A POPULAR brand is set to launch a new never-before-seen popcorn flavour.
The tasty treat is expected to land on supermarket shelves within days.
As many people look for a snack to accompany their summer movie nights, shopper will no doubt want to try out this fresh flavour.
Butterkist will sell a new Crunchy Cookies & Cream Popcorn - which will be available at select supermarkets soon.
Rachel Rayner, Senior Brand Manager for Butterkist, says: "At Butterkist, we are always looking for ways to delight our customers with new and exciting flavours.
"So, we are thrilled to announce our latest addition of Crunchy Cookies & Cream Popcorn!
"The perfect sweet treat, we can't wait for our customers to taste this delicious new flavour and make it a part of every special occasion, whether that's a family movie night or an afternoon pick-me-up."
It will be available in Morrisons starting from July 7.
After that, it will make appearances in Sainsbury's, Asda and Co-op.
The popcorn will sit on shelves with an RRP of £2.
A spokesperson said: "Each bite offers a delightful fusion of smooth creamy vanilla, combined with the classic cookie taste and irresistible chocolate flavour, creating a blend that is both sweet and satisfying.
"This new addition to Butterkist's range is perfect for movie nights or sharing with friends."

It comes as shelves at TK Maxx have been stocked with Halloween tea towels, cushions, blankets and plush toys months before the festival.
One shopper shared pictures of Halloween items on the shelves in the retailer's Doncaster store, saying: "It's starting."
Others chimed in to say they'd also seen Halloween products in the stores in Preston and Oldham.
Charlotte Harrington, the manager at Summerhill's Garden Centre in Basildon, Essex, previously told The Sun that they open their Christmas department on the August bank holiday.
"The stock comes in early and we gradually start putting it out on the shop floor. This is just a small fraction of what we have," she said.
"But our Christmas displays are so spectacular it takes time to get everything set up, so we have to start early."

They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.
