Hitting back at the haters previously, she wrote: "NO-zempic here guys! Just an incredible eating and exercise plan.
"And it didn't happen that quickly either. It actually took me over a year to lose 5 and a half Stone. And I did NOT do it alone - I had great help. But not from any kind of weight loss injection or pill.
"Sad that you can't lose weight naturally now without people saying that btw.
"So I do understand why there are comments saying that and I would never knock anyone for taking them but it's just not how I've chosen to do this."
Popular with many Hollywood stars, Ozempic is actually a treatment for type 2 diabetes.
It increases the levels of incretins – a hormone – which helps your body to produce more insulin when needed and supresses the amount of glucose produced by the liver.
The jab also suppresses users' appetite - mimicking a naturally occurring hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1, which is usually released after eating.
As a result patients have less of an appetite, and reduce the number of calories they eat.
She has opened up on using her own plan instead and continued: "The game changer for me was the nutrition plan. I get to eat MORE now – I often used to go all day without eating and then eat crap in the evenings.
"Now I'm eating throughout the day. Also instead of doing an hour's workout and thinking that will fix my disordered eating – I just do short 12 minute workouts.
"And yes I have loose skin - but who wouldn't after losing 5 and a half stone and giving birth to an 8lb 8 ounce baby!
"But I'm fitter than I've ever been."

Three vegetable-centric recipes to make this summer
Los Angeles native and now UK-based chef Jesse Jenkins became a viral sensation when the cinematic-style cooking videos on his social media account ADIP (Another Day in Paradise) took off. His debut cookbook focusses on making vegetables the star of the show, taking influence from the flavours around the world, including Mexico, Korea and Guatemala. Advertisement Here are three of his recipes to make the most of vegetables this summer. Smashed cucumber caesar 'When the process of breaking something creates unformed beauty, it is incredibly satisfying. If it also has a practical function, I'm sold,' says Jenkins. 'The jagged texture of the cucumber here creates more surface area to grab onto sauce and toppings. I learned the technique while making oi muchim, a Korean spicy cucumber salad, and have used it ever since. This version goes full Caesar and it's totally delicious.' Ingredients (Serves 4) 3 cucumbers, washed 3tbsp panko breadcrumbs 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves, bashed (skin on) 4 thyme sprigs Grated zest of 1 lemon Handful of chives, thinly sliced Handful of parsley, finely chopped Salt and pepper Advertisement For the dressing: 4-6 tinned anchovy fillets in oil, crushed to a paste 25g Parmesan cheese, grated with microplane grater 1 egg yolk 15g Dijon mustard Juice of 1 lemon 1tsp Worcestershire sauce 1tsp Tabasco 100ml extra virgin olive oil Method 1. Smash the whole cucumbers using the flat side of a large knife until they start to break down, then roughly chop them into uneven, large bite-sized pieces. Put them in a colander over a bowl with a good pinch of salt, mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, toast the breadcrumbs in the olive oil in a frying pan with the garlic cloves and thyme till golden brown. Remove from the heat and season with salt and the lemon zest while hot, then set aside. 3. You can make the dressing in the same way as you would a mayonnaise, putting all the ingredients other than the oil into a bowl and mixing well, then slowly streaming in all the oil, whisking constantly throughout. Otherwise, blend all the ingredients at once in a blender (I often blend it). Check for seasoning. Advertisement 4. Drain the cucumbers, then add them to the dressing with half the herbs. Mix well, then finish with the toasted breadcrumbs and the rest of the herbs. Miso-glazed courgette 'Nasu dengaku – miso-glazed aubergine – is one of my favourite dishes, and I've adapted the Japanese recipe for courgettes,' says Jenkins. 'Achieving the perfect aubergine dish usually involves deep-frying, resulting in a confit-like texture inside, which is wonderful but too indulgent for me, at least for regular consumption. 'This technique for cooking courgettes yields a similarly tender texture without the need for deep-frying. The miso glaze, traditionally made with mirin, sake and sugar, can be simplified using honey and miso for a delicious outcome. It's a great sharing dish, but we often have it in individual portions with steamed rice and carrot and ginger-dressed salad.' Ingredients (Serves 2 as a main, 4 as a side) 2 courgettes Neutral oil (I use rapeseed), for pan-frying 1tbsp white miso paste (or to taste) 1tbsp honey (or to taste) White sesame seeds Squeeze of lemon juice Salt Spring onions, trimmed and chopped, to serve Advertisement Method 1. Halve the courgettes lengthways and score each half in a crisscross pattern – you want the flavour to be able to get in there, so cut about halfway through. Season them with salt, rubbing it into the cuts thoroughly, then place them cut side down on a paper towel for 30 minutes – this will extract excess water, helping them tenderise without falling apart when cooked. 2. Dry the courgettes thoroughly and heat a few tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add the courgettes to the pan cut side down and fry for 5-10 minutes, until golden, then flip and baste them with the oil for a few more minutes, so they cook through evenly. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel to drain, then place the courgettes cut side up on a baking tray. 3. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas 7. 4. Whisk the miso paste, honey and a splash of water in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Taste for seasoning, adjusting to your preference based on the saltiness of the miso, then spread a thin layer of the miso glaze over the cut side of the courgettes and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Bake for 7-10 minutes, ensuring the sesame seeds don't burn, until the glaze has caramelised. Advertisement 5. Mix a little lemon juice into the remaining miso glaze. Spread it on a plate, place the courgettes on top, and garnish with chopped spring onions. Enjoy! Kimchi pasta puttanesca 'I often make this with tinned tuna and anchovies, but it's great without them. Kimchi is another funky, briny flavour that happily sits alongside the capers and olives,' says Jenkins. 'Almost all the intense flavour comes from vegetables (technically fruits, if you want to be annoying) that have been cooked or prepared in a way that homes in on their best qualities and makes them shine.' Ingredients (Serves 4) 4tbsp extra virgin olive oil 500g cherry tomatoes 1 white onion, thinly sliced 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 6 tinned anchovy fillets in oil 1tsp dried red chilli flakes 2tbsp pitted olives (Italian black olives or whatever you prefer) 2tbsp capers, drained 300g roughly-cut kimchi, plus 1tbsp brine 1tbsp white wine vinegar Pinch of caster sugar 100g tinned tuna in spring water, drained 300-400g spaghetti To serve (optional) Handful of parsley, roughly chopped Lemon juice, to taste Method 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium-high heat, then add the tomatoes and onion and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until you can pop the tomatoes with the back of your spoon. Add the garlic and anchovy and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant, using the back of your spoon or a fork to break down the anchovy into the sauce. 2. Add the chilli flakes, olives, capers, kimchi and brine, vinegar, sugar and tuna and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. You just want the last additions to be warmed through but not lose their bright, briny flavour. 3. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of seasoned boiling water till al dente, then mix it through the sauce with a little of the pasta cooking water. You can add some parsley and fresh lemon juice before serving. Extracted from Cooking With Vegetables by Jesse Jenkins, available now

Inside the new girls club tackling Scotland's ‘loneliness epidemic' – and how to get involved
A NEW loneliness epidemic is hitting Scotland - in young women. Stats have shown that nearly half of all females aged 18-24 reported feeling alone at some point last year. 2 While the advancement of tech has made our lives better in some ways, experts fear it is also making us less connected - and young women suffer as friendships grow apart and they have families. Now an innovative group has created the Pal Project - a series of monthly events to help like-minded Scots get together and form connections. Laura Maginess, Director of the Glasgow Girls Club which runs the scheme, said the response has been amazing, which speaks volumes about the spread of loneliness. And she said we all have a responsibility to make sure no one feels isolated. LONELINESS is often thought of as something that only affects older people – those whose social circles have changed over time, or who might face challenges like reduced mobility, health issues or financial constraints that make getting out and about a bit harder. But the truth is, loneliness doesn't care about age – it can show up for any of us, at any stage of life. Nowadays, a new group has the misfortune of being the loneliest in the country - and that's young adults. Not only that, but research shows that women are disproportionately impacted by persistent loneliness. In fact, a study last year by the Belonging Forum found that nearly half of women aged 18-24 in the UK reported feeling lonely. It is also probably not a surprise that life satisfaction among young women is also declining. Love Island star breaks down in tears and admits she's lonely and can't make friends I'm seeing this first-hand in my community The Glasglow Girls Club (GGC) - a Facebook group of almost 50,000 women, where we offer online and in-person support, friendship and advice. Every week we see messages into the group from ladies in their 20s and 30s who admit to being lonely, and who desperately want more social interaction and friendship. We hear a range of reasons for this - friendship groups that have grown apart, women with families who've had less time to nurture and maintain friendships, ladies who have recently moved to the area, those who've gone through a break-up and lost friends, and many more. In theory, we're better connected than ever through technology, yet in reality we're arguably the loneliest we've ever been. There's a huge disconnect that needs to be addressed. And that's exactly why we started the Pal Project. Earlier this year, we began hosting monthly, low-cost, low-pressure get-togethers in Glasgow - created specifically for women who want to come along (often solo) to events designed to spark new friendships, offer a warm and welcoming vibe and create shared experiences that feel easy and natural. The response has been amazing - there's clearly a need. But here's the paradox we keep coming up against: so many women want meaningful connection yet often struggle to find the confidence to step outside their comfort zone and attend the very events that could help them find it. That's why we place a strong emphasis on the activities at the events - whether that's creating a vision board, doing an art project, learning about a particular subject - and the friendships follow. But what's needed on an even bigger scale to combat this loneliness epidemic? Firstly, awareness is important - we make too many assumptions that women in their 20s and 30s are having the time of their lives, surrounded by friends and with hardly a spare minute in their social calendar. What we are learning is that nothing could be further from the truth. We need to look out for each other, notice the signs of loneliness and support others where we can. As women, we also need to try to ask for help and support if we feel lonely, as hard as it may feel. It's so worth it, because there are groups, communities, resources out there that can help. And, most importantly, we know now there are also many others out there who are experiencing the same challenges. Together we can help each other. We're also seeing very clearly that loneliness is a huge issue for female entrepreneurs - a recent report by Positive Entrepreneurship found that 66 per cent of female founders said they experienced extreme isolation. It's been clear to me for a while that lots of business owners feel like this, but there's a real shame in saying it out loud, especially at a time when people see fully remote working as the dream, ignoring the fact that, as humans, we crave connection and thrive on it. This is something we've long worked hard to combat within the Glow Business Members Club, the business community within the GGC, where our members can meet in-person regularly, learn and support each other through virtual events and share daily the ups and downs of being a female founder. So let's not leave women in the lurch like this and let's not sleepwalk into a loneliness pandemic. Collectively let's bring people together whenever we can, and be the pals that we all need.

Iris Law sparks romance rumours as she strolls through Notting Hill with DJ Tommy Gould as the pair go flower shopping at Portobello Road Market
Iris Law sparked romance rumours as she enjoyed a stroll through Notting Hill with DJ Tommy Gold last week. The daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost, 24, was spotted out with the London-based DJ - who bears a striking resemblance to her ex Trent Alexander-Arnold. The pair were seen browsing stalls at the famous Portobello Road Market, where they paused to pick up some flowers. Iris dressed for the hot weather as she stepped out in a dark grey vest top with a white lace bra and a pair of cream low-rise satin lace shorts. She paired the look with a silk head scarf and slip on black shoes as she carried a rubbish bag seemingly filled with clothes. MailOnline has contacted representatives for Iris for comment. Iris last sparked romance rumours in October when it was reported she was growing close to her ex Pa Salieu again after her split from England footballer Trent. The model had been tapping the heart button in response to social media posts by the rapper, just a month after his release from a 33-month jail sentence for violent disorder. She also commented on his latest post, writing: 'Fiya'. The pair were first seen together in October 2021 and relationship rumours were sparked in April the following year. It is not known when they split. Brit nominee Pa was jailed for two years and nine months for taking part in a mob attack on a 23-year-old man shortly after his best friend was stabbed to death. The 27-year-old admitted violent disorder at a previous hearing, having been caught on CCTV using a tree branch to repeatedly hit the victim, who spent ten days in hospital. The BRIT Award-nominated artist, who was named the BBC's Sound of 2021, was cleared by a jury of a second count of violent disorder relating to a mass brawl in a nearby street minutes earlier, which led to the death of 21-year-old Fidel Glasgow, grandson of The Special's singer Neville Staple. Pa was convicted of possessing a bottle as an offensive weapon after telling jurors he smashed and brandished it to defend himself. Following his arrest, the court heard, Pa told police Mr Glasgow was his best friend and then exercised his right to silence. She paired the look with a silk head scarf and slip on black shoes as she carried a rubbish bag seemingly filled with clothes The pair headed to the flower shop at the market and Tommy was seen enjoying a takeaway coffee No one has ever been charged with Mr Glasgow's murder, despite extensive inquiries into disorder following a music event at Coventry's Club M in the early hours of September 1, 2018. Last month, it was revealed Iris had split from boyfriend Trent. They were first linked in May after they were spotted cosying up during a racy Guess photoshoot. Just weeks before reports of their break-up, they were pictured enjoying a PDA-filled beach getaway in Barbados. A source told The Sun that despite having a 'really fun summer' and holidaying with Trent's family in July, the pair's busy work schedules are now clashing. 'Life is about to get really busy for them both, with Trent's schedule packed with first-team football and Iris having jobs all over the world. 'So even though they are not dating any more, Iris and Trent will definitely stay friends.' The source added Iris was very into Trent, but has prioritised her career as she is 'focused on her own success.' 'And being a Wag was never really going to be her bag, especially as Trent lives up North and she's based in London.' Iris and Trent were first pictured together back in May, sparking romance rumours as they enjoyed a low-key stroll together in London. An onlooker said at the time: 'They looked very relaxed and happy and were just strolling around like two ordinary young people having a nice time. You'd never have thought that they are very rich and famous, and most people didn't even spot them. 'They popped into a café to get their drinks and as it was a nice day, were just having an enjoyable walk.' The couple also visited 281 Portobello, a trendy shopping arcade and then got into a Mercedes people carrier. MailOnline then revealed that Trent had been liking Iris's social media snaps - and she liked his back. Iris had posted a series of photographs of herself in bed, having fun with friends and in front of a giant billboard with her face on it, which received a like from the Liverpool footballer. Another picture showed her clinging on to a mystery man on the back of a motorcycle with fans quick to tag Trent and even suggest that it might be him. It is not known how Iris and Trent met, but the footballer is believed to have been on celebrity dating app Raya, which has been described as 'The Soho House of dating apps' because of its exclusive clientele.
