The Surprising Filming Location For Love Island: Aftersun
With Love Island season kicking off our summer, we're hooked on everything related to the show, from the latest drama between Megan Moore and Malisha Jordan to their sunglasses style. As well as the main series, we're naturally also watching its spin-off Aftersun , where host Maya Jama dissects all the drama and shares insider goss from inside the villa with her special celebrity guests.

While Love Island is filmed in Mallorca, its sister show Aftersun is broadcast live closer to home, from London. It is filmed in Elstree Film and TV studios in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire so Maya has to travel back and forth between the UK and the Spanish island.
For fans, there's no greater night out than being in the audience to see Maya and the celeb guest panel talk all things Love Island. Luckily, tickets for Aftersun are FREE via a ballot system. Just head here and pick the dates you can make. If you are successful, you will be notified and receive a ticket 24 hours before your chosen date.
If you're not successful, you can keep trying again and again. There's a minimum age limit of 18, and tickets cannot be transferred.
The American edition of Love Island 2025 is filmed in Villa Takali in the Mamanuca Islands of Fiji, with the spin-off shot in a hut on a hill above the villa. Past seasons have seen the US team going to Las Vegas, Hawaii, California but the last three series have been filmed back in Fiji.
Love Island: Aftersun is on Sundays so if you miss an episode, you can catch up and recap on the week's antics.

The show also features any islanders who have recently been dumped and sometimes real-time interviews with the contestants from the villa.
