Michael Jordan, wife enjoy lavish Italy getaway aboard $115 million yacht after NBA on NBC shocker
Michael Jordan is officially in vacation mode. The NBA icon and future NBC Sports contributor recently landed in Sardinia, Italy, for a lavish European getaway with loved ones, including wife Yvette Prieto and their 11-year-old twin daughters, Victoria and Ysabel, as seen in photos obtained Tuesday by The Post. Jordan, 62, exited the aircraft in a faded red T-shirt and floral print shorts while Prieto, his wife of 12 years, opted for a white tank top and black sweatpants. Advertisement Jordan, who typically vacations in Europe over the summer, shocked the sports media landscape last month when it was revealed he's joining NBC as a special contributor for the network's NBA coverage in the upcoming 2025-26 season. 'The NBA on NBC was a meaningful part of my career, and I'm excited about being a special contributor to the project. I'm looking forward to seeing you all when the NBA on NBC launches this October,' he said in a statement at the time. 7 Michael Jordan enjoys a cigar aboard his $115 million yacht. As Roman Anthony debuts, collectors flock to invest in Red Sox rookie
Roman Anthony wore the MLB debut patch on his left sleeve, and that will be part of a key chase card for collectors next year. (Credit: Getty Images) A staggering number of collectors rushed to eBay on Monday night hoping to commemorate the moment baseball's top prospect made his major-league debut. The No. 1-ranked player according to MLB Pipeline, Boston Red Sox outfielder Roman Anthony went hitless but drove in a run against the Tampa Bay Rays. Advertisement Despite a lackluster debut that included an error in right field, Anthony's sports card market saw tremendous movement following his call-up from Triple-A Worcester, with eBay research tool Terapeak confirming more than 1,450 sales across Monday and early Tuesday. At the time of the data's retrieval by cllct on Tuesday morning, 25 of those sales had topped $1,000 or more, including the $4,000 paid for a 2023 1st Bowman Chrome Prospect Autograph Gold /50 PSA 9. According to Card Ladder, the record sale for any Anthony card at public auction is the $62,500 paid for his 2023 1st Bowman Chrome Prospect Autograph Superfractor 1/1 in September 2024. Advertisement The highest sale for Anthony so far in 2025 is the $39,289 paid earlier this month for a 2023 1st Bowman Chrome Prospect Autograph Red Refractor /5 at Alt. Collectors were also able to spot Anthony wearing a Topps MLB Rookie Debut Patch on his left sleeve Monday night. That patch will be removed and later placed into a 1/1 card autographed by Anthony. Anthony's Rookie Debut Patch Autograph is widely expected to be one of the most coveted patches from the program to date and likely considered his best rookie card in existence — but that card won't be available until 2026.
