrimental to many animals', including birds, digestive systems. Utah hairstylist and horse owner @shelbylockhart witnessed this tragedy firsthand after her new foal's mama sadly passed away shortly after bringing her little one Earthside. The orphaned foal refused milk replacer, but Shelby had another plan. She found a nurse mare, or a lactating female horse with no foal to feed, and hoped that the two would connect despite suffering devastating losses. What happened next brought Shelby and thousands of viewers to tears. This mom and baby couldn't be more perfect for one another! These two were meant to be family! This mama horse accepted the new foal with no hesitation or stress, and once the little one latched, she was just as content. It's hard to believe that both of these beautiful horses suffered massive losses just days before they met one another."So how does it work with a nurse mare?" a commenter asked. "She has to have a baby in order to produce milk. Where is her baby? Are they weaned, and you just keep using her to foster other foals?" Baby horses only nurse for the first 4-6 months of life, so producing milk for even longer could be exhausting to a mare. Sadly, this mama horse lost her foal as well, so she's producing milk to feed a baby who's no longer around. That's why these two are a perfect match despite suffering immense heartbreak. It's such a gift to see this moment unfold, but I can only imagine how Shelby and the other equestrians in this video were feeling. This was the silver lining after two tragedies, but it's also the beginning of a beautiful relationship between this adopted mom and daughter. It's heartwarming to see how quickly and naturally these horses have bonded, even if it wasn't Plan A. Nurse mares like this new mom are an absolute gift to the equine world, though she never would have met her foal if it weren't for selfless horse owners like Shelby. This dog mom didn't hesitate for a second when a simple walk with her dog turned into a rescue mission for one of the tiniest animals I've ever seen. After noticing a tiny baby rabbit stuck on the side of the road, our hero did everything in her power to help. The tiny newborn bunny was only a week old, but they were just fine in the end, thanks to this animal lover's selfless actions. Take a look to see exactly what she did to ensure this tiny rabbit's safety. She's truly a hero! This baby rabbit couldn't be cuter! They're so tiny that they fit comfortably in their rescuer's hand, and they didn't run, scratch, or bite when this kind woman stopped to help. Of course, her patient dog deserves a shoutout too! All we see of the pup is a glimpse of their wagging tail, but they were so well-behaved that they gave the bunny plenty of space. What a good dog!As sweet as their tiny size may be, this surely would have worked against them in the wild. Sadly, a commenter named Karen was right when she wrote, "That baby bunny would've died if you hadn't rescued it. They are defenseless." Although baby bunnies are typically left alone in the nest while the mother rabbit looks for food, this poor baby was clearly left behind. Not only were they on the street, not in the nest, but they were also left alone. It's a miracle that this dog mama spotted them when she did! Fortunately for the newborn baby, this animal lover knew just what to do once they got home. She contacted wildlife rehabilitators in her area and dropped off the baby for professionals to care for. Good call! Like many other baby animals, week-old bunnies require around-the-clock care and feeding.
