NeoLiv sells 263 residential plots for over ₹300 crore in Haryana
Realty firm NeoLiv has sold 263 plots for over Rs 300 crore in its residential project in Kundli-Sonipat, Haryana.
In a statement on Tuesday, Mumbai-based NeoLiv said it has sold all inventories in its first debut project 'NeoLiv Grand Park' at Kundli-Sonipat, Haryana, generating sales worth over Rs 300 crore.
The project, spread across 19.46 acres, offered 263 plots for sale and had received 4 times interest.
"The overwhelming response to NeoLiv Grand Park reaffirms buyers' preference to place their trust in professionally driven and fund-backed real estate developers with a deep understanding of consumer preference, meticulous planning and high focus on delivering high-quality products," Mohit Malhotra, Founder and CEO of NeoLiv, said.
NeoLiv, founded by Malhotra (former MD and CEO of Godrej Properties) and industry experts in partnership with wealth management firm 360 ONE.

Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat train service to start operations from Saturday
The Vande Bharat train service between Katra and Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir will start commercial operations from June 7, the Northern Railway said on Thursday. The train will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. Live Events The first train will commence from Katra at 8:10 am and reach Srinagar at 11:08 am. The same train will return in the afternoon from Srinagar at 2 PM and reach Katra at 4:58 pm. This train service will not be available on Tuesday. Another train will start from Katra at 2:55 pm and reach Srinagar at 5:53 pm. The same train will return from Srinagar the next day at 8 am. This service will not operate on Wednesday. "During its approximately 3-hour long journey, as of now the trains will only stop at Banihal but later on other stoppages will also be decided," an official said.

Uber appoints Palo Alto CEO Nikesh Arora to board
Uber has appointed Palo Alto Networks chief executive to its board, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and Compensation Committee. Arora, 57, has been the Chairman of the board and chief executive officer (CEO) of cybersecurity firm Palo Alto Networks since June 2018. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, he was an angle investor from 2016 to 2018. Before that, he worked with SoftBank Group Corp in various senior capacities. Prior to SoftBank, from December 2004 through July 2014, Arora held multiple senior leadership operating roles at Google , Inc., including serving as senior vice president and chief business officer, from January 2011 to June 2014. The Palo Alto CEO also serves on the board of Compagnie Financiere Richemont S.A., a public Switzerland-based luxury goods holding company.
