On Father's Day 2025, celebrated this Sunday (June 15), we recognize not the touring singer or the hitmaker, but the man behind the microphone. He who lovingly combs his daughter's hair, is excited to know that he will be a father for the first time, shares the stage with his children, or even, inspired by them, completely changes his musical identity.
Recently, social media, stages, and backstage have been filled with moments that melt hearts by showing the most human side of artists — from Maluma walking on the beach with his daughter Paris, to Mike Bahía wakesurfing with his little Kai, to Alexander Sánchez — son of Alejandro Sanz — declaring with tenderness that 'he is the best dad in the world' during a Q&A at Billboard Latin Music Week last October and more.
We have rounded up 16 memorable scenes, all captured on photos and videos, that show the more family-friendly side of Latin music idols. Moments that remind us that being a father is also an art and, for many of them, the most important act of all.
Find out which artist played on one of their daughter's most important days (her wedding), who got their son to record a TikTok dance routine with them and which kid stopped imitating his dad on a toy guitar to finally join his real band.

Beyoncé wows on Night 4 in London: Sweet twin tribute, mute challenge win, new outfits
Beyoncé wows on Night 4 in London: Sweet twin tribute, mute challenge win, new outfits Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is still setting ablaze London, charging ahead with her fourth fiery concert there on her "Cowboy Carter" tour. The Grammy-winning singer kicked off her June 12 show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium around 7:39 p.m. The show marked her fourth of six shows at the stadium on her Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour. She is set to hit the stage again June 14 and 16, before heading to Paris for three nights. 'Thank you for your support for almost 30 years now,' Beyoncé said as she opened the show. 'We're gonna have us a good time.' Beyoncé began the evening with a new look, featuring furry cream-colored chaps, a white cowboy hat, matching gloves and shades. The new looks didn't stop there. During her "Alliigator Tears" performance, Beyoncé debuted another new outfit as she donned a long furry long coat, a cowboy hat and knee-high boots. One fan wrote, "A new Alligator tears look yet again oh she loves London." Of course, the night was made extra special when she took time to celebrate her twins, Sir and Rumi Carter. They turn 8 on June 13. She told the crowd to say happy birthday to Rumi, who was onstage, and to her twin brother, Sir. Later Beyoncé acknowledged all the Geminis in the crowd, saying, "I'm happy y'all are celebrating with us tonight.' The excitement didn't slow throughout the night. She continued to bring back fan favorites from her 2022 album "Renaissance." Of course that meant the beloved "mute challenge" too. After it, she told the crowd, "OK, London! Y'all definitely won tonight." As fans know, Beyoncé first debuted her "Cowboy Carter" tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 28 with 39 songs on the set list. Her shows have been filled with family, fashion, different music genres, and most notably country music and cultural commentary. The nine-city tour will span the U.S. and Europe with the grand finale taking place in Las Vegas on July 26. Wild Iris Musk Body Wash, the summer-friendly sister of the TikTok-famous "old money" Baccarat Rouge 540-inspired body wash. I am a massive fan of both — the moisturizing clean is so fresh, and the scents are so DELIGHTFULLY luscious without overpowering — but trust me when I say that Wild Iris Musk is *the* warm weather scent. A pair of luxe retro-style oval sunglasses giving Miu Miu vibes without the $489 price tag. The devil's in the chic details on this one, including the little gold embellishments on the sides and the nostalgic shape of the lenses, which are softer than the typical skinny oval lens. A pair of gorgeous kitchen shears that are as functional as they are stunning — reviewers love these all-purpose, super sharp blades for cutting everything from meat and fruit to opening packages and wrangling with complicated wrapping. Reviewers also swear by these for headache and migraine relief! A gorgeous statement checkered cutting board designed with deep grooves for juice, hidden handles on the bottom, and end grain to "heal" cuts from knives. A true overachiever considering it's worth the buy for decor purposes alone!! An effortlessly chic Nine West watch that not only pairs beautifully with your jewelry, but will help knock you out of that habit of checking your phone for time a thousand times a day and getting distracted by your notifications. A sheer lacy mock neck top just *begging* to be mix-and-matched with your favorite bras, dresses, and tops to add a dainty layer of ~intrigue~ to even the most run of the mill 'fit. A set of 10 flower-shaped mini faux pearl clips for an extra dainty touch to all your summer hairstyles that will make you feel like a happy sun nymph. A chic structured toiletry organizer with a "window" so you can look inside and easily access whatever you need on the go. Reviewers especially love how the structure of it stops items like beauty products or medications from getting crushed inside (and that it's a heck of a lot cheaper than the $100 Truffle Clarity version). A machine! washable!! vintage-inspired area rug to elevate any space in your home, with the added benefit of protecting your floors and muffling noises. Not only are these durable enough for your busiest rooms like the kitchen, living room, or entry hall, but they're designed to be thin enough to go right into the washer for an easy clean. Hayley Williams Celebrates Doechii's ‘Bold, Unmistakable Talent' in Heartfelt Tribute
Real recognizes real. According to Hayley Williams of Paramore, rising rap star Doechii is as real as it gets. In a touching tribute penned for Them, the 'Ain't It Fun' singer offered plenty of praise for the 'Denial Is a River' rapper, sharing that she's been closely watching her career since her performance at the 2022 BET Awards. 'Watching her on that stage, I had the same feeling I did the first time I saw Missy Elliott on MTV as a kid,' Williams said. 'It was raw, bold, unmistakable talent — the kind that doesn't wait for permission. She came out swinging, and I remember thinking, Oh, she's taking it. This is hers.' Williams pointed out in her tribute that she 'hadn't even caught' the interpolation when she first saw Doechii's performance. The singer went on to praise Doechii's self-assured artistry, and even added that she still aspires to that level of confidence more than 20 years into her career as a performer. 'People sometimes assume because of how I am onstage, that I carry that same confidence. But the truth is, that kind of boldness is something I still have to work to access,' she said. 'With Doechii, though, that energy feels inherent. When I listen to her, I feel it — like it transfers through the speakers. And I think a lot of her listeners feel the same way.' Williams added that the rapper's openness about her sexuality is just another example of how Doechii is doing music stardom on her own terms. 'It's powerful to watch an artist like her speak openly about identity in the public eye,' she said. 'We need that. We need women who are unapologetic about who they are, who they love, what they believe.' Closing her tribute, Williams thanked Doechii for giving performers everywhere — including herself — something to aspire to. 'Watching someone emerge with that kind of confidence, that kind of clarity, is a gift,' she said. 'She reminds me — and probably a lot of people — that moving through the world with certainty doesn't mean you stop learning or growing. It just means you know your worth as you go. And that, to me, is something to look up to.' Doechii is coming off yet another big win, this time at the 2025 BET Awards, where she took home the trophy for best female hip hop artist. During her speech at the ceremony, Doechii called out President Donald Trump activating the National Guard in response to the ongoing Los Angeles protests around ICE raids in the city. 'I want y'all to consider what kind of government it appears to be when every time we exercise our democratic right to protest, the military is deployed against us. What type of government is that?' she asked the crowd. 'People are being swept up and torn from their families, and I feel it's my responsibility as an artist to use this moment to speak up for all oppressed people.'
