The risqué quiz involves naming three people and then asking a person to pick which one you would like to kiss, which one you would get married to and which one you would steer clear of altogether. However an Employment Judge has said the game may breach the Equality Act. The ruling came in the case of a police officer who sued Derbyshire Police after a female colleague involved him in a game - using images of sex workers. The officer admitted to the tribunal that she had 'jokingly' played the game with co-workers and included PC Shafarat Mohammed in their discussion. Employment Judge Stephen Shore suggested that the officers may have referred to the game, which has several names, by a cruder version. PC Mohammed claimed that during the discussion in May or June 2022 he was only shown images of black women and was asked what he liked about one of them. He said he was 'embarrassed' and 'offended' by the questioning and felt it was inappropriate. Another officer at Pear Tree Station in Derby, PC Kate Northridge, candidly admitted to the hearing in Nottingham that a group of officers played the game with suspect photos. She said she had been the one to include PC Mohammed in the game but she had not asked him specific questions about any of the images. Speaking about snog, marry, avoid, EJ Shore said: 'The game was crass and inappropriate. 'It casts no one who participated in it in a good light. EJ Shore said it was possible 'that the conduct that is agreed could constitute harassment of a sexual nature'. 'We agree with [him] that the questions were inappropriate,' EJ Shore added. The tribunal heard that PC Mohammed joined the force in November 2021 and completed his training in March the next year. He resigned less than a year later, in September 2022, and then made an employment tribunal claim for racial discrimination and harassment. The tribunal found there was no racial or religious element to it as the sex workers were of varying ethnicities. They also concluded that he was not asked questions about a specific black sex worker and that his credibility was undermined by a lack of consistency between his different accounts. PC Mohammed made several allegations including that a colleague called him a 'road man', he was 'humiliated' for eating home-made food, and told he was 'shit'. The officer also claimed that another PC said the custody team was 'all black and ethnics', he was asked about his familiarity with alcohol, and that he had been ostracised from team events. However, the tribunal found these allegations were either entirely fabricated by PC Mohammed or were given 'a retrospective gloss of alleged discrimination' in his witness statements which often contradicted each other.

'Disgusting' man who sneaked into stable and had sex with Shetland pony before fleeing on CCTV with no trousers on avoids prison
A 'disgusting' pervert who sneaked into a stable and had sex with a Shetland pony has avoided jail. Damion Ogeare, 43, was captured on CCTV making a 'beeline' towards the equine stables before emerging some 10 minutes later - without any trousers on. A court heard the man had arrived at the outdoor building armed with a dog lead which he used to restrain the mare, named Cassieopia. Pony owner Christine Woolley said she believed Ogeare had 'scoped' out the area in advance of carrying out the 'degrading' assault. The homeowner told the court the incident has left her feeling 'exhausted', 'angry' and 'frustrated'. Ogeare has now been handed a community order by a judge who said any right-thinking member of the public would be 'disgusted' by his actions. 'Judges in court are used to most things but sometimes certain crimes stop even a hardened judge in their tracks, and this is one of those offences,' Recorder Gordon Bebb said. Winchester Crown Court, Hampshire, heard the incident took place on January 24 last year at a home in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Tom Wright, prosecuting, said: 'CCTV showed the defendant making a beeline for a pony stable at an address in Trowbridge, a residential address with an equestrian facility. 'It was the property of Christine Woolley.' Mr Wright said the animal owner received an alert from her CCTV camera at around 6.30pm. The footage showed Ogeare enter the stable and reappear some 10 minutes later, the court heard. When he reemerged, the sexual deviant wasn't wearing any trousers. The prosecutor said this gave Mrs Woolley 'grave concerns' over what may have happened to her livestock. It was heard that Ogeare's face could clearly be made out in the CCTV footage and he was arrested by police later on in the year. Mr Wright said DNA taken from the Shetland pony 'connected' Ogeare with the offence. His address was searched and police found a baseball cap and a dog lead. The prosecutor said: 'It had been found discarded at the address. 'The lead had evidently been used to restrain the animal, no doubt, at the time in question.' The court heard there had been 'concerns' when Ogeare had assaulted other animals in the area, as one local reported finding a dog lead on top of his cow. Mrs Wooley spoke of the impact the incident has had on her. She said: 'I am exhausted from this incident. 'Since the day I know it happened I have been unable to sleep until about 3am. 'I have been feeling very angry and very frustrated, my horses are almost a part of me. 'To have one assaulted in such a degrading manner has completely ruined my trust in society.' She continued: 'This sort of behaviour is is completely unacceptable Ogeare has now been handed a community order by a judge who said any right-thinking member of the public would be 'disgusted' by his actions 'I also have no doubt that that these acts are not only intentional, but also planned out. 'Damion clearly scoped out the area in which he wanted to target.' Mrs Woolley urged the judge to consider handing Ogeare a custodial sentence. Holly Fagan, defending, said there is little to say to mitigate the offence other than the fact there was no injury caused to the pony. 'There doesn't seem much point in trying to rationalise something like this,' she said. 'He was going through a period of acute loneliness and isolation. 'He's expressed a great deal or remorse.' Ms Fagan said he felt a 'deep sense of regret' over the events which took place and wanted to apologise to Mrs Woolley. 'Clearly, it's a beloved animal that's been violated and he's very apologetic for all the distress caused,' she added. Ogeare pleaded guilty to one count of sexual penetration of a living animal. Recorder Gordon Bebb handed Ogeare an 18-month community order with 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirements. The judge said: 'I know that any right thinking member of the public would be completely disgusted by what you did.' Recorder Bebb also ordered Ogeare to pay £299.52 in costs, and handed him a restraining order meaning he must not contact Mrs Woolley or attend her address. 'You have to stay well away from that area, do you understand,' he added. 'That will remain in place until further order.'

Griffin made his concerns known about runaway government spending after the Congressional Budget Office estimated the GOP budget bill would add $2.4 trillion to the deficit over the next 10 years. Much of this comes down to the bill's extension of the 2017 Trump tax cuts, which will decrease the revenue coming into the government. Griffin, who voted for Trump in the 2024 election, did not say he disagreed with the extension of the prior tax cuts. But he did take issue with even more tax relief for businesses. 'The continued reduction in tax rates for small and medium enterprise businesses; I'm not sure what we're going to achieve with that,' said Griffin, who is estimated to have a net worth of $44.5 billion. Griffin cast the bill, which is still winding its way through the Senate, as poorly thought out and dangerous to the nation's finances. 'You cannot run deficits of 6 or 7 percent [higher than GDP] at full employment after years of growth. That's just fiscally irresponsible,' said Griffin, who is worth $44.5 billion. 'There are a lot of question marks in the bill as to why we're continuing to increase our tax cuts when we have a fiscal deficit of this magnitude,' he added. approached Griffin's team and the White House for comment. He said the tariffs have 'really taken their toll already on our economy' and have called 'into question American exceptionalism.' His firm Citadel has already cut its estimate for US economic growth by about half since Trump took office in January. As a parting shot at the president, Griffin decried Trump's decision to tear into Walmart CEO Doug McMillon for warning customers that the big-box retailer may have to increase prices thanks to tariffs. 'Walmart should STOP trying to blame Tariffs as the reason for raising prices throughout the chain. Walmart made BILLIONS OF DOLLARS last year, far more than expected.
