UNVRS will open on Friday 30 May, making room for 15,000 fans in the super club that's the size of a football pitch.
While it's kept its recognisable dome feature from its Privilege days, the club has been given whitewashed walls to blend into the island landscape.
To mark its grand opening, UNVRS has unveiled a huge summer line-up of the biggest names in music.
Electronic Dance Music residencies this summer include Eric Prydz's Holosphere 2.0 to Anyma.
There will also be appearances from Jamie Jones, Fisher, Jamie Jones presents Paradise: Sounds of Solaris, David Guetta Galactic Circus, Elrow and the epic return of Carl Cox.
The historic superclub site can accommodate even more club-goers than ever before as UNVRS has upped capacity from 10,000 to 15,000.
The club has also been updated with what it's calling 'next-level technology' which is 'pushing every event beyond the limits of the traditional superclub' - so expect some incredible and tech-savvy performances.
The party doesn't even stop when you need a bathroom break thanks to the space called 'The Wild Comet' which isn't just a toilet but a fully styled micro-club.
It will be one of the most unforgettable rooms in the venue, with sound reactive lighting and its own DJ booth.
Inside the venue's iconic dome terrace will be a place of peace and quiet where partygoers can take a breather and take in panoramic views over Ibiza.

We already know UNVRS isn't your average club, but it also has food and drink as part of the experience.
Dishes have been specially created to avoid overpowering smells or messy textures.
And drinks are served at optimal temperatures thanks to temperature-controlled storage - so there's no chance of any warm cocktails or beers.
The superclub is opening on a legendary site in San Rafael, Ibiza.
The space has hosted world-class nightclubs since the 70s, most famously it was Privilege from 1994 until 2019.
Opened in 1994, Privilege Ibiza quickly established itself as a monumental force in the world of Ibiza nightlife.
With its immense capacity and eclectic mix of electronic music, Privilege earned its place in the Guinness World Records as the world's largest nightclub - and it's legacy is set to continue.
Privilege's dance floor could accommodate up to 10,000 people and an impressive overhead dome housed a massive swimming pool.
There have been plenty of icons walking through the venues in the past, from the likes of Freddie Mercury, Kylie Minogue and Spandau Ballet.
Tickets for The Opening are still on sale for £130 per person.
For anyone seeking a break after partying it up, here's the lesser-seen side of Europe's wildest holiday island.
And another Balearic island that is set to be huge this year and it's the 'new Ibiza'.

Tourists can't believe how much they're charged for beer at Ibiza's newest club: 'It's just plainly indefensible'
Tourists are being charged an eye-watering amount for beer at Ibiza's newest club. The hotspot has seen iconic venue Ku Club officially reopen as UNVRS, which promises to provide immersive indoor experiences with the help of technology. Its website says: 'UNVRS is not just a venue, it's a blueprint for the future of entertainment. It creates a new reality for nightlife - one where the boundaries are not merely pushed, but redefined.' The colossal venue, which opened last week, boasts a 10,000-person capacity and is instantly recognisable thanks to a towering crashed UFO sculpture at the entrance. Inside, guests can enjoy open-air terraces with sweeping views of Formentera island, along with high-energy performances from dancers throughout the night. However, the super club's drinks menu has caused a stir with visitors. Posting on web forum Reddit, one user shared the menu, which reveals water is charged at €15 (£12). Soft drinks such as Coca Cola and Sprite, meanwhile, cost €15 per bottle. Posting on web forum Reddit , one user shared the menu, which reveals water will even be charged at €15 (£12) The super club is charging €18 for a pint of Heineken, with wine and rosé also costing the same When it comes to beers, a Heineken costs a staggering €18 (£15), while a glass of white wine or rosé costs the same. A Malibu will set you back €22 (£18) or for one euro more you can order it alongside a mixer. Moet and Chandon champagne is also on the menu, with a bottle costing €55 (£46). Reacting, one person angrily said: '18 euros for a f****** Heineken? lol The one and only time I went to Hi they actually measured the spirits as well so you don't even get a good free pour.' A second blasted: 'I know it's how Ibiza works but I'll never understand charging 15 euros for water or a Coke Zero. You don't even get that at festivals. It's just plainly indefensible.' Hollywood actor Will Smith was drafted in by nightclub bosses to promote its reopening, with the Men In Black star even appearing in a social media campaign.

Will Smith cuts a smart casual figure in a textured knit polo as he parties with Jude Bellingham at Ibiza club
Will Smith took to Instagram on Sunday to share a slew of snaps from his fun night out with DJ Anyma and football star Jude Bellingham at Ibiza's brand new [UNVRS] nightclub. The actor, 56, cut a smart casual figure in a textured knit polo top as he let loose on the Spanish party island. He paired the look with black trousers and appeared in high spirits, posing for several photos with his famous pals. Anyma, 37, kept things laid-back in a velour sleeveless gilet and a graphic print tee as he posed with Will and fellow DJ Rampa. Meanwhile, pro footballer Jude, 21, also opted for a smart casual vibe in a polo shirt and trousers. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newslette r to stay in the loop. Will also gave fans a sneak peek inside Ibiza's latest superclub, which officially opened its doors on Friday night. The colossal venue boasts a 10,000-person capacity and is instantly recognisable thanks to a towering crashed UFO sculpture at the entrance. Inside, guests can enjoy open-air terraces with sweeping views of Formentera, along with high-energy performances from dancers throughout the night. Sharing the night's highlights on Instagram, Will captioned the post: 'Last night in the UNVRS.' It comes as Will is set to head to Britain on an unlikely tour of places including Brixton - charging fans hundreds of pounds for pictures with him. The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air and Men In Black actor will be hitting venues including the O2 Academy in Brixton, south London, Wolverhampton's Civic Hall, Cardiff Castle and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Tickets for the shows alone have gone on sale at prices from £61.60 upwards - but the actor is also promoting more expensive closer encounters. His Brixton appearance scheduled for August 28 this year has standing tickets available for £60 a piece, alongside what is called a 'Will Smith First Entry Merch Package' offer costing £228. This promises an 'Exclusive Will Smith Merchandise Pack', a commemorative VIP laminate and an 'on site VIP host'. Yet buyers are told to note: 'THIS VIP PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE A MEET & GREET. THERE IS NO ARTIST INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS PACKAGE.' Alternatively, however, customers can spend £415 apiece on what is highlighted as a 'Will Smith Group Photo and Soundcheck Experience'. This offers not only the merchandise pack and the VIP laminate but also access to a pre-show soundcheck and a 'Group Photo Opportunity with Will Smith'. The American rapper and actor is travelling across the Atlantic to perform tracks from his recent release Based On A True Story - Smith's first full-length album in 20 years, following 2005's Lost And Found. The tour, expected to also include such hits as Gettin' Jiggy Wit It and Miami, lands in England with a date at the seaside resort Scarborough, with Smith performing on August 24 at the town's Open Air Theatre. This will be followed by a gig at Cardiff's Bute Park on August 25 and a concert at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse on August 27. Will is due to perform at London's Brixton Academy the day before a final gig at University of Wolverhampton at the Halls on August 30. The star's Cardiff appearance on August 25 comes with the offer of what is dubbed the 'Ultimate Will Smith VIP Experience', priced at £1,290 per person. This promises a photo opportunity with Smith, an exclusive guided stage tour, access to the pre-concert soundcheck and a signed and framed 'vintage-style poster'. Will has faced controversy in recent years, most notably when slapping comedian Chris Rock at the 94th Academy Awards in March 2022 - and his choice of venues for his forthcoming tour comes in contrast to Chris's most recent UK appearances. Chris was presenting the Oscar for Best Documentary at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood when he joked about Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head. He compared her to the shaved head look of Demi Moore in the 1997 movie G.I. Jane - and Jada, who suffers from alopecia, did not laugh at the joke. Will approached the stage and slapped Chris across the face with his right hand. Chris responded by telling the shocked audience: 'Will Smith just smacked the s*** out of me.' That same evening, Will won the Best Actor award for his performance in King Richard as Richard Williams, the father of tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams. It comes as Will is set to head to Britain on an unlikely tour of places including Brixton - charging fans hundreds of pounds for pictures with him

Inside UNVRS: I went clubbing at the world's first hyperclub that opened in Ibiza this week
UNVRS, pronounced Universe - described as the world's first hyper club, has opened in Ibiza with a big bang. The new club promises to launch a new era of futuristic clubbing - so I headed down on the opening night to find out what that really meant. 9 9 There has been a nightclub on the site - 20 minutes inland from Ibiza Old Town - since 1979, when it first opened as Ku. It was then rebranded as Privilege in 1995 when it became known as the world's largest club with parties of up to 10,000 people at a time. Now, after viral marketing campaigns featuring a UFO sighting, and Hollywood star Will Smith, plus a multi-million pound makeover, it has been redesigned as the 'world's first hyperclub.' And what does that mean exactly? Apparently, it's the combination of high-end luxury and attention to detail, in an arena-sized event. Everything is handmade in such detail that it's supposed to be as perfect acoustically as an opera house, with the walls made of a porous material and the bar tilted to avoid the cavernous echo that you get in so many massive nightclubs. I joined thousands of revellers on opening night, which saw Carl Cox 's return to Ibiza for a 14-week residency at UNVRS - his first on the island since Space closed in 2016. And it is MASSIVE. The club is so huge that you can easily lose your bearings in the underground network of corridors and dance rooms - helpfully, there is free wifi in case you lose your mates in the maze. But it is very, very slick. The main room is where all the magic happens, with a soundsystem that is crisper and clearer than any other on the island. Aerial acrobats perform high above the VIP balconies and main dance floor, where the Privilege swimming pool has been consigned to history. The immersive lighting was next level too, as the lights come towards you, instead of just vertically, making you feel almost connected to the stage and helps to overcome the feeling of so many people in one room together. The best bit was at dawn, when the screens behind the DJ decks turned off to reveal 12-metre cathedral-like windows showing off the spectacular sunrise over the island - well worth hanging on for, given the club stays open to 6am each night. And the famous Privilege glass dome? That's been kept intact, and now houses a huge sculpture called the Tree of Life. 9 9 9 9 There's some outside space on the garden terrace known as the Gravity Garden and Sky Deck too, which has been decorated with lots of greenery. The new venue is the brain child of The Night League, who is also responsible for major island nightclubs Ushuaïa and Hï. And they've introduced many of the much-loved elements they've already tested at Hï, including the mini nightclub in the loos. Called The Wild Comet (it's The Wild Corner at Hï), there's a smaller dance room underground where unisex loo cubicles line the walls and a DJ plays in the centre of the room. It's certainly the vibiest public toilet I've ever been to, although the unique queuing system takes some getting used it, and by that I mean there is no queue and you have to hover and look out for one of the loo doors opening. There is also a karaoke room that could easily fit around 150 people and a fast food joint. The outlet of Spanish brand Vicio Burger serves burgers for €23 (£19.40) and chips for €8 (£6.76), or a very fancy-sounding chicken strips topped with caviar for €80 (£67.50). While it quite quiet when we visited around 2am, I can see it being very popular with punters before they head home. Prices for drinks at the bar weren't cheap, at €15 (£12.67) for a bottle of water and €26 (£21.96) for a glass of wine, but they are pretty much in line with Ibiza super club prices. But the club also plays a part in keeping costs down too - laying on shuttle buses from San Antonio and Ibiza Old Town that are included in the price of the club ticket. Without a doubt, UNVRS has elevated the nightclub experience and it's definitely the best super club in Ibiza now. Other, more historic places might have more soul, but this is the most advance and forward-thinking club. Plus, the music is what makes the night, and with an enviable DJ line up including Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, David Guetta, Jamie Jones and the unique Elrow party, it's become the must-visit of the island for clubbers both young and old. 9 9 Plus,
