The game involved a slip and slide along a special Love Island-style shopping till, that saw the Islanders slide down a conveyor belt, swipe their card and pick up a receipt, which revealed a fact about an Islander of the opposite sex.
They then had to decide who they think the fact is about and kiss their chosen person, before finding out if they got it right.
The girls picked Harry and were correct.
He appeared delighted to have been named the guy who - together with four other male footballers - had slept with 11 female footie players.
He explained: "The women's team wanted to carry on partying, why don't we carry it on back at my house... four guys, 11 girls and it went long into the night."
Viewers were left feeling sick and quickly branded Harry a "red flag".
One wrote: "Harry is the biggest manw**** i've seen in a while. I know your game."
Love Island bombshell Yasmin slammed for reaction to bombshell's 'disgusting' sex confession
A second said: "Harry's acting like this and hes…thirty?"
A third commented: "Harry is such a hypocrite b/c how did he call Helena out for her stuff but yet in the challenge he literally did things with the women's football team. Like really."
Another added: "Harry is such a hypocrite?? Judging Helena for being a 'party girl' yet he has had an orgy with an entire football team?? What else is harry hiding? He is 10x worse yet degrading helena?? The men this year are horrible."
Just days ago, the semi-professional footballer left Helena Ford furious and upset for telling all the boys that she'd had a threesome.
He branded her a "good time girl" and complained to the male Islanders that he didn't think she was "long term" material.
At the time, Love Island fans slammed Harry for being "misogynistic" for his conversation about Helena.
Elsewhere in the game, Shea revealed he slept with a 50-year-old woman at the age of 19.
He explained he was dating the woman's daughter when he bedded the mother.
Shea said: "I was speaking to the daughter first. The mum came over, and then I felt some rubbing on my leg, then went to the bedroom and it happened."

Love Island legend slams ‘mean girl' Meg's ‘awful' behaviour towards Malisha and says ‘it needs to be called out

Love Island's Jessie Wynter has slammed Meg's "awful" behaviour towards bombshell Malisha amid their bitter villa feud. Aussie beauty Jessie, who found love with farmer Will Young in the 2023 winter series, found last night's episode difficult to watch after the girls' clash left new girl Malisha in tears. 5 Love Island's Meg has been criticised for reducing Malisha to tears Credit: Eroteme 5 New arrival Malisha was overwhelmed after the latest fiery clash Credit: Eroteme The warring islanders have been battling for Dejon's affections with Meg left furious after she had to watch the hunk enjoy a date with the new arrival on a big screen. Fireworks erupted last night after Malisha tried to take Dejon to the hideaway, which Meg found disrespectful. In an exclusive interview with The Sun on behalf of Top Offshore Sportsbooks, Jessie, 28, said: "The way that Malisha's been treated, I don't like that. I do not like seeing that. And I think the taking sides from the other girls is quite disappointing. "I think Meg gives off this energy as though she thinks that because she's an original, she's better than Malisha, which is why she's speaking down to her a bit, which I personally do not like to see." Alima consoled upset Malisha after the row and was quick to call out Meg in front of the group. She told her: "I know it's not nice to see your boy getting pulled up left, right and centre but at the same time, we can be nice to boys and we can be nice to the girls as well." Meg responded by criticising the confrontational energy Malisha has brought to the villa and objected to being called an idiot. "I think it was lovely that Alima came and supported Malisha," Jessie continued. "But I think it's just awful. And I think this behavior does need to be called out. "Bullying is when you're repetitively coming back and attacking the people. I think with Meg and Malisha, I feel like Malisha is doing an incredible job in there. "I think someone needs to have a chat to Meg, whether that be the other girls. I think that behavior shouldn't be tolerated if it continues." SAVAGE Love Island twist as bombshell footballer arrives and girl dumped Jessie found the situation very similar to Zara Deniz's time in the villa from her own series. On that occasion, Zara repeatedly clashed with Olivia Hawkins over Tom Clare before her early exit. Jessie said: "It was really sad to just watch that happen again. I think there are some mean girl groups forming, and I think that often happens in Love Island with the original girls and the bombshells. I just think, girls, come on, girlhood." The former villa star also weighed in on Tommy's row with Shea after the latter manipulated a game to snog Megan, who is partnered with Tommy. Smitten Tommy felt disrespected having already laid claim to Megan. Losing his cool, he called Shea a "lanky lamppost" before storming off. Jessie said: "I think Shay was extremely composed in that situation. "I think something's really hit a nerve with Tommy. I don't know if he's had a situation like this outside of the villa." 5 Dejon is at the heart of a love triangle Credit: Eroteme 5 Jessie Wynter said the way Malisha was spoken to was 'awful' Credit: Instagram

One round saw Alima, 23, presented with: "This boy has had 20 threesomes." After considering both Harry and Remell, she opted for the former and the two locked lips. Fans soon called out Harry for seemingly wiping his mouth afterwards. One penned: "Am I the only one who noticed Harry looking down with a serious face on when Alima was coming over to kiss him in the challenge and then he wiped his mouth after the kiss??? "Trying not to think too much into it but I can't help but be taken aback by that." Another added: "Did Harry just wipe his mouth after Alima kissed him? #LoveIsland." A third shared: "Did anybody else peep Harry's reaction to kissing Alimah?" While a fourth remarked: "Not Harry wiping his lips after kissing Alima."
