ENGLAND'S friendly with Senegal kicked off late - because the visitors were late out of the dressing room.
The clash at the City Ground in Nottingham was due to get underway at 7.45pm.

However, Nicolas Jackson got things underway at 7.50pm.
And that was due to Pape Thiaw's team taking too long to come out and line up in the tunnel.
ITV commentator Sam Matterface was describing the action live on TV.
He said: "Welcome to the City Ground in Nottingham where we await the arrival of the Senegalese players who have eventually been coaxed out of the dressing room by French official Stephanie Frappart.
"Three-and-a-half minutes after they were supposed to emerge."

Quite well beaten but certainly not disgraced on her only start at two, she made her return little over a month ago and produced a much-improved display to finish runner-up behind the useful Sound Of Lightning. There was a bunch finish for the places in that races, which makes the form more difficult to assess, but she did well to finish so close considering she was keen early and had to make plenty of ground from off the pace. This does not look to be the strongest of races and a little progress from that outing, which can be expected, ought to be enough to help her earn her stripes. San Aer is without a win since late 2023 but Tom Mullins' gelding ran well in defeat in a premier handicap on his most recent start and will find 'The 1878 At 3Arena' Apprentice Handicap a more manageable affair. He is preferred to Lady Lunette, who was disappointing last time out but would be a leading player if return to her best form.

Ex-Man United midfielder set to sign for Marseille
FORMER MANCHESTER United attacking midfielder Angel Gomes has agreed to join Marseille, the French club announced on Wednesday. The 24-year-old will be a free agent when his contract with fellow French outfit Lille finishes at the end of the month, having joined them from United in 2020. Gomes earned the last of his four England international caps in November 2024.
