Police were searching close to Good Night Scrub National Park, near Gin Gin, in Queensland, Australia, this afternoon before finding human remains at 2:30pm.
They have not yet been identified, but cops are now talking to the family of the missing teen, who had not been seen in nearly a month.
A crime scene has been established where the tragic teen was found, and forensic examinations are ongoing.
Police are still appealing for anyone with relevant information on the case to come forward.
Shocking footage showed the moment one of Pheobe's alleged killers was arrested - as police told him to "just listen".
Wood, 34, and Bromley, 33, were arrested on Thursday - before Pheobe's sister broke down outside court while making an emotional plea.
The Australian teen's housemates have each been charged with one count of murder and two counts of interfering with a corpse.
17-year-old Pheobe, from Gin Gin, north of Brisbane, Australia, has not been seen or heard from since Thursday, May 15.
She was supposed to board a flight to see her boyfriend on the same day she went missing, but the teenager never actually checked in.
Police revealed a grim update as they believe that Pheobe's body was moved "more than once".
Pheobe Bishop cops arrest 34-year-old flatmate who was last to see missing Aussie teen on explosive journey to airport
Her corpse is said to have been in the Good Night Scrub National Park at one point before being relocated.
Dramatic footage released by Queensland Police on Friday showed a dishevelled Wood, without any shoes on, being led out of what is said to be his parents' RV.
Recorded at 7:20pm on Thursday in the Bundaberg area, the alleged killer is seen following cops without resisting.
But a policeman is later heard telling Wood: "Just listen to me."
The rest of the clip's audio is edited out, and it is unclear what provoked the policeman to say this to Wood.
There is also an unidentified figure in the caravan wearing orange shorts, standing behind Wood as he talks to one of the cops.

Wood is wearing a black graphic T-shirt with grey sweatpants as one officer grabs his arm and escorts him out.
After being taken out into the dark, the "Detective Sergeant with Bundaberg Child Protection Investigation Unit" makes the arrest.
The officer says: "I'm placing you under arrest for the homicide of Pheobe Bishop".
Wood is then seen sitting alone at the back of an unmarked police car.
Both Wood and Bromley appeared at Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Friday morning, and will return to court on August 11.
Outside the building, Pheobe's heartbroken sister Kaylea Bishop said her sibling was 'loved and missed' dearly.
The 18-year-old desperately pleaded for anyone with information on the case to come forward.
Kaylea said: 'I don't know what to say, but if you've got any information about Pheobe, or the car or anything like that, just come forward.
"We just want her home."
Kaylea and Pheobe had a close relationship and were planning to move in together last year.
Also on Friday, Pheobe's devastated mum Kylie Johnson paid tribute to her daughter Kaylea for bravely speaking out.
Johnson said on Facebook: "Kaylea your strength, determination and dedication to bring Phee Phee home is such a reflection of your fierce love for your sister."
Cops are now set to allege that Wood, Bromley and Pheobe were all in the car when it arrived at Airport Drive near Bundaberg Airport in the morning of May 15.
Wood previously told the Daily Mail that Pheobe convinced the couple to pull over so she could do her makeup.
They then pulled over, less than a kilometre away from the airport, before Wood and Bromley left her and went for a walk "for five minutes".
After returning to their silver Hyundai, they claim she had "disappeared".
But police now believe that the trio never actually left the car.
Detective Inspector Craig Mansfield said: "Our evidence will outline the fact that three people arrived near to the airport, and three people never exited that vehicle."

Australian teenager Pheobe was supposed to board a flight on May 15 to see her boyfriend - but mysteriously she never checked in.
The trio had an explosive drive to the airport according to Wood, which was the last time anyone had seen her.
A family member said: "Her phone has been switched off from this point.
"She hasn't contacted anyone at all, no one has seen her."
The trio had been living in a derelict pad together, which cops have now declared a crime scene.
Her distressed mum, Johnson, made a series of heartbreaking pleas begging anyone with information to come forward.
She also claimed that her daughter's sudden disappearance was out of character.

The teen was supposed to fly to Brisbane and then to Perth to see her "high-school sweetheart" boyfriend but CCTV footage showed that she never entered the airport.
Her social media accounts have also not been active since she went missing.
And her last bank account activity was recorded on May 14, the day before she disappeared.
Bromley had previously been arrested after police allegedly found weapons in her silver Hyundai ix35 - the car which has been at the centre of police focus.
The day before, a new number plate was discovered to have been painted and taped over the Hyundai's original plate.
Bromley appeared in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court last Monday, after cops alleged they found a shortened firearm, ammunition and two replica handguns inside her grey Hyundai.
She was charged with two counts of authority required to possess explosives, and one count each of possessing and acquiring restricted items and unlawful possession of weapons.
Additional ammunition was also reportedly found at the home.

Pheobe Bishop's 'gentle soul' is honoured as her grieving mum shares a symbolic gesture and the community prepares to hold a candlelight vigil

A community grieving the devastating loss of Pheobe Bishop have organised a fundraiser in her memory as her heartbroken mum makes a symbolic gesture. Queensland Police discovered the missing 17-year-old's remains in sprawling Good Night Scrub National Park at 2.30pm on Friday, ending the three-week search. Following the heartbreaking news, family friend Tracey Berends started a GoFundMe on Saturday in loving memory of Pheobe. 'After speaking with Pheobe's family, we have decided to honour her memory in a way that reflects the compassion and light she brought into the lives of so many,' Ms Berends wrote. 'Pheobe had a gentle soul and a generous spirit - always caring for others and standing up for what was right. 'We want her legacy to live on and by paying it forward to the amazing volunteers and community.' The donations will go towards supporting volunteer services like the SES and providing funds for the teenager's school in Bundaberg. Pheobe's mum Kylie Johnson changed her profile picture to a vigil candle with her daughter's name written on its base, surrounded by flowers and butterfly wings. She shared the fundraiser to her Facebook account on Saturday. 'This is supported by the family. Everyone is wanting to assist and this is how we can give back in honour of Phee,' she wrote. Ms Johnson previously described the discovery of her daughters remains as 'ripping her apart', has shared the fundraiser on Facebook. The GoFundMe, which was only started three hours ago at the time of publishing, has raised $1,745 of the $17,000 goal. It comes as a makeshift memorial has appeared at the ramshackle, rubbish-strewn Gin Gin home Pheobe shared with Bromley and Wood. The house has been surrounded by bouquets of flowers with a large pink teddy bear standing guard over the property. A poignant message left by one mourner read: 'Pheobe, you grew your wings too early beautiful girl. Now, you will no longer feel pain or heartache. 'You can spread your wings, and know you will be loved.' The teen's family and Gin Gin locals are preparing to honour her memory at a community ceremony tomorrow night. A candlelight vigil will be held at Kolan Community Park from 4pm. Ms Johnson has said the vigil is a way for the family to acknowledge Pheobe's impact on the community. 'Like most rural families we are resilient, proud and strong but this has brought us to our knees like no drought ever could,' she said. 'While we don't have Phee home to put to rest just yet, our community needs the healing process to start.' Pheobe went missing after she failed to board a flight at Bundaberg Airport to Brisbane and then onto Western Australia to see her boyfriend on May 15. Her luggage hasn't been found, and police say neither her phone or bank accounts have been accessed. James Wood, 34, and Tanika Bromley, 33, were both charged with murder and interfering with a corpse in relation to Pheobe's disappearance. The 17-year-old had been living with the pair at a house in Gin Gin before she vanished on May 15. They were the last people to see her alive after dropping her off at Bundaberg Airport.

Daughter of Benidorm attack victim in plea for answers

The daughter of a British man who died after being attacked by a stranger in a Spanish resort city in 2018 has renewed her call for information to help find his killer. Mike Rydings, 48, from Wythenshawe in Manchester, was celebrating a friend's 50th birthday and watching the World Cup at a bar in Benidorm when he was set upon in the early hours of 23 June. His daughter Hayley Barker said witnesses saw him backing away "with his hands up" before he was punched in the face, leaving him with a broken nose and serious head injures after falling on to the concrete. Mr Rydings was treated in a Spanish hospital before being moved to Salford Royal, but died 14 months later. Ms Barker said an investigation by both Spanish and Greater Manchester Police (GMP) had failed to find identify the attacker, despite GMP interviewing a range of British holidaymakers who were at the Hippodrome Bar at the time. "It makes me feel angry," she told BBC Radio Manchester. "My dad was stolen from me in such cruel circumstances, whoever has done this still gets to live their life."We can't move forward as such because we don't have justice." She called for anyone who may have new information that could help to contact GMP. "It would mean the world - we'd actually get some answers, it's what we deserve as a family," Ms Barker said. GMP said while the investigation was the responsibility of Spanish authorities, they were ready to assist if required. She said her father was 5ft 10ins (1.55m), had a stocky build and was wearing a red Hugo Boss t-shirt and glasses at the time of the attack. While Ms Barker said she had great memories of her dad being "the life and soul of the party" before his attack, her children had no memory of him. She said she was pregnant with her first child, a daughter, when Mr Rydings was attacked. "He never even got to hold her because of the condition he was left in before he passed away," she said. "In 2022 I had a son who would have been his only grandson, so that was very sad." Listen to the best of BBC Radio Manchester on Sounds and follow BBC Manchester on Facebook, X, and Instagram.
