The division has already finished evaluating the HSC (Class 12) answer sheets.
Nagpur divisional board office has jurisdiction over six districts in Vidarbha, which include Nagpur, Chandrapur, Wardha, Bhandara, Gondia, and Gadchiroli.
Once the evaluation and related paperwork are completed, these districts will send all details, including marks, to the divisional board office in Civil Lines. The division office will then compile the data and upload it to the centralised server.
After the Pune headquarters receives data from Nagpur and other divisions, the process to announce the results will begin.
"We have completed the Class 12 (HSC) paper evaluation and sent the details to Pune headquarters. Our Class 10 (SSC) evaluation is nearly complete, and we aim to wrap up the work by Monday," said Chintaman Wanjari, Divisional Board Chairman.
This summer, approximately 1.59 lakh students appeared for the HSC exam across 504 exam centres in the Nagpur division, ensuring minimal travel distances for students.
However, in rural areas, distance remains a challenge as exam centres are less accessible compared to urban areas.
For the SSC exams, nearly 1.51 lakh students appeared across the six districts of the Nagpur division. The board established 689 exam centres, including junior colleges.
Results for both HSC and SSC are expected in May, although exact dates have not yet been confirmed. HSC results are anticipated between May 15 and 20, while SSC results are likely to be announced in the last week of May.
Since exams began two weeks earlier this year, the results are also expected to be announced earlier than usual.
