has created history by becoming the first Malayalam actor to bag a Telangana State Film Award, winning the Special Jury Award for Best Actor for his stellar performance in the Telugu blockbuster 'Lucky Baskhar'.

The prestigious Telangana State Awards, also known as the Gaddar Awards, were announced after a long hiatus of 14 years. Among the 2024 Telugu film releases, 'Lucky Baskhar' emerged as a big winner, grabbing four major awards.
Alongside Dulquer's Best Actor (Special Jury) honour, the film was recognised as the Third Best Film, while Navin Nooli was awarded Best Editor, and director Venky Atluri himself won Best Screenplay Writer.
