Demi Lovato's wedding date with bandmate revealed a year and a half after engagement
Demi Lovato 's wedding date has been revealed as she is set to marry her bandmate after a year and a half engagement.
The 32-year-old former Disney star - who recently revealed that they have never been happier - is set to marry fiance Jordan Lutes at the end of the month according to TMZ.
Demi (who uses she/they pronouns) and the 34-year-old Canadian musician will be exchanging vows on Memorial Day weekend, though no location has been revealed, according to the publication's sources
Her Holy Fvck back-up vocalist bandmate nicknamed 'Jutes' popped the question to her in December 2023.
Jutes teamed up with New York City-based jewelry company Material Good's Teresa Panico to create the bespoke pear-shape diamond sparkler.
'I'm still speechless! Last night was the best night of my life and I can't believe I get to marry the love of my life @jutesmusic,' Demi wrote at the time when she announced her engagement.
'My love, I'm beyond excited to marry you. Every day I've spent with you has been a dream come true and I can't wait to love and cherish you forever. Here's to the rest of our lives. I love you baby!'
At the time the two-time Grammy nominee and Jutes got matching tattoos of the track - 4 Ever 4 Me - which she wrote especially about him.
The heavily-tattooed millennial and Demi - who met in January 2022 - also reportedly collaborated on her songs Substance, Happy Ending, and City of Angels.
Jutes marks Lovato's second engagement after ending her first engagement to four-time Daytime Emmy nominee Max Ehrich in 2020 after six months of dating.
This comes after Demi insisted she's never been happier as she updated fans on her wellbeing in a candid Instagram post after sparking Ozempic rumors with her recent weight loss.
The former child star reflected on how far they've come in the past five years as she shared a sweet video on Wednesday.
Demi danced in the short clip as she shared 'things that would send 2020 me into a coma' with her 153million followers.
Revealing the list, she wrote: 'The happiest I've ever been, loving cooking and rebuilding my relationship with food, surrounded by loved ones.
Demi gushed on Instagram at the time: 'I'm still speechless! Last night was the best night of my life and I can't believe I get to marry the love of my life @jutesmusic. My love, I'm beyond excited to marry you. Every day I've spent with you has been a dream come true and I can't wait to love and cherish you forever. Here's to the rest of our lives. I love you baby!'
'Three songs in the billions club!!!, acting in a move premiering at Tribeca, engaged to love of my life, in the studio making music I love (I can't wait to share!), I have three dogs'.
Recently, Demi shared a set of new bikini-clad photos on social media sparking Ozempic rumors.
Last week, the Camp Rock star modeled a two-piece which boasted a black bandeau top and matching high-waisted bottoms, flaunting her newly slimmed down figure.
Demi posed up a storm in a swimming pool overlooking the picturesque ocean.
The post came amid speculation that the ex Disney actress could be using a GLP-1 weight loss drug like Ozempic or Mounjaro.
Under her previous Instagram post, social media users were quick to point out her different look.
'Honey just stop the ozempic; Demi ilysm but stop rn with the ozempic you've been perfect for ages pls keep some curves;
'She has the Ozempic drop in her cheeks; Ozempic Queen; Ozempic hitting hard.'

Demi has not publicly commented on the rumors.
In March, Demi was accused of ditching her ' woke ' era in favor of cultivating a more 'soft girl' inspired image.
The singer previously sported a shaved head in a bid to shed 'gender and sexuality norms', identified as non-binary and called out a froyo shop for 'triggering' her due to a past eating disorder.
Yet in recent months she has transformed her image to a retro glamor look coupled with wholesome cooking videos.
Gone are the controversies of the past as a smiling Demi rustled up a roast chicken dinner in a recent TikTok, although fans were later left concerned over her nervous 'shaking' in the clip.
Demi's transformation wowed fans who quipped she's gone from 'woke to womanhood' and entered her 'feminine soft girl era.'
One fan wrote: 'Soooo this was just a phase' while a second typed: 'her aura is so back.'
The former child star has previously suffered a turbulent personal life, suffering a near-fatal heroin and fentanyl overdose inside her $8.3M Hollywood Hills mansion back in July 2018.
In 2021 Demi shocked fans when she discussed her 'fluid' sexuality. She said: 'I'm very fluid. I think love is love. You can find it in any gender. I like the freedom of being able to flirt with whoever I want'
'I've always known I was hella queer, but I have fully embraced it' and added she was 'just too queer' to date men at the time.'

She also expressed feeling proud of belonging to the 'alphabet mafia', referring to the LGBTQ+ community.
That same year detailed how she felt 'liberated' when she shaved her head because of how it helped her shed 'gender and sexuality norms' she was raised with as a 'Christian in the South.'
Ditching her previous wholesome look, she adopted an edgier style and even got a gigantic spider tattoo on her head.
Another memorable outburst that year saw Demi slammed by fans after she went to war with a frozen yogurt shop after feeling 'triggered' by their selection of diet and sugar free items .
The star was blasted over the 'stupid' attack, leaving many fans confused, as well as people upset with the idea of a big star attacking a small business in lockdown.

During the lunch, Daisy revealed that she was not allowed to drop her Jordan doll otherwise she had to take a shot, with the star noting that if she forfeited her shot, she'd have to have her partner's face tattooed onto her body. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Describing her stay at the 'breathtaking' Hillside Hangouts, Daisy noted that it had 'heavenly views, chic and cosy decor & it was completed with the most thoughtful decorations, balloons & a kitchen with all my favourite snacks and drinks.' The emotional beauty went on to add that she loved it so much that she 'burst into tears when I walked in.' Daisy also revealed that her pals had planned her ideal dinner made up of her 'death row' menu, stating: 'Then dinner, I didn't even question when Portia asked me on the phone what my death row meal was… just thought it was our standard chat. 'But that's what they had created in our glorious home for the trip- my favourite starter main & pud… I slipped into the dress of dreams by @anniesibiza.' The mother-of-one's weekend celebrations included a ceramics class and cocktails, concluding with 'a lot of laughter, dancing & Daisy bingo.' Sharing snaps from her hen do, Daisy looked gorgeous in a bridal-inspired ivory embellished dress by Annie's Ibiza complete with a veil. It comes after Daisy revealed that while she is busy with preparations for Somerset wedding to Jordan, the couple have also decided to move to Somerset with their daughter Ivy, two. Daisy admitted she has been quite overwhelmed and 'super anxious' recently as she attempts to balance having a 'toddler, planning a wedding and a new home'. The mother-of-one's weekend celebrations included a ceramics class and cocktails, concluding with 'a lot of laughter, dancing & Daisy bingo' Speaking in the June addition of SOMERSET LIFE magazine, Daisy said she 'needs to get married before she can think about having baby number two'. Daisy said: 'I'm moving to and marrying in Somerset. That's how much I love it. I will coordinate Ivy with me and my bridesmaids, she'll be a little flower girl but I'm still trying to figure it all out. 'Jordan is really practical whereas I'm the creative one, so I need him to make certain decisions and he lets me get on with the creative stuff. 'But having a toddler, planning a wedding and a new home is quite a lot. First thing this morning I had to write so I don't feel super anxious. I don't feel actual pressure, but it is an exciting idea that it could be better than my 18th, which was one of the best parties ever. I think we might top it. The star revealed the couple have decided to move to the country after being 'inspired' by her mum as she grew up surrounded by nature. She said: 'Now the plan is to rent a little eco-home in Somerset while we start looking for somewhere to build our own eco-home. 'We can immerse ourself in the life with Ivy starting nursery there next year and start building out community. The idea that when we're there we will find the exact bit of land.' The mother-of-one is already looking at wormeries, 'so she can give back to the land and reusable water pumps and heat pumps' for her new property.

Dua Lipa cosies up to fiancé Callum Turner and flashes her giant engagement ring in sweet snaps after performing in Milan
Dua Lipa put on a loved-up display with her fiancé Callum Turner on Monday in snaps where she flashed her giant engagement ring. The Dance the Night hitmaker, 29, looked happier than ever as she lay between her actor partner's legs, putting a hand forward with her dazzling ring on display. The giant ring could also be seen in a sweet selfie of the couple, who got engaged in December after a year of dating. Their affection for each other was also showcased in a picture taken of them from behind, with Dua's arms over Callum, 34. She captioned the snaps: 'that's amoreeee...' with a heart emoji. While Dua did not tag an exact location, her caption is a reference to Dean Martin's famous song of the same name about Italy and she took her Radical Optimism tour to Milan on Saturday. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The giant ring could also be seen in a sweet selfie of the couple, who got engaged in December after a year of dating In further snaps from the photo series, the singer could be seen enjoying a glass of white wine while wearing a white shirt. In another, Dua showed off her black and white flower manicure as she playfully pouted for the camera. She also shared a particularly animated picture of herself with her hands in a claw-like shape, which emphasised the leather jacket and black bralet she was wearing. The Levitating hitmaker and the Fantastic Beasts star are said to be 'so in love' and their friends are 'so happy' after Callum popped the question. A source told The Sun at the time of their engagement: 'Dua and Callum are so in love and know this is forever. 'Dua has had one of the best years of her career professionally and this is the cherry on the cake. 'Callum is such a solid support for Dua and they make a wonderful couple. Their family and friends are so happy.' Prior to making her relationship public, the Dance the Night songstress revealed during promotion for her album Radical Optimism that she had to find her 'confidence' again after previous relationships had gone awry. She also shared a particularly animated picture of herself with her hands in a claw-like shape, which emphasised the leather jacket and black bralet she was wearing. Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, she revealed: 'In terms of relationships, I needed to get to this place in order to find what I really needed. 'You have to be in the act of forgiveness and growing and learning, and being okay with the past in order to move on with what's to come next. 'So it's, for me, Happy for You is a beautiful, happy song, because it's so reflective of my journey. 'I think with every relationship, with every experience you learn about yourself, you learn about things that are hurtful to you, what you expect, what you should be ready to give as well. 'I think, again, it goes back to that exchange of vulnerability. 'I think I've had relationships which have been really hurtful, especially earlier on, where I feel like I've been made to feel like not good enough or have made me lose my confidence and I've had to find that again. 'You learn about your own non-negotiables. I think that's an important thing.'

Why Warner Bros. Discovery is splitting into two and what this means
Warner Bros. Discovery will split into two separate public companies by mid-2026, focusing on streaming /studios and global networks respectively, amid the ongoing shift from cable to streaming. David Zaslav will oversee the streaming and studios business (including HBO Max), while Gunnar Wiedenfels will head the global networks company (including CNN, TNT, and Discovery). The separation aims to allow each company to leverage its strengths, pursue investment opportunities, and enhance shareholder value in the evolving media landscape. This move mirrors Comcast's earlier spin-off of its cable assets into a separate entity, Versant, signaling a broader trend of restructuring among media giants facing cord-cutting challenges. The split follows WBD's earlier restructuring plan to separate its linear networks and streaming units, and comes as Zaslav has been focused on reducing the company's debt, a move that has faced internal criticism.
