Watch: Conan O'Brien returns to ‘Late Night' for first time in 16 years

Fans may recall how, during O'Brien's short run as 'The Tonight Show' host, NBC decided to give the series back to previous host
Wednesday's episode of 'Late Night' was also a full-circle moment for Meyers. The New Hampshire-raised comedian and 'SNL' alum shared a photo from his first time appearing as a guest on a talk show, which happened in 2002 on 'Late Night' when O'Brien was host.

'You look like a contest winner,' joked O'Brien, poking fun at Meyers's early 2000s haircut and outfit.
O'Brien went on to share his favorite comedic bits from his time as host as well as other nostalgic anecdotes.
He also confirmed a fun story to Meyers involving his old Harvard buddy Greg Daniels, the mastermind behind hits like 'The Office,' 'King of the Hill,' and 'Parks and Recreation.' O'Brien revealed that he and Daniels, while working for 'SNL,' would sometimes sneak over to the set of 'Late Night' (at the time hosted by David Letterman), to find a quiet place to write.
'We would wander around and we would always gravitate towards studio 6A, which was David Letterman's 'Late Night' show,' O'Brien told Meyers. 'I would gravitate towards Dave's desk and his chair, which had a big cover over it to protect it from idiots like me.'
Admitting that he would 'go there regularly and sit behind Dave's desk,' O'Brien had no idea that he'd eventually replace Letterman as host, which happened thanks to 'SNL' creator Lorne Michaels going 'out on a huge limb,' he told Meyers, to convince the network to give O'Brien the gig.
'Lorne, I love you and thank you,' O'Brien said.

Bryan Cranston reveals his disgusting 'SNL' sketch idea as host that was 'immediately shut down'
Six-time Emmy-winning actor Bryan Cranston, currently seen making elaborate basketball shots in The Phoenician Scheme, stopped by the Fly on the Wall podcast studio to gab with David Spade and Dana Carvey this week. Naturally, the conversation turned to when Cranston hosted Saturday Night Live back in 2010. While SNL maintains a robust writing staff, the official policy is to allow, even encourage, the guest stars to pitch ideas for their appearances. (It's tough coming up with new sketches week to week, so any help is welcome, we suppose.) This does not mean, however, that these suggestions automatically get greenlit, as Cranston soon learned. "I just wanted to do anything. I had a couple pitches for them," Cranston told the two SNL alumni. "I pitched ideas which were almost immediately shut down. I had a great pitch." Cranston continued with this "great pitch." You be the judge: "So: myself and a date and another couple. We can't believe we got reservations for this restaurant. It's supposed to be amazing. It's called In the Sauce, and it's like, wow. And this very snooty waiter comes in and says, 'Are you ready?' Can we see a menu? 'No. We don't give menus. We serve you food. You eat the food. You leave.' You know? It's like, oh, okay. Yes. Yes. Yes." So far, so good. We are primed for some comedy. What's coming next? "And they say," Cranston went on, "'It's all about the sauce.' So he puts down a crudite, and we dip it in the sauce, and it's, like, oh my god. Just amazing. Crudite is taken away. Here comes the entree. You're eating the entree. We're eating. Oh my god, this sauce is absolutely insane. We're overeating. We eat too much. We throw up." It gets better! "We dip the barf in the sauce. Oh my god. It's all about the sauce. It's like no matter what you're eating, as long as the sauce is good. It's like, you have a severed finger and you dip it in the sauce and it's still good." Cranston concluded, "It didn't get past the Monday meeting," before adding, "I truncated that pitch. It goes much longer." Heaven only knows where Cranston came up with such a repulsive idea, but it is possible he was inspired in some way by the legendary character Mr. Creosote from the 1983 film Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. One could argue that this sketch is a pointed commentary about class inequality, or you could also say it was Python's attempt to make everyone in the audience as sick to their stomach as possible. Chicopee holds annual Pride Flag-raising supporting LGBTQ+ community
CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – It's Pride Month, and local and state officials are showing their support for the LGBTQ+ community. Springfield holds fourth annual Pride Parade A pride flag-raising was held in downtown Chicopee Friday afternoon. The LGBTQ+ community says Pride Month brings visibility, and the city of Chicopee has done just that by raising the pride flag each year since 2016. 'We're proud and we're thankful that we live in a city, and a state, a Commonwealth, that is as protected as it is,' said Ray Hoess-Brooks of Chicopee. Chicopee is hosting its Pride Festival on Saturday at Szot Park at noon. More Pride events will be held in western Mass. throughout the month and can be found here. That's what Wisconsin's own "ANW" veteran Taylor Amann shared on Instagram on June 12. Las Vegas qualifiers, which will continue for several more weeks, began airing in early June. Ahead of her Season 17 debut, Amann graciously stopped by the Journal Sentinel newsroom for a rapid-fire Q&A of sorts. The result: 23 fun facts about the local Ninja, including her favorite Wisconsin restaurant (Hint: It's in the Third Ward), her favorite athletic-wear brand — she has a brand deal with them — and what she considers to be her biggest accomplishments: Answer: I'm from Hartland, Wisconsin. And now, I live downtown Milwaukee. I went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I'm a social media manager for The Weaponry advertising and ideas agency here downtown Milwaukee. And, I own my own photography business. My journey started on "Team Ninja Warrior: College Madness" back in 2016. And, I just filmed my fifth season of "American Ninja Warrior." Yeah, they mean the world to me. My favorite restaurant in downtown Milwaukee is Onesto. I just love Italian food. My favorite food is anything breakfast. I love the Cream Soda Olipop over ice. So good. Probably Stone Creek. Yeah, it's a good one. I love Anthropologie downtown. I'd have to say BYLT Basics. California, for sure. I'm a Cali girl at heart. Definitely CapCut.
