Her locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.
The star opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point, and added a silver watch onto her left wrist.
Before her special night out, the media personality also had a more laid-back approach to the big news.
In a short video shared to TikTok, Hailey showed herself rocking a face mask, eating sushi and listening to Britney Spears ' 2001 hit I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman in her bedroom.
'And I'm just in my room like this..,' captioned Hailey, who boasts 15.4million followers on the social media outlet.
Her husband Justin Bieber also helped celebrate his wife's business deal by reposting the announcement to his main Instagram page.
The Peaches hitmaker additionally uploaded a separate carousel of images which showed the couple - who tied the knot in 2018 - cozying up together.
Hailey was pictured flashing a big smile on her face as she leaned into her husband who placed his hands on her chest and gave her a sweet kiss on the cheek.

The performer opted to not add a caption to the posts shortly after garnering backlash for his comments over Hailey's recent Vogue cover in a shocking tirade.
Justin has since taken down the original caption and instead replaced it with a shrugging emoji.
E.l.f. Chairman and CEO Tarang Amin issued a statement in regards to acquiring Rhode in a $1 billion deal, per Business Wire. 'E.l.f. Beauty found a like-minded disruptor in rhode.
'Rhode further diversifies our portfolio with a fast-growing brand that makes the best of prestige accessible.'
Amin added, 'We are excited by Rhode's ability to break beauty barriers, fully aligning with e.l.f. Beauty's vision to create a different kind of company. Rhode is a beautiful brand that we believe is ready for rocketship growth.'
Hailey also took to her own Instagram page to reflect on the business partnership and also gave a shout for the 'support' given to Rhode.
'When I launched @rhode in 2022, I always had big dreams for the company, and the most important thing to me is to keep bringing rhode to more spaces, places, and faces globally.'
She continued, 'So today I am so incredibly excited and proud to announce that we are partnering with e.l.f. Beauty as we step into this next chapter in the world of rhode.
'I found a like-minded disruptor with a vision to be a different kind of company that believes in big ideas and innovation in the same way that I do and will help us continue to grow the brand.'
The star expressed how 'excited' and 'ready' she is for her 'bigger role' in the future before thanking her 'amazing rhode team.'
'I couldn't have done it without all of you. And to our rhode community, thank you for being the most supportive and for being on this journey, this next chapter is going to be even more incredible together! As I've said, this is only the beginning.'
Last month in April, it was revealed that Hailey was contemplating the sell of Rhode after hiring both J.P. Morgan and global investment bank Moelis to aid her in finding potential deal options.
Hailey often takes to Instagram to promote products from the skincare brand which include Glazing Milk ($32), Barrier Butter ($38) and Peptide Glazing Fluid ($32).
Limited makeup products are also available to consumers including the Pocket Blush ($24), Peptide Lip Shape ($24) and Peptide Lip Tint ($18).
She previously opened up about her company and told PopSugar last year, 'I still have some fears and hesitations of "I hope this or that doesn't happen."
'I'm opening up this part of my world to everybody. Rhode is coming straight from my mind to their hands.'
The beauty added, 'I'm the majority owner of this brand, I'm the one who put the most money into this brand, so my biggest hope is that people love it for what it is and for the quality of the product.'
Another milestone that Rhode has reached is that products will soon hit shelves at Sephora stores beginning in Fall 2025.
Fans have since told Hailey to leave her husband Justin following the $1 billion deal on social media.
