The tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020 left many in shock. Five years after his death, fans and celebrities continue to heap praise on the actor's skills and determination. The latest one to join the list of admirers is Jim Sarbh. Both Sushant and Jim worked together in the 2017 film Raabta, which also featured Kriti Sanon in the lead role. Talking about his experience of working with the talented actor, Jim recently recalled the good times he spent with Sushant. Remembering the film's shoot, he revealed that Sushant broke his wrist while filming an action sequence.
The conversation began when Jim Sarbh was shown multiple pictures from his movies during a chat with Mashable India. One of the images reminded him of Raabta. As per the actor, the photo was clicked after the second schedule in Mauritius. Pointing at the cast he was wearing in the photo, Jim shared that it was because of a broken wrist.
Reflecting on the incident, Jim Sarbh shared, 'He broke my wrist while we were doing an action sequence."
According to him, Sushant was a good dancer and actor. He added, 'I was on a tour with a play in the States and he was rehearsing separately. He was really good at action. I had spent four days learning the basics at a place in Bangkok where we were taken to learn this whole fight sequence. I haven't moved beyond, like the basics and he came one day, learned the whole thing."
Just like us, Jim Sarbh also loved the control Sushant had over his body while dancing. The actor continued, 'He was such a good dancer, and had such good control of his body, he'd done enough action until that point. He was looking good. He was ripped. I think this morning was the first time he had bread in five months, or something like that. I was wearing a giant muscle suit so I didn't need to be that ripped."
Raabta, directed by Dinesh Vijan, is the story of a couple with a past life connection. Jim played the antagonist in the film.
Meanwhile, Jim will soon make his South debut with the upcoming film Kubera. Directed by Shekhar Kammula, the film features Dhanush, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles.

Ankita Lokhande recalls how Sushant Singh Rajput helped her during Pavitra Rishta shoot: ‘Woh itna achha actor tha'
June 1 marked 16 years of the hugely popular TV show Pavitra Rishta, which starred Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead roles. Ankita celebrated the day and shared it in the latest video on her YouTube channel, where she also brought in her actor Usha Nadkarni at her house. Ankita recalled working on the show and how Sushant would help her with her lines on many days.
