‘Can't take him seriously': Democrat blasted for ‘racist' comments about immigrants
Political Commentator Shemeka Michelle has ripped into a Democrat congressman his comments about why America needs illegal immigrants.
Veteran Democrat Jerry Nadler claims the US 'needs immigrants' for jobs such as picking vegetables and to increase the birth rate to replacement level.
'How disrespectful it is to just diminish them down to vegetable pickers,' Ms Michelle told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
'I just can't take him seriously ... they don't even realise they are being racist or xenophobic.'
