Honkai: Star Rail is gearing up to launch the next major patch, Patch 3.3: The Fall at Dawn's Rise. Set for a May 20, 2025 release date, it will be rolled out simultaneously across regions, with timezone differences being the only exception.

Mingling with Cipher is the very popular Aglaea, a Lightning Remembrance concerned with the balance and duality that run throughout this patch. Cipher's banner, Slick and Speedy Steals, will run from June 11 into July 1, and the signature Light Cone for Cipher, Lies Dance on the Breeze, will be featured on the Brilliant Fixation Light Cone Banner during this phase.
