Amazon's bestselling sweater 'feels like a warm, soft hug' — grab it for a record-low $19
Even though temps are (finally) starting to change, you don't need to pack away all of your winter wear. Why? Sweater weather is a year-round thing. As a huge sweater fan, I wear these cozy layers every season. Especially as I've gotten older, the roominess and extra length help me feel less self-conscious thanks to the bum and tummy coverage. Right now I'm loving Amazon's No. 1 bestselling Lillusory Oversized Batwing Sweater — it comes in 35 colors, offers all the coverage I love and is up to 50% off.
According to price trackers, this $19 striped version is at an all-time low, and other styles are massively discounted too. When a sweater is this popular, it usually means it's cozy, well-made and well-fitting for most body types. For just $19, it'll pay for itself over and over.
I try to keep as many pieces as possible in my wardrobe that look great every time I put them on. The billowy Lilludoty sweater is just that, thanks to its length that hits just below the butt, leaving my options open to pretty much any bottoms, from jeans to yoga pants. The batwings give it a blanket-like appeal — something extravagant-feeling that you can get lost inside of. With so many colors and sizes to choose from (from XS to 3X), your perfect match is waiting for you.
The praise for this sweater is strong, with more than 3,000 five-star ratings and shoppers listing every little thing they love about the Lillusory looker.
The fit is something shoppers of all shapes and sizes are raving about. One wrote, "This is perfect for tall girlies too. I am 5'11" and the arms are long enough for me!" Another customer said, "This did not make me look like a sack of potatoes! I'm short, midsize and large-chested." And one shopper wrote, "I wear it with leggings; the coverage is perfect hiding my stomach and butt. True to size."
"The fit is comfortable and flattering," was the refrain of so many reviewers. One fan said the sweater "feels like a warm, soft hug. It hugs in all the right places... It's going to look so cute with tights and a mini skirt or leggings or even jeans in the winter. ... I'm big on texture and everything about this sweater is perfection."
And it's so versatile, as this swooning reviewer explained: "Pair it with jeans for a casual dinner, leggings and sneakers for errands, a slip skirt for a dressier look. I'm obsessed. ... Give me 14 of 'em!" Another noted that "the oversized fit is perfect for layering, and it's incredibly comfortable without feeling bulky."
Something important to know about the Lillusory sweater is that it's intentionally made with the seams on the outside; appearing "inside out" is part of the style. While many shoppers like the look, it's not for everyone. "All of the seams are inside out, including the collar. That's a bit overkill on the design," one reviewer wrote.
Beyond that, it could feel too baggy if you're not into oversized clothing. "Great sweater but size down!" noted a shopper. "The sweater is great and very soft and warm. I am in between sizes small and medium, depending on the clothing item. I got a small and it was way too big everywhere and came down to almost the top of my knees. Going to exchange it for the x-small."

Run, don't walk! This popular Brooks running shoe has dropped to $99 on Amazon
If you're looking to upgrade your daily running shoe (or maybe you've been inspired by Tom's Guide and want to try Jeffing for the first time), I've got good news — one of the best running shoes on the market just dropped to $99 in this Amazon sale. The Brooks Ghost line is extremely popular, and for good reason. It's the brand's daily cushioned running shoe, designed to get you from A to B without any issues. It's perfect for beginners, for those looking for a sneaker to walk in, and for anyone trying to get around their first marathon. Plus, right now, it's discounted from $140 to $99 on Amazon. The Brooks Ghost 16 is on sale in both men's and women's running shoes. You'll need to cycle through the different color options in your size to find the best price. The shoe comes in a huge range of colors in both the men's and women's shoes, and comes in four different widths — regular, narrow, wide, and extra wide. Shop the men's shoe here. For a shoe to be on its 16th iteration, it must be doing something right. The Brooks Ghost has a cult following, thanks to its comfort and cushioning, and the 16 is our favorite version yet. It's the first to feature Brooks' nitrogen-infused DNA Loft v3 midsole foam, and as a result, it's a major upgrade on the Ghost 15. It's a reliable daily trainer that's perfect for beginners. Our fitness writer Jess Downey loved the underfoot feel of the Ghost 16 when testing. 'On the roads, I found the DNA Loft v3 struck a good balance between soft and responsive. I noticed the shoe felt soft and forgiving underfoot, but it also felt stable, which we have the thick rubber outsole to thank for this,' she said. Tom's Guide's Nick Harris-Fry, a 2:25 marathon runner, enjoyed the shoe for longer training runs. 'I've run 50 miles in the shoe, and the ride is very consistent. It's not a particularly springy or soft shoe, but it is comfortable enough for long runs, and the foam is resilient, so it feels exactly the same at the end of a 13-mile run as it did at the start. That's in contrast to some shoes with softer foams that can feel great at mile one but harden up by the end of a long run.' If you're looking for a comfortable, reliable running shoe, you can't go wrong with the Brooks Ghost 16. It's not the fastest shoe or the lightest shoe, but it's extremely comfortable and durable, and for $99, it's a great price.
