'Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo' to Participate in 2025 Hollywood Arab Film Fest

Egyptian award-winning and acclaimed film "Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo" will participate in the upcoming edition of the Hollywood Arab Film Festival.
The pic follows the story of Hassan, a young man in his thirties who goes on a quest to save Rambo, his dog and best friend; and is forced to confront the fears of his past and rediscovers himself.
The film is produced by Mohamed Hefzy through his egypt based powerhouse Film Clinic and producer Rasha Hosny, who is making her debut in film production.
"Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo" received the Visual Identity and DCP Services Award for a post-production project, presented by Creative Media Solutions at the 5th Amman Film Industry Days (AFID) and Amman Project Market.
It also received a number of production grants including the Red Sea Film Fund, Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) grant for a feature film, and Fonds Image de la Francophoni grant.
The film's script received a number of development grants, including a feature film development grant from the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC), and two development grants from CineGouna Platform.
Furthermore, the film's script took part in a number of development labs and financing forums, including: (La Fabrique Cinéma programme), supervised by the French Institute and is held as part of Cannes International Film Festival market, Beirut Cinema Platform, film development and production workshop, organized by the Royal Film Commission of Jordan, (Dot on the Map) program, as part of the Cyprus Film Days Festival, and Seen Studio Development Program in Egypt.
Additionally, the film's script participated in a number of film financing markets, such as: Malmö Film Market in Sweden and Durban Film Mart in South Africa.

Rana Atef On Thursday, several members of the Jordanian Royal Family attended the game of Jordan's first national team that ended with a 3-0 victory for Jordan. This win led the Chivalrous Ones to the first FIFA World Cup qualification in their history. Princess Rajwa Al Hussein was seen accompanying the Jordanian royal family during the national team's match against Oman in Muscat, offering support to the team. Princess Rajwa wore a white jersey featuring the team's logo, designed by Kelme Jordan, which she paired with beige pinstriped trousers from British designer Victoria Beckham. She added a personal touch with a gold necklace engraved with her daughter Iman's name, and earrings featuring the Arabic letter 'أ', designed by Nadine Kanso. She appeared with Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, his brother Prince Hashem, as well as Princess Iman and Princess Salma. Crown Prince Hussein shared a video on his official Instagram account, capturing the excitement and cheering from the stands. He described the atmosphere as charged with enthusiasm and expressed high confidence in the performance the team. Karim Abdel Aziz's ‘Project X' soars at box office, unveils global pyramid mystery

'Project X' achieved impressive box office revenues in Egyptian cinemas on the eve of Eid al-Adha. The highly anticipated film secured the top spot, raking in LE2.114 million from the sale of 14,880 tickets in just 24 hours. This strong performance propelled the film's total earnings over 16 nights to an remarkable LE52.2 million, with 368,000 tickets sold. 'Project X': A cinematic spectacle 'Project X' stands as one of the most ambitious cinematic productions in the history of Egyptian and Arab cinema. Its grand scale is underscored by filming across five countries: Egypt, Vatican City, Italy, Turkey, and El Salvador. The film also boasts the use of cutting-edge global cinematic technologies, including IMAX, 4DX, Dolby Atmos, and ScreenX, promising audiences an unparalleled visual and auditory experience in the Arab world. The film features a stellar cast led by Karim Abdel Aziz, Iyad Nassar, Yasmine Sabri, Ahmed Ghazi, and Mariam El Gendy, with special appearances by Maged El Kedwany, Essam El Sakka, and Hana El Zahed. His quest seeks to answer a mysterious historical question: 'Is the Great Pyramid merely a tomb?' Some sequences were even filmed underwater, featuring the involvement of real military and civilian aircraft, as well as submarines, adding to the film's spectacular visual appeal. Abdel Aziz's next venture: '7Dogs' with Ahmed Ezz Adding to his current box office success with 'Project X,' Karim Abdel Aziz is already gearing up for another highly anticipated cinematic venture: '7Dogs.' This upcoming film will see him team up with fellow superstar Ahmed Ezz, promising a powerful on-screen pairing. Penned by Mohamed al-Dabbah with a story by Turki al-Sheikh, '7Dogs' is set to be directed by the internationally recognized duo Adel and Bilal, and also produced by al-Sheikh. "Law Lena Omr" marks the first collaboration between Maher and Mohamady‎. It also witnesses the superstar's first music in 2025 and comes after a period of absence from the music scene. ‏ Born on February 19, 1985, Maher began singing as a child by presenting songs by iconic singer Umm Kulthum. She was discovered at the age of fifteen and enrolled at the Conservatory of Arabic Music to begin her singing career. The acclaimed singer soon met composer Mohamed Diae, whom she eventually married and became the father of her son, Omar. She filed for divorce a year later. She recorded her first song in 2006 and received the support of Egyptian music icon Ammar El Sherei, who she considers to be her spiritual father.
