Duke basketball schedule 2025-26: Blue Devils will face these ACC teams
Duke basketball's 2025-26 ACC schedule includes a home-and-home series with rival North Carolina and Louisville.
The conference released opponents for the upcoming 18-game league schedule on May 28. Dates and times will be announced at a later date.

On May 7, the ACC announced its move to an 18-game schedule and assigned the Tar Heels as Duke's primary partner. The Cardinals will be Duke's variable partner, which changes annually. Duke and Louisville played in the championship game of the 2025 ACC Tournament, won by the Blue Devils before they went on to the Final Four.

The Blue Devils won't play Miami, which is led by former Duke associate head coach Jai Lucas, this season.

Entering their fourth season under head coach Jon Scheyer, the Blue Devils return Caleb Foster, Isaiah Evans, Maliq Brown, Patrick Ngongba and Darren Harris. Scheyer also brings in another top-ranked recruiting class, which includes Cameron and Cayden Boozer, Nikolas Khamenia, Dame Sarr and Sebastian Wilkins.

Centerville set for first final four appearance
CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – Centerville softball will make history on Saturday. For the first time, the Elks will be playing in the state Final Four. Centerville defeated conference rival Fairmont in the Division I Regional Final to advance to its first state semifinal appearance in school history. The Elks (17-13) face Massillon Jackson (21-7-1) on Saturday for a chance to go to the state championship. 'The goal was to win a state championship, and I think that is something that we're going to continue to work towards, and it could just as much be us as it could be anybody else,' head coach Wendell Hutchinson said. The Elks have embraced an underdog mentality as they head to Akron. After a bumpy start to the season and a fourth-place regular season finish in the G-WOC, the team feels as though it may be overlooked this weekend at state. 'A lot of people will look at that record and see the number of losses that we've had and think that we're maybe the lesser team in the Final Four,' Hutchinson said. 'But we don't look at it that way. We played as good a schedule as anybody in the state of Ohio.' 'We always kept our faith, and we always showed up,' senior outfielder Olivia Castle said. 'I think being an underdog is pretty cool and having that mentality is pretty cool… It's felt amazing to fight through the adversity and fight through all the losses and come back to be where we are now.' First pitch between Centerville and Massillon Jackson is Saturday, June 7 at 3 p.m. The winner will face the winner of Lancaster/Lebanon for the Div. Jake Munroe hits 2 out, drives in 5 and Louisville rips Miami 8-1 in super regional opener
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Jake Munroe hit two home runs and drove in five runs, leading Louisville to an 8-1 victory over Miami on Friday in the opening game of the Louisville Super Regional. Louisville took a 2-0 lead on two swings in the second inning — a first-pitch leadoff home run by Garret Pike followed by a solo home run by Munroe on a 2-0 count. Louisville starter Patrick Forbes (4-2) breezed through 5 1/3 innings, with the exception of the third inning when he faced a bases-loaded jam with one out. He gave up a sacrifice fly by Renzo Gonzalez, then got the third out on a strikeout. Louisville loaded the bases with one out in the third and scored two runs on a throwing error by the pitcher. The next batter, Munroe, followed with a three-run home run to left for a 7-1 lead. He picked up his fifth RBI with a sacrifice fly in the fourth. Max Galvin had three hits for Miami. AJ Ciscar (6-2) allowed seven runs, six earned, in 2 1/3 innings. First pitch was delayed by a weather for about half an hour. There was another weather delay with two out in the bottom of the eighth. When play resumed, Zion Rose flied out to end the eighth then Miami went down 1-2-3 on 11 pitches in the ninth. This is the seventh super regional hosted by Louisville. The Cardinals have appeared in 10 super regionals overall. Miami is playing in the super regional round for the 13th time and the first since 2016.
