Taiz districts host cultural evenings for al-Wilayah day Commemoration
Taiz – Saba:
Residents of al-Janadeyah al-Sufla sub-district in al-Taezeyah district on Wednesday organized a cultural evening to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah 1446 AH.
Shura Council member Salah Bajash emphasized the importance of instilling al-Wilayah's values to strengthen steadfastness against national enemies' plots.
At the event, attended by mobilization head Mohammed al-Khalidi and security director Brigadier General Shukri Mahyoub, Sheikh Saeed Quraish and Mohammed al-Ahdal stressed emulating Imam Ali's approach and courage.
Additionally, two evenings were held in Haifan district—at Thi Samer Square in al-Arouq and Bani Ali Square in al-Abous—also commemorating the Day of al-Wilayah, with local military, security, and social figures attending.

Organizing Committee calls for mass turnout tomorrow morning to commemorate al-Wilayah
Sana'a – Saba: The Organizing Committee for events has called on the Yemeni people to gather in large numbers tomorrow morning in the designated squares of the capital Sana'a and various governorates to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah. The committee has designated five locations in the capital for the celebrations. The Military College Square has been assigned to the districts of Bani al-Harith, al-Thawra, and Shu'ub, while Tahrir Square will host participants from the districts of al-Tahrir, Azal, and Old Sana'a city. The square north of the new university has been designated for Maeen district, while the square east of the People's Mosque will accommodate participants from the districts of al-Sabeen, al-Safiyah, and al-Wahda. Al-Houthi reveals surprise about Sana'a's rapprochement with major countries
SANAA, May 18 (YPA) – Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council in Sana'a province, revealed the existence of a great rapprochement between Sana'a and major countries. Al-Houthi said: 'This rapprochement will be revealed in the coming days.' 'The Yemeni position in the Red Sea serves Arab national security, noting that it has become clear to many countries that the Yemeni position is linked to Gaza,' he added. Al-Houthi stressed that Sana'a is with Egypt in having full sovereignty over the Suez Canal, considering Sana'a's military operations a guarantor for Egypt and the Suez Canal. Al-Houthi also confirmed, in an interview with Al-Masirah TV, the continuation of Yemen's position towards Gaza, noting that the Americans failed in their war on Yemen and that the Yemeni missiles forced them to stop their aggression against Yemen.
