Jefferson Hills police asking for help identifying suspect, ATV from baseball field incident
The Jefferson Hills Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a suspect and an ATV from an early-morning incident.
Police say the suspect and ATV caused extensive damage to the main baseball field at 885 Park around 3:25 a.m. on Saturday.
Anyone with information can contact the JHPD by calling Allegheny County 911 or emailing policeinfo@jefferosnhills.net. Police say callers can remain anonymous.

18-wheeler crash, fuel spill closes portion of I-45 in Downtown Dallas
An overturned 18-wheeler and fuel spill has prompted a major Dallas highway to shut down ahead of Friday morning rush hour. According to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office, traffic deputies are working the major accident at southbound I-45/345 at I-30. DSCO said the 18-wheeler lost its load and spilled fuel. Texas Department of Transportation Minor injuries were reported. As of 5:45 a.m., the 18-wheeler was hauled away and crews were cleaning up the fuel. Chicago police officer shot, man killed in Humboldt Park
A man is dead and a Chicago police officer is hospitalized after a shooting in Humboldt Park on Thursday night. Just after 10:30 a.m., Chicago police said tactical officers tried to stop a man in an alley in the 4300 block of W. North Avenue. As officers approached, police said the man took off running into a backyard. Police said when officers caught up to him and tried to detain him, the man's gun went off, hitting the police officer in the leg. Police said the officer then fired back, hitting the man. The man was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he died. He has not been identified. The Chicago police officer was rushed to Stroger Hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was listed in serious condition. Chicago police said a gun was recovered at the scene. The Civilian Office of Police Accountability is leading the investigation and the officers involved will be placed on administrative duties.
