Watch as Dua Lipa prepares for her two nights headlining at Wembley Stadium this weekend by doing some yoga.
The singer, who is performing in London on June 20 and 21 as part of her Radical Optimism tour, showed off her impressive flexibility in a post shared to her 88 million followers on Friday (June 20).
In between her two shows in the capital, the pop star will be hosting a yoga morning event for some of her fans.
Earlier this month, the singer shared the 'very exciting' news that she was engaged to actor Callum Turner.

WYNNE Evans has lashed out at the BBC again over its "double standards". The axed radio star commented on The Sun revealing BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty was hauled in over a sex jibe at Radio 5 Live. 2 Wynne shared today's front page of the newspaper detailing the programme's toxicity row, amid claims Naga was reprimanded by bosses over two incidents in three years — including allegations she bullied a junior staffer. Posting The Sun front page in a now-deleted post, Wynne said: "I really wish Naga well and I hope she doesn't get hounded. "But come on @bbc @bbccymruwales what double standards. Wynne recently sat down with The Sun's Clemmie Moodie to reveal his side of the story after losing his job following three allegations levelled against him. He accused the BBC of abandoning him in the wake of a series of controversies that erupted during and after his time on Strictly Come Dancing. The corporation said he was offered a dedicated contact at the BBC and was offered "continued" mental health support since his contract concluded. Director General Tim Davie issued an unprecedented apology, and vowed to clean the show up, after a formal complaint from actress Amanda Abbington into Giovanni Pernice's behaviour. A raft of ex-contestants then came forward with their own horror stories. Another dancer, Graziano Di Prima was then fired after a video emerged of him kicking his partner Zara McDermott. Naga is the first female presenter to be caught up in the series of scandals which have gripped the Beeb. She was reprimanded by a senior producer over the sex jibe, but no formal action was taken. As the BBC is now facing questions of double standards, an insider said: 'If a male presenter made a sexual comment like that or falsely accused someone of theft, he'd be out the door. But with Naga, it gets brushed off.' A BBC spokesperson said: 'While we do not comment on individual cases, we take all complaints about conduct at work extremely seriously.'

JESY Nelson's partner Zion Foster danced with their newborn tiny daughter in a heartwarming moment. Former Little Mix star Jesy, 34, welcomed twin girls with boyfriend Zion following a high-risk pregnancy. 4 4 4 The newborns are named Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster, respectively. Taking to Instagram, Jesy shared a poignant video of Zion dancing with one of the girls. With music playing in the background, Zion wiggled the baby's hands and feet while singing to her. He also addressed the other twin, saying: "You wanna do some dancing too?" Last week, Jesy confirmed the baby girls were finally home - after a long hospital stint. She penned on Instagram: "My babies made it home for my birthday." One fan responded: "I knew they would make it home to be with you, precious miracle girls they did it for you. "They love you so much and wanted to be with mummy on her special day. Happy birthday angel!" While another shared: "So happy you guys are all home together." During her pregnancy, Jesy was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). The diagnosis took Jesy and Zion by surprise and they revealed they had no idea what TTTS was before the diagnosis. Twins are quite rare, but are usually born completely healthy What are the different types of twins? Monozygotic – identical twins ('one cell' twins) Dizygotic – also known as 'fraternal', non identical twins. Babies are no more alike than siblings born at separate times, and they can be the same or different sexes Conjoined twins – identical twins that are joined together. They are extremely rare, and it's estimated they range from one in 49,000 to 189,000 births, although around half are stillborn, and one third die within 24 hours. King teams up with Idris Elba for Netflix debut
The King is to make his Netflix debut with a documentary about 'the power of believing in young people'. His Majesty has teamed up with actor Idris Elba for the programme, which will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the King's Trust. The monarch will 'offer rare access and insights' into his support for the charity over the past five decades. Filming will begin next week and the documentary will be broadcast in autumn 2026. A Buckingham Palace aide said: 'The King is pleased for the trust to have this wonderful opportunity to showcase their work to a global audience, sharing the compelling stories of some of the more than 1million young people it has helped in Britain and internationally over the past 50 years.' Buckingham Palace is increasingly turning to the documentary format to highlight the King's work and reach a wider audience. It has also proved willing to move away from domestic terrestrial producers such as the BBC and ITV that traditionally produce royal, set-piece documentaries. In January, it emerged that the monarch will appear in a feature-length film on Amazon Prime based upon his 'philosophy of harmony'. The film is being made in collaboration with The King's Foundation, which is this year celebrating its 35th anniversary, and is being filmed at Dumfries House, its base in Scotland. Due to be released at the end of this year or in early 2026, it has been described as 'a chance to show, not tell' viewers 'how they can transform people, places, and ultimately the planet.' The new Netflix documentary will be made by Elba's own production company, 22 Summers, which will involve young people supported by the King's Trust to help them build experience in film and television. It will mark the monarch's first collaboration with the streaming giant, which in recent years has become more known for its affiliation with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. In 1976, the King used his £7,400 severance pay from the Royal Navy to create the Prince's Trust, which helps disadvantaged young people get into education, training and jobs. 'King's Trust changed my life' Elba has recently spoken of his eternal gratitude to the King for founding the charity, admitting that it changed his life. The actor was 16 when he was awarded a £1,500 grant from the organisation to enable him to train at the National Youth Music Theatre. He admitted that when he initially applied, he thought he was wasting his time. But he came home from school one day to find a letter in a white, handwritten envelope addressed to 'Idris Elba Esq', complete with the royal seal. Inside was a cheque from the trust that enabled him to pursue his dream, putting him 'on the right trajectory.' Elba, who has also founded his own charity called the Elba Hope Foundation, said: 'The King's Trust gave me an opportunity that changed my life. 'At a time when I didn't have the resources to pursue my ambitions, they offered real, practical support – including financial help – that helped me take those first steps to advance my career. 'Today, through the Elba Hope Foundation, I'm focused on creating those same opportunities for young people who are full of potential but lacking access. Around the world, millions are still waiting for that one door to open. 'This documentary is about shining a light on what's possible when it does — and why the work of The King's Trust remains so important.' Jonathan Townsend, UK chief executive of The King's Trust, said: 'At its heart, this is a documentary about the power of believing in young people. 'It's about an idea, driven by a young Prince who was determined to make a positive difference, that when young people are supported to succeed, we all succeed.' The latest announcement follows several appearances by the King on television shows in recent years. At the end of last year he appeared on a BBC Christmas special of Countryfile which was filmed at his Highgrove home, highlighting the work of The King's Foundation's education programmes. The King also took part in a special episode of The Repair Shop in 2023, where he showcased the work of the charity's students and spoke about his passion for heritage crafts.
