Diletta, 33, is a regular face on TV as she appears on the broadcaster's coverage of Serie A in her homeland of Italy.
She has also appeared on radio and podcasts during her career.
However, her new advert is set to be seen by fewer people in Italy.
According to Corriere Della Sera, it has been banned because it is believed to "sexualise the gaze of a child".
In the advert, Diletta can be seen wearing a short skirt and singing on a stage in front of a young child.
It also featured a number of men in awe at the new show, with one bizarrely rubbing it on his face.
The report adds that the jury of the Advertising Self-Discipline Institute had ordered the advert to be banned.
It claimed that it breached a rule that regulates the protection of children.
Last week, the jury ruled that it was conflicting with Article 11 of the Code that states: "Representations of behaviours or attitudes aimed at the sexualisation of children, or of subjects who appear to be such, are prohibited."
The advert was also criticised by Italian journalist Selvaggia Lucerelli.
They said: "The video opened with a shot from behind of a child under the stage where a singer was performing in a miniskirt that reached her crotch
"Then moving on to a shot of the child's face with his gaze upwards and his mouth open in a sort of ecstasy like a vision of the Madonna.
"In practice, it was the first time that a child, who in the advertisement will have a stage age of eight, saw a woman's underwear.
"I wrote about it in my Instagram stories, finding it sad to represent a minor in such an ambiguous situation to sell a pair of shoes."
However, U-Power founder Franco Uzzeni has defended the commercial as he pointed to the demand from customers.
He said: "Malice is in the eye of the beholder.
"But at least we know that our commercial was seen and appreciated given the sales."

Inside Aussie model Dominique Elissa's glamorous hens party in Mudgee ahead of big Italian wedding to fiancé Tom Bull... after the pair quickly got married in the hospital so her dying mother could walk her down the aisle

The popular model, who is set to wed Tom Bull a second time around in a big Italian ceremony, and her Aussie A-lister pals descended on Lowe's Winery in Mudgee on Saturday as they toasted the bride-to-be. The fancy frock boasted a corseted bodice, accentuating the model's tiny waist, and a ruffled skirt that showed off Dominique's long, trim pins. She finished off the bridal ensemble with a lace veil, a sequined bag and a natural makeup look as she danced with her friends and posed for pictures. The popular model, who is set to wed fiancé Tom Bull in a big Italian ceremony, and her Aussie A-lister pals descended on Lowe's Winery in Mudgee on Saturday as they toasted the bride-to-be Also in attendance at the hens do were models Natalie Roser, Aisha Jade, Tilly Jac Smith, Jordan Simek and Shannon Lawson. 'Feeling so lucky today,' she captioned the post, which has garnered nearly 8,000 likes. She went on to say that the girls who couldn't make her upcoming ceremony in Italy had created her 'dream' hens party. 'The sun was out for us, so many big belly laughs and deep chats about life and the future.' She finished off the post: 'My heart feels so full from the incredible girlhood we've created.' Despite the excitement for her European nuptials, Dominique sadly will marry her beau a second time around without her mother, who passed away just a few weeks after walking her daughter down the aisle in a hospital ceremony. The Aussie model made headlines in March after she was forced to move her wedding ceremony to the Prince of Wales Hospital after her mother Odile Faludi's health began to decline following a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. She revealed on Instagram she was initially 'upset, angry and a mess' when she received the heartbreaking news, but decided she would stop at nothing to have her mother walk her down the aisle. Sharing images and videos of the bittersweet ceremony with her followers, Dominique and Tom made the best of their union as they celebrated with their families, who met for the first time on the big day. Dominique was all smiles as she slipped into a white off-the-shoulder gown which featured a fitted corset and sheer pleated skirts. She covered her long brunette tresses with a white lace veil which matched the lace detailing at the bust of her gown. The blushing bride kept her makeup minimal, opting for a nude lip and bronzed eye shadow. Meanwhile, now-husband Tom donned a classic black tuxedo and put a black bow tie on their golden retriever dog, and ring-bearer, Crumble. Dominique spent her day swinging between laughter and tears as she shared heartbreaking videos of her nuptials and her mother's first look at her wedding dress. One tear-jerking clip saw the model struggling to hold back tears as she hugged her mother in her hospital room. 'Don't make me cry,' Dominique sobbed as her father pressed a kiss to her forehead while her mother slowly pulled herself out of bed. Odile wore a beautiful turquoise strapless gown for the big day, walking her daughter down the aisle as her husband pushed along her wheelchair. 'My mum's dream since I was born was to walk me down the aisle and we did everything to make it happen, even if it meant getting married at the hospital,' Dominique told her followers. 'Mum always said the biggest decision you'll ever make is who you spend the rest of your life with, and that always stuck with me. 'The most emotional 48 hours of my life. I'm in awe of this incredible woman. It's international woman's day as well, and she will forever be my greatest teacher and inspiration.' Elsewhere, Dominique detailed how heartbroken she first was when she learned she had to have her wedding ceremony at the hospital. 'When we were told the day before that we had to move our ceremony to the hospital, every part of me didn't want to do the reception anymore,' she said. 'I was upset, angry and a mess. I took time away to think [about] the decision and realised it was more important than ever that our families could have time to unite and get to know each other.

Italian press brutally mock Kyle Walker's 'failed' AC Milan loan spell - as they urge the Italian giants not to sign him permanently from Man City amid family drama

The Italian press have claimed that 'failure has the face of [Kyle] Walker', providing a brutal assessment of the full-back's torrid time at AC Milan as uncertainty engulfs his career in Italy. The 35-year-old made the loan switch to the Rossoneri in January, ending a seven-and-a-half-year stint at Manchester City, which was littered with gold. His Italy switch came amid family drama off the pitch, with Walker fighting for his marriage with the mother of four of his children, Annie Kilner, after also fathering two kids with his influencer ex-mistress Lauryn Goodman. After a bright start to life in the country's fashion capital - going unbeaten in his first three starts - Walker's form drastically dipped as Milan finished a surprisingly low eighth place in Serie A. Reports earlier this month claimed that the seven-time European Cup winners had decided against paying the £4.2million fee to keep him permanently, which would mean the England defender would be forced to return to City. And it's clear that Italian media outlet Tuttosport are fans of that notion, as they mocked Walker for his struggles in Milan. The newspaper seems fairly certain that Walker will not spend next season in black and red, instead making his way back to Manchester. Tuttosport lambasted Walker's time at the club as a disaster, with the harshest line - by far - reading: 'Failure has the face of Walker.' They also claimed that all he will be remembered for is his water-spitting prior to matches. Walker famously drinks water before spraying it into the air, which has made for some cool pictures. He was berated for imitating 'his role model' Triple H - real name Paul Levesque - who used to do the same water-spitting action while wrestling in the WWE, where he is now chief content officer. Walker's personal life issues are believed to have affected his time in Milan, according to Tuttosport, and there is no way that he can continue at the Rossoneri. Last month, Italian outlet Calciomercato also claimed that the former Tottenham star's elbow injury paired with Alex Jimenez's impressive form at right-wing back are said to have convinced Milan's hierarchy against a permanent move. Jimenez, who is just 20, was originally signed for Milan's under-23 side but has made 20 appearances in Serie A this season, compared to Walker's 11. Walker said he 'wanted to cry' when he left City and previously admitted he didn't think his time at the Etihad was over. 'After I said my goodbyes, Pep [Guardiola] got up and spoke and said a really nice message to me, just saying thank you for everything,' Walker said on his BBC podcast. 'But listen, it's not over. I'm just on loan here. I've got to take that into consideration that I can go back. 'Obviously, both parties need to come to an agreement come the end of the season. The chapter's not fully closed, we'll see what happens.' The treble-winner wanted to leave the Etihad Stadium over diminishing game time, fearful of how it would impact his international career. Walker featured in both of Thomas Tuchel's opening World Cup qualifiers in March.

Napoli hero Scott McTominay turned into real-life bottle opener after fan nickname

Ultras have inundated a Scots firm with orders for the quirky bar blades after dubbing the Tartan Army hero the 'apribottiglie' – the bottle opener. Napoli hero Scott McTominay has been turned into a real-life bottle opener after being given the nickname by besotted fans. Ultras have inundated a Scots firm with orders for the quirky bar blades after dubbing the Tartan Army hero the 'apribottiglie' – the bottle opener. Free-scoring McTominay, 28, has earned the fun moniker in a nod to his habit of breaking the deadlock for the newly crowned Serie A winners. ‌ And it's led their passionate supporters to snap up the solid steel tools, which show the midfielder performing the draught excluder role. They are sold online by Etsy company StopperFC for £16.60. ‌ Boss Ritchie Crossman said: 'He's actually in his Scotland strip so I was a bit surprised at the Italian interest. But the Napoli fans don't care. 'Scott is an absolute hero to them now in the same way as Maradona was. 'I've already sent a box of 20 to a guy in Naples. We don't normally offer overseas delivery but he was so desperate for them that he was happy to cover the costs. He told me they were opening their beers with them after they won the league.' Napoli won the Serie A 'scudetto' last Friday and were spearheaded by McTominay, who was named the league's MVP player of the season. ‌ The midfielder bagged 12 league goals, including a spectacular scissor kick in their crucial final day win over Cagliari. It's seen fans also dub him McFratm, which translates as McBro, and is the player's favourite. He is also known as McTerminator and MacGyver. ‌ His god-like status has seen him appear in murals and fan tattoos as well as having pizzas dedicated to him StopperFC sells more than 40 player novelty cushions as well as 30 bar blades. We told last year how yobs were foiled in a bid to torch the firm's Celtic pillows on Bonfire Night. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
