Allu Arjun wins best actor at Gaddar Film Awards 2024 in Telangana

HYDERABAD: Actor
won the best actor award at the Gaddar Film Awards 2024, instituted by the Telangana state govt.
The awards were announced by Telangana Film Development Corporation Chairman
and film awards Chairperson Jaya Sudha.

This is the first time since the formation of Telangana state in 2004 that film awards are being given away. The awards were instituted in the name of balladeer Gaddar, who passed away in 2023.
Kalki 2898 AD was adjudged the best film, Allu Arjun for Pushpa-2, Nivetha Thomas for Indhi Chinna Katha Kaadu, and best director Nag Aswin for Kalki 2898 AD. Awards were announced in other categories as well.
FDC Chairman Dil Raju said there was no involvement or influence of anyone on the jury.
He said the jury had the freedom to decide on the awards. The jury submitted the awards list to chief minister A Ravanth Reddy on May 28.
