Leader of Revolution congratulates Islamic Ummah, First, foremost Palestinian People, on advent of Eid al-Adha
Sana'a - Saba: Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Thursday extended his congratulations and blessings on the occasion of Eid al-Adha to the pilgrims to the Sacred House of God, to the Yemeni people, and to their Mujahideen stationed on all fronts, units, military and security formations, in the armed forces, and all official bodies, and to the entire Islamic Ummah, first and foremost the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear Mujahideen. The following is the text of the congratulations: In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Allah is the Greatest, Allah is Greatest, there is no god but Allah, Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, and to Allah be praise. Allah is the Greatest, many, and praise be to Allah abundantly, and glory be to Allah morning and evening. On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, we extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to the pilgrims to the Sacred House of Allah, to our dear Muslim Yemeni people, and to their dear Mujahideen stationed on all fronts, in units, and in military and security formations, in the armed forces... and all official bodies, and to our entire Islamic nation, especially the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear Mujahideen. Eid al-Adha has come this year while the oppressed Palestinian people are experiencing an unprecedented tragedy on earth, as a result of genocide, starvation, and various heinous and brutal crimes committed by the Israeli enemy in the Gaza Strip, in partnership with the United States and with unprecedented Arab and Islamic inaction. "The shameful inaction of Muslims in Arab countries and elsewhere, coupled with the complicity of some Arab and Islamic regimes, regarding the genocide, starvation, deprivation of water, and various horrific crimes perpetrated by the Zionist Jews against the Palestinian people over the past twenty months, constitutes a disgrace and a grave dereliction of their religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility to wage jihad in the cause of God Almighty, to support oppressed and persecuted Muslims, and to confront the aggression of the unbelievers, the arrogant, and the unjust." "And with the neglect of the tragedy of the Palestinian people in Gaza comes the added burden of neglecting the danger posed to the Noble Al-Aqsa Mosque (the Qiblah of Muslims), for seventeen months. This sacred site, the place of the Prophet Muhammad's Night Journey (may Allah bless him and his family) and one of the most important Islamic sanctities, is exposed to the gravest violations on an almost daily basis. These include the deliberate desecration of its courtyards, continuous incursions, public declarations of blasphemy, insults to the Prophet of Islam from its very grounds, and the practice of dancing and mockery directed at the Islamic nation. Furthermore, there are brutal and varied forms of attacks on the Palestinian people in the West Bank: killings, kidnappings, looting, destruction of homes, bulldozing of camps, burning of agricultural crops and cars, assaults on women, and the torture of prisoners and kidnapped persons in prisons. These are among the many injustices to which the Palestinian people have been exposed across various parts of Palestine since the beginning of the British occupation and its aftermath, with the continuous support and assistance of the Zionist Jews for more than a century." "Although the Zionist enemy has committed the crime of forced displacement against millions of the Palestinian people and consistently seeks to negate their right of return, it is not content with these actions. It is now explicitly attempting, in declared partnership with America and with an audacious and unconcealed agenda, to displace millions of Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank. Furthermore, it aims to confiscate the remaining Palestinian lands in the West Bank by announcing the establishment of additional settlements, in complete disregard of all agreements, decisions, and initiatives. This starkly reveals to all who were deceived and placed their bets on such measures that they are utterly futile. It clearly and decisively indicates the inevitability of the option of jihad for the sake of God Almighty, by adopting the means of victory and divine support, and by believing in God's true promise regarding the outcomes and conclusion of this conflict. This stands in contrast to continuing on a path of submission, neglect, paying exorbitant prices, and bearing immense burdens. The insistence on neglect and inaction has reached a point that astonishes other peoples and nations possessing human consciences. Indeed, with every passing day, the suffering, pain, and tragedy of the Palestinian people intensify, adding more burdens upon the nation of two billion Muslims." "The great dangers of succumbing to the enemies' ambitions within this nation, their motivation to implement hostile plans against it, and the threats Allah has issued to those who are 'lurking' in the Holy Quran, should collectively serve as motivation for serious and sincere action in all areas to support the Palestinian people. Otherwise, what will the nation of two billion Muslims say when it stands before Allah, Glory be to Him, on the Day of Judgment to justify this slackness, given that it has turned away from His Book and ignored His promise and threat?!" The great holocaust in Gaza, and the crime of the century committed by the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian people, requires mobilization and a sincere stance from our Islamic nation. If it does not move, It inevitably exposes itself to the wrath of God and to the severe punishments that He has threatened in the Holy Qur'an, even if there were nothing for the lazy and lurking ones except the saying of God Almighty: {Then wait until Allah brings about His command. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.} [Al-Tawbah: 24] {O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah, you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you contented with the life of this world instead of the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little? (38) If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment and will replace you with another people, and you will not harm Him at all. And Allah is over all things competent.} (Al-Tawbah 38-39) "Our Islamic nation is in dire need of returning to the Holy Quran to revive its life, regain its human dignity, its faith-based pride, and its liberation from tyranny. Its connection to its religious rituals and blessed occasions must be based on the educational gifts they contain: If the Hajj pilgrimage were performed in accordance with the way Allah created it and the purposes He intended for it, it would be sufficient to transform the entire reality of the nation. Eid al-Adha commemorates for us the greatest memory of sacrifice, giving, redemption, submission to Allah Almighty, and moral transcendence, as taught by the great teacher of humanity, the friend of the Most Merciful, His Prophet Ebrahim, and his son, the Prophet of Allah Ismael (peace be upon them). The Takbir of Tashreeq instills in the souls of the nation the greatness and majesty of Allah Almighty above all else, as well as trust in Him and reverence for His religion and guidance. This elevates the nation to a great and powerful position in confronting the allies of Satan and freeing it from the complex of humiliation and submission to the arrogant. Islamic holidays are sacred and blessed occasions for rejoicing in Allah Almighty's grace, performing His great rituals and obligations, strengthening the bonds of love, brotherhood, solidarity, and cooperation among Muslims, showing benevolence toward the poor and deprived, glorifying God, and frequently remembering Him. I call upon our dear people to hold solidarity and supportive gatherings for the oppressed Palestinian people after the Eid al-Adha prayers and sermons in various regions. I also call for consolation for the poor and deprived. We ask Allah to bring this Eid to our nation with goodness, blessings, victory, and prosperity. May He have mercy on our righteous martyrs, heal our wounded, grant our prisoners a speedy release, and hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear Mujahideen. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you." Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
