KOURTNEY Kardashian's fans think they've spotted a subtle 'clue' she's pregnant with her fifth child.
Poosh founder Kourtney, 46, recently sparked pregnancy rumours when she was photographed resting her hands over her stomach, with eagle-eyed admirers claiming they could see a small bump.

Now, she's added more fuel to the fire with a sweet Father's Day tribute to her husband, Travis Barker, 49.
Sharing a montage of family snaps, Kourtney gushed on Instagram: "Happy Father's Day to the man who loves with his whole heart — for our baby, for my three, for his three… for our seven ;).
"This wild, beautiful blended life wouldn't be the same without you."
Kourtney shares three children with ex Scott Disick - Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10.
Travis is dad to Landon, 21, and Alabama, 19, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, and stepdad to Shanna's daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 26.
The couple welcomed their first child together, Rocky Thirteen Barker, in November 2024.
Kourtney and Travis, along with baby Rocky and Travis' 21-year-old son Landon, visited the Blink-182 drummer's hometown of Fontana, California, last week, where a street was named in his honor on Sunday, June 8.
After the ceremony, Kourtney and Travis visited his father Randy's home in the town.
In candid photos of the outing, Kourtney is wearing a baggy white dress and leather jacket.
Though she seemed to keep her hands over her stomach area, some fans thought they spotted a suspicious bump.
Kourtney Kardashian slammed as 'insane' for controversial parenting move & even sister Khloe thinks it's 'crazy'
"Is Kourtney pregnant again?" one fan asked on Reddit.
"It looks like her belly button is starting to poke out, and she's been placing her hands on her stomach a lot recently," said a second.
Other followers noted she's been posting a lot of throwback photos on Instagram lately instead of current pictures.
"I think she could be expecting," said a third fan. "Congratulations, Kourtney and Travis!"
PREGNANCY STRUGGLES
Kourtney struggled for years to become pregnant with Rocky, who joined her kids Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, and Travis' children Atiana, 26, Landon and Alabama, 19.
She also suffered a medical emergency during her pregnancy, and required fetal surgery.
Kourtney later explained that doctors found fluid in Rocky's lungs.
"We had a terrifying scare," she said on The Kardashians last June. "It's super rare, the condition that he had, but it's also super rare and lucky that we caught it.
"Thank you, God, for a successful surgery. I'm honestly just so grateful, I have no words."
"The fluid in his lungs actually did start coming back," she continued, adding that she believes her prayers helped keep her baby healthy.
"Then I watched this documentary called Heal that was all about the power of positive thinking and how our thinking can really affect our health.
"I started talking to the baby every day, saying my prayers.
"After I had that mindset shift, the fluid was completely gone and we had not one single problem after."
Fortunately, Rocky was born healthy on November 1, 2023.
Despite having her own brands Poosh and Lemme, Kourtney said she now acts as a stay-at-home mom and only works about once a week.

Former Good Luck Charlie child star looks unrecognizable in shocking new thirst trap

A former Good Luck Charlie star looked unrecognizable in a shocking new thirst trap... over a decade after his Disney days. Bradley Steven Perry, now 26, was only 12 years old when he starred in the beloved Disney Channel series as Gabe Duncan. And now, 15 years on, he looks so different than he did in the show. He recently left his fans swooning when he shared a slew of shirtless snaps to Instagram. He posted a carousel of images from a recent beachside vacation, which he captioned, 'Turns out sunscreen isn't just for shoulders/neck.' In one of the photos, he stared at the camera in only a pair of white sweatpants, leaving his toned abs on full display. Bradley has certainly grown up a lot since he played the middle Duncan sibling in Good Luck Charlie. He now notably sports a goatee. Before Good Luck Charlie, Bradley landed a slew of small roles in the movies Old Dogs, Opposite Day, and The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard. He also had a guest appearance in the show Without a Trace. But his big break came in 2010 when he was cast as Gabe in Good Luck Charlie alongside Bridgit Mendler, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Mia Talerico, Eric Allan Kramer, and Jason Dolley. It went on for four seasons before coming to an end in 2014. After that concluded, Bradley didn't slow down. He went on to star in Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, the Disney XD shows Mighty Med, Lab Rats: Elite Force, and Descendants: Wicked World, The Goldberg's spinoff Schooled, and horror comedy Hubie Halloween. In 2022, he launched his own podcast called The Sit and Chat with fellow Disney alum Jake Short, and in 2023, he released his own YouTube cooking series. Over the years he's also made headlines thanks to his love life. He famously dated Sabrina Carpenter in 2014 when she herself was a Disney Channel starlet, long before she was a pop princess. In 2022, he launched his own podcast called The Sit and Chat with fellow Disney alum Jake Short, and in 2023, he released his own YouTube cooking series He reflected on their relationship and how far she had come since then during an episode of his podcast last year. 'I wish her nothing but the best. I don't even have to 'cause she's already got it. I don't think she gives two f**ks,' he joked. 'She wouldn't even know [who I am]. She would go, "Who?"' In 2024, he started dating Natasha Bure, the daughter of Full House alum Candace Cameron Bure. They recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, and in honor of the big milestone, Natasha took to Instagram to share some photos of them cuddling and kissing. 'A year of loving you,' she captioned the tribute.

How romps and same-sex snogs lured Brits to Love Island USA – as reason why UK stars are letting down fans exposed

AT first glance, they are 100 per cent the same type on paper. Both feature a curated collection of hot twentysomethings cavorting in exotic climes and taking trips to Casa Amor. 10 10 And both have funnyman Iain Stirling narrating the action. But while season 12 of the UK's Love Island is still just warming up, our American friends are picking up the pace. Yes, Love Island USA is on fire, stirring up the kind of sexy content that would make Bonnie Blue blush. And homegrown fans are following its every kinky move on social media before it is expected to stream on ITVX in August, where previous seasons are also available. So far, two weeks into the show, which takes place in Fiji, there has been a dominatrix challenge, where the girls tied up the boys and teased them while wearing eye-watering latex before they returned the favour. Huda and Jeremiah were the couple to beat …before the public broke them up in a cruel twist that saw Huda have a tsunami-like teary tantrum There has also been the series' first girl-on-girl snog, between contestants Cierra and Chelley, which swiftly went viral online and brought tears to the eyes of one of the boys. An errant birth control coil has been accidentally left on the floor. And one couple, Huda and Jeremiah, have had sex while their fellow islanders slept soundly nearby. They became the pair to beat until the public broke them up in a cruel twist that saw Huda have a tsunami-like teary tantrum. To that end, long-time fans on both sides of the Pond are asking: What the hell happened to Love Island UK? Love Island USA fans think Taylor 'isn't really into' Olandria after spotting 'confusing' sign during kiss And why is it nowhere near as juicy as the sexploits of the US? Love Island, which began as a celebrity special in 2005 before rebooting in 2015, is a British institution. Hot and heavy It has been a global smash and has launched reality stars with international fanbases, including Ekin-Su Culculoglu, Maura Higgins and Olivia Attwood. Our American friends duly set about launching their own series, which kicked off in 2019. At first, the response was tepid as it faded among the host of other reality shows populating American TV. But over the past few years, it has started to gain traction, coinciding with the decision to enlist our own Iain Stirling as the sardonic voice narrating the show. Last year, US reality superstar Ariana Madix took over as host. She may not be a household name in the UK, but over in the States, she is the TV star on everyone's lips thanks to her own turn on Vanderpump Rules, the first spin-off from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. During her 11 years on the show, Ariana was blindsided when it emerged that her long-term partner Tom Sandoval had been cheating on her with her best friend, prompting national outrage and the term 'Scandoval' to enter the language. In the aftermath, Ariana became one of America's most cherished stars, and her own personal drama makes her presence on Love Island USA even juicier. We may have Maya Jama hosting the UK's version in the Majorca villa, but she has not experienced quite so much public-facing heartbreak as her counterpart. That is good news for her, of course, but bad news for fans craving juicy drama. As for what makes this year's British version a relatively damp squib in comparison, let's remember how things used to be. Back in the day, Love Island's night- time activity was hot, heavy and unbridled. In season one, we famously saw Hannah Elizabeth and Jon Clark have sex in the communal bedroom, 'christening the villa' in the process. Then, in season two, beauty queen Zara Holland paid a high price for getting steamy. Her one-night stand with fellow islander Alex Bowen led to her being stripped of her Miss GB Crown. 10 Alex had better luck, though. Later in the series, he coupled up with Olivia Buckland (now Bowen — the pair are happily married with one son and a second child on the way). Before they began their happily ever after, they reportedly romped in the villa a whopping 30 times. Kudos to whoever was counting. As the early years progressed, the X-rated action continued. Season three saw couples including Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes, Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay, and Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt all getting jiggy in the villa. Naturally, we would only be shown intertwined feet, rocking bed posts and duvets rustling under the dimmed lights. But the message was clear: There was action to match a double special of Body Heat and Eyes Wide Shut, providing water cooler moments we could not get enough of. However, there has undoubtedly been a turning tide since Love Island's vintage years. The show has been mired in controversy, with a backlash about its former duty-of-care procedures after contestants were subjected to hellish online trolling. And questions were raised about whether producers did enough to prepare and protect stars for reality TV fame following the suicides of former contestants Mike Thalassitis and Sophie Gradon, and former host Caroline Flack. Obviously, it was vital that the show upped its duty of care, and ITV should be commended for prioritising contestants' welfare at all costs. There is now a two-drink maximum and off days, where the contestants have a break from filming. All contestants also see their social media paused while appearing on the show, but that means there simply is not the same engagement with fans and viewers can feel a tad removed from the action. What's more, ten years since the first season aired, would-be contestants know what a meal ticket this is. Sure, some people go in for love, but more go for the brand deals and the reality TV opportunities that beckon. With so much more on the line — and PR reps queuing up to sign them — it is unlikely they will engage in the same kind of messy behaviour as their forebears. 10 As 2018 Love Islander Wes Nelson said this week, there is far more self-restraint now. He added: 'I feel like people are going on it now with every intention of doing business, which is natural and understandable, considering how many people have come off and done well. 'So, I think the main difference is now, it's like people care a bit more. 'I don't think we cared that much when we were in there. It was very silly, very silly.' Football team orgy On this year's season, which is now in its second week, we have seen some screenworthy moments. There is the love triangle between Dejon, Meg and Malisha, the secret hideaway hook-up between Harry and Helena, and the time Harry admitted to having an orgy with an entire women's football team. But, as for the action we have seen on screen, there has been just one kissing challenge. With the US version amping up the challenges to be more explicit than ever, over in Majorca it is all a bit, well, 'meh'. Alongside the lacklustre passion, there have been complaints that the casting process is a churning factory of influencer clones. Ironically, the most different entry this year is Toni who, as an American herself, stands out from the rest of the Brit pack. Meanwhile, this year's US version has been praised for its diversity, with a variety of races and sexualities accounted for. They have even got Huda, who is mother to a four-year-old girl, which is helping to change the game. Clearly, we are not alone in pining for the diversity and randy romance of the American variety. A popular Reddit thread online takes that very topic to task, with one user writing: 'Love Island UK has just become 'influencer island' now that everyone tries to 'follow the formula' to win.' Another weighed in: 'There's barely any diversity in the UK cast in regards to personality. 'Most of the girls are not problematic and don't have huge personalities and the boys are also pretty predictable. Whereas there was soooo much diversity in personality in the USA cast and a lot of big personalities.' Funnily enough, while we have Toni importing a bit of Americanism into the Majorcan villa, over in Fiji they have had their own Brummie boy in the form of Charlie Georgiou. The 27-year-old, who is originally from Birmingham, was a popular addition to the villa, before being eliminated earlier this week. As things stand, it is too early to write off this year's homegrown offering for good. Producers are certainly pulling out all the stops to make things as must-watch as possible. But the way things are going, it looks like viewers will be wishing this series away, and anticipating the day that this year's Love Island USA finally lands on ITVX. In the meantime, we have social media keeping us up to date with all the breasts, bums and bonking being exposed in Fiji. And despite still watching the UK series, we are not putting all our eggs in one basket. 10 Meanwhile in our villa... 10 10 10

Kris Jenner's rumored facelift procedure is ‘risky' & ‘not done often' as surgery costs six figures, top doc claims

KRIS Jenner's rumored deep plane facelift will have been riskier but leave her looking youthful for years to come, a top New York surgeon has revealed. Kris, 69, had fans in a frenzy when she stepped out with a new face this month, looking decades younger. 5 5 5 The reality star's rep confirmed to Page Six she underwent aesthetic enhancements from New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine ahead of her 70th birthday. Although it has not been revealed exactly what she had done, many critics have suggested she underwent a deep plane facelift as opposed to a regular SMAS procedure. In an exclusive chat with The U.S. Sun, Dr. Norman Rowe, who did not do Kris's work but specializes in deep plane facelifts, explained the difference between the two surgeries. Dr. Rowe said he felt her previous work was "tasteful" and he could immediately tell she'd had a facelift when she stepped out recently - believed to be her second. But he praised Kris for maintaining her looks doing everything from using sun protection to Botox and lasering. He said, "Once you get one of those things done, it's not like you're one and done. It's a maintenance thing. "So she kept her face, you know, up. And she did well. And I think she looks good for her age. I like the result." Asked how much it would cost to have the procedure done, he said, "It depends on whether or not you're getting it in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Miami or New York or LA. I mean, it can range from, five figures to six figures. RISKY PROCEDURE "I do deep planes. I like a deep plane. I switched almost completely over to deep planes. "I just like the results better. It's more reliable. And, in my opinion, I think it lasts a little longer." Explaining the difference between a regular facelift and a deep plane facelift, he said, "Below our skin and below the fat, there's a muscle layer, and it's called the superficial musculoaponeurotic system, or SMAS, we call it for short. "When you do a facelift, you cut out a little sliver of that SMAS and suture the two ends back together to tighten it up. And usually you cut out the sliver somewhere here along the jawline or in here, and you suture together and it pulls it tighter. "So if you think, all right, so that's one way to do it, cut out a section of it. "Another way to do it is make an incision. You get underneath the SMAS, you lift up the muscle and then you pull it. "Imagine if you have a carpet in your house and it has a bubble in it, a wrinkle. There are two ways you could take care of it. You could go along and cut out that wrinkle and then take [that] thread and suture the opening back up. Or you could go to the end of the carpet at the edge of the room and pull the carpet taut. "That's basically the difference between a SMAS and a deep plane. "A SMAS takes out that extra piece by cutting it out directly and suturing together, whereas the deep plane goes to the edge of the muscle, which is right around here in the neck, in the ear. The U.S. Sun asked Dr. Rowe about the advantages of choosing a deep plane procedure over a regular facelift. "In my opinion, I think a deep plane lasts a little bit longer," he said. NERVE DAMAGE "You get a little bit more of a tightening of the muscles when you pull the whole carpet. The dissection is deeper, is further underneath the muscle." He explained not as many people are trained to carry out deep plane facelifts and they can carry risks. "I think, honestly, still, the majority of people out there doing facelifts are probably doing SMAS. It's still kind of like the go-to technique. "It ultimately depends on the surgeon's comfort in doing that deep plane to that point. I'll be honest, it is a little bit more risky than, say, a SMAS. "The nerves that give us our movement in our face to give us our smile, our grimace, and things like that, all of our muscles, the nerves are underneath the muscle. "And so if you're lifting up that muscle to pull that muscle taut, then you can injure those nerves. So there's a little bit [of] risk of that. But again, if you know what you're doing. "In most residency programs, people just aren't doing deep planes because it's a little bit riskier. And so they don't do them. And so residents learn SMAS and they go out and then they do [them] because they weren't trained in deep planes." Dr. Rowe explains there are different varieties of the deep plane facelift from the subtle to the more aggressive, and it depends on the person. "The only way to know [what Kris had done] is to look at her five or 10 years from now," he said. "If she still looks good, it's probably a deep plane … if she starts to show little signs of aging. Probably wasn't. The Kardashian matriarch began her journey with plastic surgery when she got breast implants in the 1980s after giving birth to her first four children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob Kardashian. She has continued her cosmetic upkeep and revealed that she's gotten Botox and fillers over the years. Explaining the deep plane procedure, Dr. Rowe continued, "Most people do it under general anesthesia. It's a little bit too much to do under twilight, a facelift. "And again, when we talk about a facelift, a facelift generally includes a neck lift. So we call it fan face and neck lift. "The incision is placed in the hairline, and by the temple, it goes in front of the ear and then behind the ear. So it kind of looks like a J. "The surgery takes somewhere around two and a half to three hours, generally for a face and a neck lift. "Sometimes I'll put an additional incision in underneath their chin in order to tighten up the muscles of the neck." "Recovery? It depends on if someone gets something else done. "A lot of times people will couple that with eyelid surgery, a brow lift, sometimes we'll laser. "I won't be super aggressive when I laser because you don't want to injure the skin any more than or traumatize the skin, any more than it's already been traumatized by surgery." SURGERY AGE Dr. Rowe explained Kris would have been able to start wearing makeup three or four days after the surgery but may still have had some bruising. "You can walk around. I probably wouldn't plan on any social events for a couple of weeks after the surgery. I wouldn't get it done three weeks before a wedding." He revealed there can be complications including nerve injury but it is "rare". "There are three main complications. There's a nerve injury, the incision opening up, and then also immediate post-operative bleeding, which if there is bleeding, then within the first eight hours, then you go back and you stop it. "That's not a permanently disfiguring complication, whereas a nerve injury, maybe. And an incision opening up behind the ear and a wide scar, maybe." He said he would not do a facelift for anyone in their 20s, but he has seen women in their 30s in need of surgery if they have not maintained their looks. "What's the perfect age? When you need it. I see 30 or I see 35 year olds who need a facelift, and I see 65 year olds who need a facelift," he said. "I see 35 year olds who don't need it, and I see 65 who don't need it. So it depends on your body, your lifestyle, how much sun you got, what you've done to maintain your skin, what have you done in the past? "It's like a car. If you take care of your car, your car will get 100,000 miles on. If you beat the heck out of it, you'll be done after 20,000 miles. "So it's the same thing with your body and your face. "If you take care of yourself, you might push off the need for a facelift. And then when you do need it, you're more likely to say, okay, fine, let's do it. "Whereas if you don't take care of it, you're definitely going to need it. And whether you agree to it or not, you know, that's another thing." He added, "What's the youngest I've done … 37. She never set foot into a plastic surgeon's office. She actually lost some weight. And so she needed a facelift. "And we see that now with the Ozempic phase, people are losing weight, and they come in at a younger age who need facelifts and things like that." 5
