Michael Jordan's agent aims dig at LeBron James as he weighs in on GOAT debate
Michael Jordan 's longtime agent, David Falk, has taken a stunning dig at LeBron James in the context of basketball's greatest of all-time debate.
Jordan, James, and a few others have been brought up in basketball's GOAT debate, with the Chicago Bulls legend and current Los Angeles Laker arguably being the two-most mentioned.
The two never overlapped in the NBA, with Jordan's comeback with the Washington Wizards ending a few months before James was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
'I really like LeBron, but I think if Jordan had cherry-picked what teams he wanted to be on and two other superstars, he would've won 15 championships,' Falk recently told the Sports Business Journal.
Jordan won six NBA titles, all with the Bulls, while a stout roster, that included Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman, surrounded him.
James has played for three different teams, winning two titles with the Miami Heat, and one each with the Lakers and Cavaliers.
For LeBron's first two titles, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh were in South Beach, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love were part of Cleveland's title-winning squad in 2016, and James was joined by Anthony Davis and Rajon Rondo for the bubble championship in 2020.
Falk, who has represented Michael Jordan since 1984, is expected to be biased for and defend his client at all turns.
Many arguments against Jordan, such as the parity in the NBA nowadays, would have made it harder for him to win six titles.
James nor Jordan have responded to Falk's claims, with his projection leading to some crazy scenarios.
In a world where Jordan does not retire twice, he joins the Houston Rockets or two different Laker dynasties, one coaches by Pat Riley, and the other by former Bulls' boss Phil Jackson.

Inter Miami denied victory in Club World Cup opener as Lionel Messi and co endure frustrating night in front of David Beckham
Goalkeeper Mohamed El Shenawy tipped a Lionel Messi strike on to the crossabr late in stoppage time as Inter Miami FC and Al Ahly FC played to a 0-0 draw in the opening game of the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday night in Miami Gardens. El Shenawy and Al Ahly escaped with the draw after defending three corner kicks by Inter Miami in the final minutes of stoppage time. The tenor of the game changed sharply after the Egyptian club dominated the first half and Inter Miami captured momentum in the second half and stoppage time. Both clubs earned one point for the draw. They are in the tournament's Group A, which also includes Portuguese club FC Porto and Brazilian club Palmeiras. Messi nearly scored off a free kick in the 64th minute. He curled a shot toward the near post and it took one skip before zipping just wide and hitting the outside of the net. For a moment, many in the crowd celebrated what they thought was a go-ahead goal for Messi. The shot missed by inches from veering inside the post. Inter Miami had another prime scoring chance in the 85th minute. Messi lifted a pass toward the front of the net to Fafa Picault, who bounced a header off the turf and over the crossbar. Messi's final attempt in the sixth minute of stoppage time nearly sent the crowd into the frenzy. He winced after El Shenawy leaped and stretched out his right hand to deflect the ball off the crossbar and out of play. Inter Miami fended off several scoring opportunities from Al Ahly during the first half. Al Ahly's best chance came on a penalty shot in the 43rd minute. Trezeguet blasted a rising shot but Inter Miami goalkeeper Oscar Ustari perfectly timed a dive to his left for a stellar save. In the 57th minute, Messi ripped a shot toward the left side of the net but was denied by El Shenawy. Inter Miami's next contest is Thursday against FC Porto in Atlanta. Al Ahly will face Palmeiras on Thursday at East Rutherford, N.J.
