
Ministry of Health and Environment commemorates anniversary of martyr President Al-Samad
Sana'a - Saba:
The Ministry of Health and Environment commemorated the anniversary of the martyrdom of President Saleh Ali Al-Samad with a speech event attended by a number of officials, including the Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, ministers and senior leaders.
The Minister of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shaiban, praised the Samad Quranic project, pointing to its role in unifying the home front and strengthening resilience despite difficult circumstances. He also stressed that his martyrdom revived the spirit of responsibility for the advancement of the homeland.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Ali Jahaf, confirmed that Al-Samad grew up on the Quranic culture, which was reflected in his leadership personality, as he faced challenges in a spirit of faith and jihad. Dr. Dhaifallah Al-Jaradi also referred to the efficiency of Al-Samad in management and serving the people, and his embodiment of the model of a successful and loyal leader.
The event included poetry and chanting segments in honor of his memory, in the presence of a number of officials in the health sector.

Dr. Bin Habtoor offers condolences on passing of freedom fighter Al-Khidr Ahmed Al-Awdhali
Sana'a - Saba: Member of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, sent a message of condolence and sympathy on the passing of the freedom fighter Sheikh Al-Khidr Ahmed Hussein Al-Awdhali, who passed away in the city of Aden at the age of 80 after a life filled with dedication and struggle against British colonialism. In his message addressed to the freedom fighter Ahmed Abdullah Al-Awdhali, Abdullah Al-Khidr Al-Awdhali, the sons of the deceased Sheikh Ahmed, Dr. Ateq, Muhammad, Abdulqawi, and the family of Ahmed bin Hussein Al-Awdhali in the village of Al-Najda and Al-Awadhil regions, the Supreme Political Council member praised the virtues of the deceased and his pivotal role in the resistance against British colonialism. He noted that the late Sheikh was a symbol of Yemeni unity, having the honor of defending this great national achievement and standing for its patriotic, social, and humanitarian goals. He also highlighted the deceased's significant contributions to social work as one of the prominent figures of the Al-Awadhil community. He expressed his deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased, as well as to the people of Al-Awadhil regions, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow His infinite mercy and forgiveness upon the departed soul, grant him paradise, and grant his family patience and solace.
