Civil Aviation Authority: Targeting Sana'a International Airport desperate attempt to break Yemen's resilience
Sana'a (Saba): The General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology of the Republic of Yemen condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli aggression's airstrikes on Sana'a International Airport, which resulted in the destruction of civilian aircraft and passenger terminals, in addition to causing extensive damage to the airport's runway and vital facilities.
The Authority indicated in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this attack is not the first of its kind, but rather an extension of a long series of repeated attacks on the airport over the past ten years, both by the Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition and the Israeli aggression, which launched a similar attack on the airport on December 26, 2024, as part of a systematic campaign to destroy the civil aviation infrastructure in Yemen.
