A FORMER Emmerdale actress is making a return to soap in just days - months after being axed from the Dales.
Daisy Campbell, who played Amelia Spencer on the ITV soap opera, will be back on screens this weekend.

The actress, 21, will be joining the cast of BBC medical soap Casualty this Saturday.
In surprise news, it has been confirmed that the star will take on a guest role during this weekend's episode.
She will play the role of Georgina Birch in the programme.
Her character and plot details are being kept a closely guarded secret until the episode airs.
It marks her first big-screen role since her Dales departure last year.
Daisy was axed from her role after 13 years after being left without any family or connections in the Emmerdale village.
Her on-screen father had been jailed after becoming a one-punch killer with her daughter's dad, Samson, also sent to prison for assault.
Speaking about her then-impending exit last year, Daisy told The Mirror: "It wasn't my choice to leave Emmerdale and it was a shock at first.
"Being in Emmerdale is all I have ever known.
"I've spent the whole of my childhood growing up in the soap and it felt daunting."

Bosses gave their decision to the actress last May and she needed time to "grieve" before she officially announced her departure in October 2024.

After wife Emma (Gillian Kearney) locked James up in a jealous rage, he escaped and they tussled on a bridge over the bypass. Emma pushed him and James fell into traffic, in turn causing a 12-vehicle pile up, As well as James dying, key characters including Ashley Thomas (John Middleton) and Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) were injured.

The Chase star 'didn't want to cause a scene' after multiple heart attacks
The 55-year-old comic has been on the show since 2011. A well-known star from The Chase has opened up about suffering two heart attacks during his comedy career. On Tuesday, June 24's episode of Good Morning Britain, Paul Sinha, 55, spoke about the double heart attack which happened during his time at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe two years ago. Paul said: "I was actually here (on GMB) a couple of years ago plugging the 2023 show. It was a bit of a wild show, it was about my life as a gay disabled son of immigrants. "It was quite a political show, it was a big show, I was in a room full of 400 people. It all got on top of me and I had two heart attacks at the same Edinburgh Fringe. Week number one and week number three." Paul's first heart attack unfolded when he was shaking Levi Roots' hand in a bar, reported Edinburgh Live. Susanna questioned what it felt like as he revealed it wasn't like anything he had experienced before. Paul shared: "A crushing, tightening chest pain that, as my years of medicine made me remember, was not like anything I had ever felt before, and I knew it was a cardiac. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I just walked into a cab." Although Susanna chuckled at his frank admission, she replied: "I know it's not funny, but you do have medical training?" Confirming that he does, Paul confessed he didn't want to call an ambulance, so he decided to get into a taxi and be taken to the nearest hospital. Paul was able to get back on stage a week after having a cardiac arrest and he continued performing, before experiencing a subsequent heart attack in the third week of the festival. Paul commented: "Yeah, well, the first time, they didn't diagnose it properly, so they sent me home. The second time, they said that these have been two small heart attacks. I said, 'Can I carry on?'. "They said, 'We're not going to tell you what to do.' So, I carried on. But looking back on it, that's not the right thing to do. "I know why I did it, it was the Edinburgh Festival and I didn't want to lose a huge amount of money." In a recent episode of The Chase, Paul Sinha"handed in his notice" after quizzers won £100,000. The ITV show host Bradley Walsh joked that 'The Sinnerman' needed to quit his role as a Chaser after the blunder. Brad said that the Chaser has "handed his notice in" after an "unbelievable" final round that saw the quizzers victorious. Players Ian, Jennie, Gregor and Karen all appeared on the quiz panel with the hopes of bagging some cash in the final chase in the episode which aired earlier this month.
