Aisha Abdullah Al Ketbi, Director of the SSSD's Al Madam branch, stated that, in accordance with the department head's directives and the country's vision for 2025 as "The Year of Community," Al Madam branch was eager to share the joy of the blessed Ramadan nights with the local community through a variety of activities and events that were well received by children and families.
Al Ketbi informed "Sharjah 24" that "Ramadan Nights" featured an exhibition for productive families, a small traders' market, a children's movie, a memory-sharing session, a henna zone, and a variety of cultural and sporting events.

Meanwhile, pilgrims spend the most sacred day standing on the plains of Arafat, before proceeding to Muzdalifah and then circumambulating the Holy Kaaba. In this shared moment, the joy of Muslims across the world becomes complete. Days of Tashreeq: Continuing the Joy He added that the following days — the three Days of Tashreeq — remain days of eating, drinking, and remembrance of God. Muslims seize these moments with continued takbeer and tahleel, extending the celebration of Eid, maintaining family ties, and preserving the holiday as a season where joy is intertwined with worship, and mercy and unity blossom among people.

Al Bataeh Municipality announces slaughterhouse readiness for Eid
In statements to "Sharjah 24," Al Ketbi highlighted that the municipality has completed its preparations for Eid al-Adha with a specialised team to ensure sacrifices are conducted in a healthy environment, along with a veterinarian available to inspect the animals and ensure they meet health and safety criteria. President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday ordered the release of 963 inmates ahead of Eid Al Adha. His Highness also pledged to settle any financial obligations incurred as part of the inmates' sentences in a gesture of goodwill marking the holy occasion. The President's initiative aims to give the released inmates a chance to "start a new life, strengthen family ties, and instill the values of forgiveness and compassion in society".
