Harralander- can be found in the Whispering Swamp
Bittercap Mushrooms- get it from the caves in northwest and southwest of Whispering Swamp.
Clay Vessel- can be made by shaping the clay on the Pottery Wheel and then hardening it in the Kiln.
Each of the doses will give you 300 seconds (5 minutes) of immunity or potion resistance. So, make sure to stock up before you enter the Bloodblight Swamp. Also, keep an eye out for the timer. Just as the effect of the potion is about to expire, drink another immediately.
Note:
The spells like Internal Alchemy will not extend the effect of the potion.
As an alternative or backup, keep the Grilled Mushrooms with you. It is the cooked Bittercaps. They offer temporary poison resistance in case the potions run out. Lastly, place the Lodestone near the swamp entrance for quicker escapes and resupply runs.
Survival tactics for threats beyond poison
The Swamp is full of dangers. So, make sure you carry the high-tier armor (upgrade the gear to withstand the heavier hits). Also, use the spells or ranged attacks, as they let you fight from a distance— avoid close combat. Use the terrains and trees for cover. Avoid direct melee combat until it's necessary. If you are forced into the closer fights, the shield will block the heavier hits. So, carry one.
The Bloodblight Swamp even hides the valuable loot. So, explore it with caution. Mark the key locations with the Lodestone for quicker escapes. As for the rest, with the right preparation, the Swamp will shift from a death trap to a manageable challenge. Just make sure to stay alert and always keep the potions ready despite fighting smarter.

Gut health is the root cause of unexpected weight gain and cravings
Over the last few years, there has been increasing medical opinion that much of the body's health problems like weight gain and perpetual hunger could be originated in the stomach. For Indians with unexplained weight loss or gain in spite of regular food or measured portions, the solution could lie not in the food they eat but the way the body processes and digests it. The gut, or gastrointestinal tract, is inhabited by trillions of bacteria that comprise what's called the gut microbiome. This intricate community of microorganisms dictates everything from digestion and nutrient consumption to immunity, metabolism, and even mood. If this balance is disrupted a process called dysbiosis it can set off a sequence of metabolic and hormonal reactions that lead to weight gain, bloating, fatigue, and cravings for unhealthy foods. Here's how body weight is affected by gut health: 1. Gut bacteria and metabolism Some species of gut bacteria are responsible for the breakdown of food and its conversion to energy directly. Their imbalance slows down metabolism and leads to fat storage in the body even when calorie consumption is not higher. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch CFD với công nghệ và tốc độ tốt hơn IC Markets Đăng ký Undo A non-diverse gut may also release fewer short-chain fatty acids, which are proven to suppress appetite and fat burning. 2. Effect on hunger hormones and cravings An unhealthy gut can elevate levels of ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and lower leptin (the satiety hormone), leaving individuals hungrier more frequently. This imbalance may result in constant cravings, particularly for sugar and processed foods a complaint that most Indian patients with unpredictable eating habits raise. 3. Role of antibiotics and processed foods The overuse of antibiotics, and even consumption of highly processed foods, can destroy the lining of the gut and eliminate beneficial bacteria. Self-medication and frequent use of antibiotics are extremely prevalent in India and lead to chronic digestive imbalances. 4. The stress connection Stress, which is widespread in Indian urban lifestyles, can modify gut microbiota and enhance inflammation. The gut-brain axis two-way communication between the digestive system and the brain — implies that stress has a direct effect on digestion and appetite regulation. How to Enhance Gut Health for Weight Management: - Boost dietary fiber with vegetables, fruits, and whole grain foods. - Eat fermented foods such as curd, buttermilk, idli, and dosa to restore good bacteria. - Don't overuse antibiotics. - Exercise daily and stress manage with yoga or meditation. - Take probiotics under medical supervision. Ultrahuman's new health tracker is built for your homes
Ultrahuman is shifting the health tracking paradigm from personal wearables to environmental monitoring with the launch of Ultrahuman Home , a $549 device that transforms living spaces into comprehensive wellness ecosystems. The compact monitoring system represents a strategic pivot in health tech, moving beyond individual biometrics to track the environmental factors that fundamentally influence our well-being. The device continuously monitors air quality parameters including fine particulate matter (PM 1, PM 2.5, PM 10), volatile organic compounds, and carbon dioxide levels, while simultaneously tracking temperature, humidity, noise, and sophisticated light spectrum analysis. This holistic approach addresses a critical gap in personal health data – the environmental context that shapes our physiological responses. "We're enabling individuals to make informed decisions about their living spaces, leading to improved well-being and recovery," said Mohit Kumar , Ultrahuman's Founder and CEO. The company's vision extends beyond simple environmental monitoring to create actionable insights that directly correlate with health outcomes. When your home becomes Your health coach Ultrahuman's breakthrough lies in UltraSync technology , which integrates home environmental data with physiological metrics from their Ring AIR wearable. This convergence enables unprecedented correlations, linking nighttime noise spikes directly to sleep disruptions or correlating air quality fluctuations with recovery patterns and heart rate variability. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với mức chênh lệch giá thấp nhất IC Markets Đăng ký Undo The system generates a unified "Room Score" that aggregates multiple environmental factors into a single, actionable wellness metric, simplifying complex environmental data into meaningful insights for users. The device's sophisticated light monitoring capabilities distinguish it from conventional air quality monitors. By tracking blue, red, green, and infrared light exposure alongside UVA, UVB, and UVC levels, Ultrahuman Home enables precise circadian rhythm optimization – helping users align their lighting environment with natural biological cycles while mitigating melatonin suppression from excessive blue light exposure. Employee resigns after boss insists he return to work with a broken leg, sparking fresh debate on toxic workplaces
A WhatsApp chat between a recently hired employee and his boss has triggered a fresh conversation on toxic work culture after it surfaced on Instagram. The post, shared by Ben Askins—who frequently documents toxic workplace practices—shows a manager repeatedly pressuring a new employee to return to work, even after the employee informed him of a leg fracture due to a bike accident. 'I can get you a chair,' boss tells hospitalised worker The conversation begins with the manager sending a polite message asking about the employee's whereabouts. The employee replies that he has broken his leg and is currently hospitalised. Instead of showing concern, the boss focuses on work needs and says, 'But I need you for the Friday shifts.' When the employee says he has been advised bed rest for a few days, the manager continues to insist. At one point, he remarks, 'Doctors are overly cautious,' and adds, 'Ideally, I need you in for the Friday shift, do you think you will make it? I can get you a chair.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Join new Free to Play WWII MMO War Thunder War Thunder Play Now Undo The employee responds that he will return only if his doctor allows it. However, the manager then resorts to guilt-tripping, pointing out that the employee has been with the company for just two weeks and is already requesting time off. That prompts the employee to reply, 'Then let me make it even easier for you. I quit.' Many applauded the employee for standing up for himself, while others shared their own workplace experiences. 'I absolutely believe this is real. Worked in a call centre where a woman with a broken ankle came in (forced to) and they turned a metal waste paper bin for her to put her foot on… she left after a few hours. The pain was so bad,' one user commented. Another person wrote, 'Literally happened to me after a car accident. He's like I'll get you a chair so you can sit.' A third user added, 'I had an employer offer me a chair so I could come back to work when I was off with tendonitis in my foot. When I got back to work, I asked for the chair I'd been offered, and they said, 'We don't really do that, can't you stand on one leg?'' Continued criticism of workplace insensitivity Some users expressed disbelief that such conversations still happen. One wrote, 'Honestly, after all this time Ben has been kindly sharing these messages, I am still like nope, this cannot be real! Unbelievable!' The incident has added to the ongoing debate about insensitive management practices and inadequate support for employee health and well-being, particularly in high-pressure work environments. Social media users are urging companies to prioritise humane policies and rethink how they treat workers during health emergencies.
