Baldwin County immigration operations continue, with 9 arrests in Foley
BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Nine people were arrested in Foley Monday in the latest immigration enforcement operation.

According to an FBI-Mobile Facebook post, the latest operation was a joint effort of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, Customs and Border Protection, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Drug Enforcement Administration and Enforcement and Removal Operations.
A minor child was found during the operation and is 'now safe,' according to the post. No information was given on the age of the child, or if there was a relationship to any of those arrested.
Additionally, during the roundup, one man being arrested for immigration violations fought police, injuring a federal officer.
Nationally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been told to resume workplace raids, including hotels, restaurants and farms, as they try to meet the goal of 3,000 immigration arrests per day, set by the White House.

Giants pitcher Sean Hjelle accused of abuse by wife, MLB to investigate
SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Giants said they are aware of an allegation of abuse made against right-hander Sean Hjelle by his wife and have forwarded the matter to Major League Baseball. Caroline Hjelle, Sean's wife, posted a video on TikTok Friday night of herself with the former couple's two sons accompanied by a caption that read, 'When my MLB husband abandons us on Mothers Day a week after (this video was taken) once I finally found out about his affairs and stopped putting up with his abuse, so I've been raising two boys alone.' The post was accompanied by a series of hashtags that included #divorce, #cheating and #infidelity. Giants manager Bob Melvin said Hjelle remains available to pitch in relief. 'Obviously, we're aware of it. He told me about it last night,' Melvin said Saturday morning.
