Man seriously injured in Needwood crash
A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a car and a motorbike in Burton-on-Trent on Wednesday.The force said it happened at about 17:25 BST on Newborough Road in Needwood, when a white BMW 1000 motorbike collided with a black BMW 4 Series.The rider of the bike, a man in his 50s, was airlifted to hospital. The driver of the car, a man in his 40s, remained at the scene and helped Staffordshire Police with its enquiries.The force is appealing for dashcam footage of the area at the time of the incident, as well as information from anyone who saw the two vehicles beforehand.

Police seize heroin and arrest three people in Ludlow raid
