
Rail Vikas Nigam signs MoU with Texmaco Rail & Engineering
Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has signed MoU with Texmaco Rail & Engineering. The MoU aims to establish a framework for collaboration in areas of mutual interest, particularly in the field of railway infrastructure and allied sectors.
The areas of collaboration may include, but shall not be limited to, the following sectors:
1. Manufacture and Maintenance of Rolling Stock
2. Operation and Maintenance of Rolling Stock and Workshops
3. Future Collaboration and Strategic Initiatives- a) Establishment/Operation for Wheel Set Manufacturing Facility & Bogie Manufacturing Plants b) Manufacturing of Metro Coaches and Trainsets in India c) Execution of EPC and Allied Infrastructure Projects d) Technology & Innovation in areas of automation, digitalization, sustainable solutions, artificial intelligence, data analytics, green technologies, and other progressive fields relevant to railway infrastructure, manufacturing, operations, and maintenance.

SAP hackfest held at MITE
Mangaluru: The department of MCA at Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering (MITE), in association with SAP and execution partner NextGrids, successfully hosted the first round of SAP Hackfest 2025 on Thursday. Scoda Tubes IPO subscribed 53 times on final day of bidding
New Delhi, The initial public offer of stainless-steel tubes and pipes manufacturer Scoda Tubes received 53.78 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Friday. ADVERTISEMENT The initial share sale got bids for 63,70,52,700 shares against 1,18,46,169 shares on offer, as per NSE data. The category for non-institutional investors fetched 113.03 times subscription while the category for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 69.51 times. The quota for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) received 19.39 times subscription. Scoda Tubes on Tuesday raised Rs 66 crore from anchor investors. The Gujarat-based company's IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, aggregating up to Rs 220 crore with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The issue has a price band of Rs 130-140 per share. ADVERTISEMENT Proceeds of the issue will be used to expand the production capacity of seamless and welded tubes and pipes, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. The company is a stainless-steel tubes and pipes manufacturer, catering to a diverse range of customers like EPC, and industrial companies engaged in oil and gas, chemicals, fertilisers, power, etc. Monarch Networth Capital is the book-running lead manager to the IPO. Dynamic Cables gains after board declares 1:1 bonus issue
Dynamic Cables advanced 2.61% to Rs 868.50 after the company announced a 1:1 bonus issue following the outcome of its board meeting held on 30 May 2025. According to an exchange filing, the companys board, in its meeting held on 30 May 2025, approved and recommended the issuance of bonus equity shares by way of capitalization of securities premium, in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., one new fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 eachto eligible shareholders of the company as on the record date. The issuance is subject to the approval of shareholders and other applicable regulatory and statutory approvals. The record date to determine the eligible shareholders for the bonus equity shares will be intimated separately to the exchanges. Post the bonus issue, the paid-up share capital of the company will increase from Rs 24.23 crore (2.42 crore shares) to Rs 48.46 crore (4.84 crore shares). The company confirmed that Rs 111.11 crore was available in the share premium account as of 31 March 2025, with Rs 24.23 crore earmarked for the bonus issue. The bonus shares are expected to be credited/dispatched within two months from the boards approval, i.e., by 29 July 2025. In another key development, the board has proposed to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 25 crore to Rs 50 crore, which will entail an amendment to Clause V of the Memorandum of Association. Dynamic Cables is a manufacturer of power infra cables that includes LT, HT, EHVC, power control & instrumentation cables, flexible & industrial cables, solar cables, and railway signaling cables. It supplies cables to government DISCOMs, private distribution companies, private EPC contractors, and industrial and export clients and has 3 manufacturing plants situated at Jaipur and Reengus. The company's net profit rose 71.09% to Rs 23.56 crore on a 37.41% increase in net sales to Rs 331.17 crore in Q4 March 2025 over Q4 March 2024.
