Real Madrid pair separated by teammates after heated altercation in training
Two leading members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid were involved in a heated spat in training late last week.
That's according to El Chiringuito TV, who point towards Jude Bellingham and Antonio Rüdiger as the pair in question.

Real Madrid are of course currently in the midst of what has been a hugely challenging last week or so.
Though Los Blancos managed a narrow victory at Deportivo Alavés over the weekend, this result was preceded by damaging back-to-back defeats at the hands of Valencia and Arsenal.
And fresh off as much, tensions, it would appear, boiled over at Valdebebas.
As per a report from Edu Aguirre of El Chiringuito TV, during a training session in Spain's capital last Friday, Jude Bellingham and Antonio Rüdiger were separated by a group of teammates.
This came after a heavy challenge culminated in an angry back-and-forth between the pair, featuring a string of insults.

In the end, the Blancos stars shook hands, but the incident only served in further highlighting the level of tension in Carlo Ancelotti's squad at present.

Atletico Madrid plan instant sale on returning loan star

Atletico Madrid want to sell midfield star Saul Niguez immediately after he returns to the club this summer. Los Rojiblancos opted to send the Spain international on a season-long loan for the 2024/25 campaign as he moved on to La Liga rivals Sevilla. Advertisement Despite setting out his objective to force his way back in at the Estadio Metropolitano – following a loan stint at Chelsea – Saul remained outside Diego Simeone's plans in Madrid. However, injuries and suspensions played a role in his lack of prominence in Andalucia, and his career continues to drift. Sevilla opt against Saul transfer Sevilla did have the option to retain Saul on a permanent transfer but they quickly indicated that was not in their plans back in April. Atletico Madrid reportedly told the player and his representatives the situation remains unchanged back in Madrid and they want a quick sale. Simeone was hopeful of convincing Sevilla to keep Saul, to effectively end his Atletico Madrid career as his contract in the capital ends in June 2026. What next for Saul at Atletico Madrid? His time at Sevilla had some bright sparks, appearing in 24 La Liga matches and two Copa del Rey games, with one goal and six assists in total. Advertisement Saul will rejoin the Atletico Madrid squad for preseason training when they return in mid-July but his future looks decided as per Diario AS. Previous interest from the Saudi Pro League could be revived in the 30-year-old as he looks for a new challenge. A possible spell in the Middle East would offer him a fresh start and his talent remains clear but a La Liga move looks unlikely. Previous rumours of him joining another La Liga team have not developed with a lack of conviction over him being able to stay fully fit for an extended period of time.

Professional scout breaks down the Boston Celtics latest draft picks

On Thursday, June 26, the Boston Celtics added Amari Williams and Max Shulga to the roster via the second round of the NBA Draft. In total, Brad Stevens made three picks, with the first-round selection being Hugo Gonzalez out of Real Madrid. Very little is known about Gonzalez or what his potential ceiling could be at the NBA level. And while both Williams and Shulga have competed in the collegiate ranks for multiple years, there are still some questions lingering over how they could slot into the Celtics rotation, should they earn minutes under Mazzulla. Of course, as second-round picks, they're likely to spend more time with the Maine Celtics during their rookie and potentially sophomore campaigns. During a recent episode of the "Taylor Talks Celtics" podcast, host Adam Taylor was joined by professional scout Antonio Dias to discuss Gonzalez's skill set, upside and expectations for the coming season. The duo also dove into what to expect from both Williams and Shulga. You can watch the full interview by clicking on the embedded video above.
